Claims (13)
- Mikrowellenherd mit einem Korpus und einer Tür, die einen geschlossenen Türrahmen und eine an diesem angeordnete Sichtscheibe beinhaltet, und mit einem in dem Türrahmen angeordneten Drosselprofil aus Metall, das einen umlaufenden, im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Grundkörper und einen Rahmen aufweist, wobei letzterer an der innenliegenden Seitenwand des U-förmigen Grundkörpers angeordnet ist und die bei geschlossener Tür dem Korpus zugewandte Öffnung des U-förmigen Grundkörpers bis auf einen ersten Spalt zwischen dem freien Rand des Rahmens und der außenliegenden Seitenwand des U-förmigen Grundkörpers abdeckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sichtscheibe (12) den Rahmen (6.2) derart überdeckt, dass der Rand der Sichtscheibe (12) und die außenliegende Seitenwand (6.1.1) des U-förmigen Grundkörpers (6.1) des Drosselprofils (6) einen zweiten Spalt (14) bilden. - Mikrowellenherd nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sichtscheibe (12) als eine gehärtete Glasscheibe ausgebildet ist. - Mikrowellenherd nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des zweiten Spalts (14) zwischen etwa 5 mm und etwa 8 mm beträgt. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des ersten Spalts (10) zwischen etwa 10 mm und etwa 11 mm beträgt. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Rahmen (6.2) umlaufend Aussparungen (6.2.1) angeordnet sind, die sich ausgehend von dem freien Rand des Rahmens (6.2) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu diesem erstrecken. - Mikrowellenherd nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der Aussparungen (6.2.1) etwa 15 mm beträgt. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Aussparungen (6.2.1) zwischen etwa 3 mm und etwa 5 mm beträgt. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlaufend angeordneten Aussparungen (6.2.1) in deren Breite alternieren. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (6.2) als der das Drosselprofil (6) teilweise abdeckende Randabschnitt eines Blechs (16) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Blech (16) bis auf den Bereich des Randabschnitts als Lochblech ausgebildet ist. - Mikrowellenherd nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sichtscheibe (12) mittels eines Klebstoffs fest mit dem Blech (16) verbunden ist, wobei das Blech (16) zur Aufnahme des Klebstoffs in dem Bereich des Randabschnitts eine umlaufende Vertiefung (16.1) aufweist. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Spalt (14) durch eine umlaufende Dichtung (22) abgedeckt ist, deren Material und/oder Querschnittsabmessungen derart beschaffen sind, dass der Eintritt der Mikrowellen in das Drosselprofil (6) nicht Wesentlich beeinträchtigt wird. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sichtscheibe (12) in dem Bereich, mit dem diese in dem Montagezustand der Tür (2) den Rahmen (6.2) überdeckt, eine Beschichtung aufweist. - Mikrowellenherd nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an dem der Öffnung des U-förmigen Grundkörpers (6.1) zugewandten Rand der außenliegenden Seitenwand (6.1.1) eine Stirnfläche (5.1) des Türrahmens (5) anschließt, die mit der bei geschlossener Tür (2) dem Korpus (18) zugewandten Fläche der Sichtscheibe (12) im Wesentlichen bündig verläuft.
