Definitions
- the invention relates to an oven comprising a baking space closing door with one connected to a door frame, to the baking chamber directed glass pane, the door frame and connect the glass pane to one another via a fastening profile are.
- Such ovens are known and usually come as Built-in ovens for use.
- the integrated in the door frame Glass pane allows the user to enter the baking chamber from the outside to look at the roast or dough inside watch without having to open the door.
- the integrated in the door frame Glass pane allows the user to enter the baking chamber from the outside to look at the roast or dough inside watch without having to open the door.
- This glass is usually directly on the one corresponding Disc recess having door frame, the off Metal exists, arranged.
- this bonding technique is disadvantageous from several points of view.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem of an oven specify in which the glass pane while avoiding the mentioned disadvantages firmly and securely held in the door frame is.
- the door frame and the Glass pane advantageously via a separate fastening profile, on which the door frame and the glass pane separated from each other are fixed, interconnected.
- Door frame and glass pane So do not touch, so the aforementioned Problems that can lead to glass breakage, the inventive Oven are not given.
- the proposed Oven also no glue connections are used, are also with particular advantage the serious, from the Fat infiltration resulting in difficulties eliminated.
- the fastening profile is a permanent and unaffected by the actual roasting or baking operation Attachment realized.
- the attachment of the mounting profile and thus the assembly the glass pane in the door frame compared to the previous bonding also significantly simplified, so that the production of the Door and therefore the oven altogether easier and faster can go on.
- the fastening profile has a first groove, in which the edge of the glass pane is received, that on the opposite side of the first groove, a second Groove is provided, received in the peripheral edge of the door frame is, and that the glass pane at the same time Deformation of the fastening profile pressed pressed into the door frame held is.
- Both edges are therefore in separate grooves, the Preferably, both have lateral Nutschehkel, so that a secure holder is given, held.
- the disc and the Frame edge lie so directly opposite each other, so that a firm interference fit is possible, evading the disc after the page is not possible.
- the second groove also has two-sided groove legs, formed in such a way be that between the groove legs of the folded edge section the door frame is snapped.
- a large counter pressure surface which is the pressed Glass pane provides a repellent. This fold further leads to further stabilization of the door frame, which is especially the high quality, a large glass pane exhibiting ovens is beneficial.
- the profile of the first and / or the second groove the profile the male portion of the glass sheet or the door frame shaped essentially adapted.
- damping recess can be considered laterally closed, essentially in profiling means running through hole or as lateral grooves or notches or the like.
- the baking chamber Since, as described, the baking chamber is closed via the door, it is necessary to provide a complete seal of the baking chamber a seal, which seals the transition region baking chamber boundary (ie the oven muffle) to the door.
- a separate seal is usually used in the prior art.
- at least one sealing section abutting a back-room boundary is provided on the side of the fastening profile facing the baking chamber.
- connection area glass pane door frame adjacent to the back room boundary ie the front edge of the oven muffle
- expedient invention design avoids the use of an additional separate seal, as a corresponding sealing portion, the peripheral sealing in the connection area Backraumberandung door leads, already integrated on the mounting profile.
- the sealing portion is formed as a sealing lip, which protrudes from the mounting profile and rests against the baking chamber boundary.
- the attachment profile thus has a dual function, namely on the one hand, the H aging function for the door elements, on the other hand, the sealing function.
- the attachment profile can also consist of several Profile sections that assembled the circumferential mounting profile form, exist.
- the attachment profile itself is inventively from a made of heat resistant plastic, due to the immediate Close to the oven the temperatures prevailing there must withstand without aging over time to show that influence its stability and strength would.
- Any plastic suitable for this purpose can be used as plastic be used.
- a plastic is used, which possesses a certain inherent elasticity, so that the glass pane easy in the door frame with simultaneous deformation of the fastening profile can be pressed.
- a plastic based on a silicone, in particular a Silicone elastomer Such silicone elastomers, in particular those of the hot-crosslinked type are preferred for heat and heat cold-resistant sealing materials are used and can also used here advantageous because of their properties become.
- the invention also relates to a Process for the preparation of a baking oven according to one of Claims 1-12 with one in one Door frame supported glass pane.
- the method according to the invention the features of claim 13.
- Fig. 1 shows in the form of a partial view of an inventive Oven 1 with a oven door 2 consisting of a Mosrähmen 3 of a steel sheet and an inner glass pane 4, the direct to one of a Back Hurm- or Ofenmuffel 5 formed Baking room 6 adjacent.
- Parallel to the glass 4 are more Glass panes 7, 8 provided in suitable, inside the door frame 3 arranged Nuthalterungen 9 are stored. On the outside, the door by means of another glass 10th completed.
- the fastening profile 11 has a first groove 12, of two groove legs 13 laterally is limited and has a substantially rectangular cross-section has.
- the peripheral edge 14 of the glass pane 4th added.
- a second groove 15 is provided, the is also limited by two lateral groove legs 16.
- the Groove 15 is significantly wider than the groove 12 and serves to accommodate of the edge portion 17 of the door frame 3.
- the edge portion 17 is, see Fig. 1, folded, so that a flat end portion is formed, which lies flat in the groove bottom.
- the edge portion 17 of the door frame 3 is safe held in the groove 15.
- the fastening profile 11 also has a laterally closed, essentially in the middle of the profile extending damping recess 18, which is formed here as a through hole is.
- Fig. 2 shows the unloaded state of the fastening profile 11, where seen the damping recess is not compressed is, while in the assembly position shown in Fig. 1 it can be seen that the damping recess is compressed.
- the fastening profile 11 is preferably made of a silicone elastomer, which a sufficient deformability at the same time has sufficient stability. It should be noted that the fastening profile 11 around the entire substantially rectangular glass 4 revolves, the glass 4 is thus received with its peripheral edge 14 circumferentially in the groove 12, wherein the groove legs 13 full-surface and solid and secure sealingly grip the glass pane.
- the fastening profile is first clamped on the edge 14. Subsequently, the Glass pane pressed into the door frame, leaving the edge section 17 is snapped into the groove 15.
- One or both Nutschenkel 16 are slightly bevelled at their ends, so that it slides easier on the edge portion 17 ,. if the Glass pane is pressed in until the edge section behind the Nutshank snaps.
- the fastening profile shown can be used with different furnace designs. While Fig. 1 shows a baking oven with a large, the baking chamber. 6 completely closing glass pane 4 shows is the insert the fastening profile 11 also in so-called "low-end" devices possible with much smaller glass pane.
- Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of an inventive Oven 19.
- a fastening profile 22 used, like the fastening profile 11, a first groove 23 with Nutschenkeln 24 and a second groove 25 with groove legs 26th has, for receiving the corresponding edge 27 of the Glass pane 20 and the edge portion 28 of the door frame 21st serve. Also, a damping recess 29 is provided.
- sealing lip 31 is located at the door 32 closed the back space boundary 33, see Fig. 3.
- the Baking chamber 34 sealed to the outside. Due to the integration the sealing lip 31 on the circumferential fastening profile 22nd a separate sealing element is no longer required, in difference to the embodiment of FIG. 1, where a separate Sealing element 35 is provided.
