Claims (7)
- Schwingungserreger für eine Bodenverdichtungsvorrichtung, miteiner drehend antreibbaren ersten Unwuchtwelle (1), mit der eine erste Unwuchtmasse (6) fest verbunden ist und auf der eine zweite Unwuchtmasse (8) relativ zu der ersten Unwuchtwelle (1) derart verdrehbar gehalten ist, dass die zweite Unwuchtmasse (8) wenigstens zwischen zwei Extremstellungen verdrehbar ist, in denen ihre Unwuchtwirkung die der ersten Unwuchtmasse (6) vergrößert bzw. verringert;einer mit der ersten Unwuchtwelle ( 1 ) formschlüssig gegenläufig drehbar gekoppelten zweiten Unwuchtwelle (2), mit der eine weitere erste Unwuchtmasse (7) fest verbunden ist und auf der eine weitere zweite Unwuchtmasse (9) relativ zu der zweiten Unwuchtwelle (2) derart verdrehbar gehalten ist, dass die weitere zweite Unwuchtmasse (9) wenigstens zwischen zwei Extremstellungen verdrehbar ist, in denen ihre Unwuchtwirkung die der weiteren ersten Unwuchtmasse (7) vergrößert bzw. verringert; und miteiner die zweiten Unwuchtmassen (8, 9) der ersten und der zweiten Unwuchtwelle (1, 2) formschlüssig gegenläufig drehbar koppelnden Unwuchtverstelleinrichtung (10);
- Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Unwuchtverstelleinrichtung (10) zwischen den in Anspruch 1 definierten Extremstellungen beliebige Zwischenstellungen für die zweiten Unwuchtmassen (8, 9) einstellbar sind.
- Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unwuchtverstelleinrichtung (10) eine hydraulische oder pneumatisch betätigbare Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (14) aufweist.
- Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Einstellung auf den minimalen Unwuchtwert nahezu keine Unwuchtwirkung von der betreffenden Unwuchtwelle (1, 2) ausgeht.
- Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie erste Unwuchtwelle (1) eine axial neben der ersten Unwuchtmasse (6) angeordnete weitere erste Unwuchtmasse (20) sowie eine weitere verdrehbare zweite Unwuchtmasse (22) trägt;die zweite Unwuchtwelle (2) eine axial neben der ersten Unwuchtmasse (7) angeordnete weitere erste Unwuchtmasse (21) sowie eine weitere verdrehbare zweite Unwuchtmasse (23) trägt; und dasseine zweite Unwuchtverstelleinrichtung (24) vorgesehen ist, zum formschlüssig gegenläufig drehbaren Koppeln der weiteren zweiten Unwuchtmassen (22, 23).
- Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Lenkeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, zum Ansteuern der beiden Unwuchtverstelleinrichtungen (10, 24).
- Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formschlüssige Drehkopplung zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Unwuchtwelle (1, 2) sowie die eine Unwuchtverstelleinrichtung (10) oder die beiden Unwuchtverstelleinrichtungen (10, 24) zwei formschlüssig drehbar gekoppelte Zwischenwellen (25, 26) aufweisen, zum Vergrößern des Achsabstands zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Unwuchtwelle (1, 2).
