Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von losem Zunder von der Oberfläche einer Bramme, insbesondere einer Dünnbramme einer Mini-Mill, umfassend zumindest eine Brammengießmaschine, eine Brammentrenneinrichtung, einen Temperaturausgleichsofen und ein oder mehrere Walzgerüste mit Haspelanlage sowie eine Abspritzeinrichtung (11) für den losen Zunder, die mindestens je ein relativ zur Bramme (1) unteres (2) und oberes (3) Spritzrohr aufweist, wobei jedes Spritzrohr (2, 3) mit einer Anzahl von Spritzdüsen (4) bestückt und vor dem Temperaturausgleichsofen (5), insbesondere einem Rollenherdofen, angeordnet und an eine Zuführung (6) für Wasser mit technologisch erforderlichem Druck und mit einem entsprechend der Anzahl der Spritzdüsen (4) bemessenen Volumenstrom angeschlossen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abspritzvorrichtung (11) so konzipiert ist. dass anfallender Zunder und reflektierendes Wasser einer Sintergrube (7) mit einer im Ablauf installierten Trenneinrichtung für Wasser/Feststoff zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abspritzvorrichtung (11) in Brammendurchtaufrichtung zwischen einem Richttreiber (8) und dem Rollenherdofen (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Abspritzvorrichtung (11) und dem Rollenherdofen (5) die Brammentrennvorrichtung (9), insbesondere eine Schere angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abspritzvorrichtung (11) in Brammendurchlauf zwischen der Brammentrennvorrichtung (9) und dem Rollenherdofen (5) angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zum Betrieb der Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von losem Zunder von der Oberfläche einer Bramme, insbesondere einer Dünnbramme einer Mini-Mill mit Hilfe einer Abspritzvorrichtung (11) gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuführdruck des Wassers zu den Spritzrohren (2, 3) der Abspritzvorrichtung (11) zwischen 5 und 15 bar, vorzugsweise < 10 bar beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lose auf der Brammenoberfläche anhaftende Zunder nach dem Thermo-Schock-Prinzip entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entzunderung mit möglichst geringem Wärmeverlust der Bramme (1) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abspritzverfahren vor Aufgabe der Bramme (1) in den Rollenherdofen (5) durchgeführt wird.
