Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para retirar impurezas sueltas de la superficie de un lingote, en especial de un lingote delgado de un taller pequeno. El taller pequeno que abarca cuando menos una maquina de colada de lingotes, un dispositivo separador de lingotes, un horno compensador de temperatura y una o varias estructuras de laminacion con instalacion de devanado. El dispositivo se mejora porque un dispositivo de rociado 11 consiste de cuando menos un tubo rociador inferior 2 y uno superior 3 en relacion al lingote, cada uno de los tubos de rociado presenta un numero de boquillas rociadoras 4. El dispositivo de rociado 11 esta colocado antes del horno de fundicion de rodillos 5 del taller pequeno, y esta conectado a una alimentacion de agua que tiene la presion tecnicamente requerida y una corriente volumetrica medida que corresponde al numero de boquillas 4. La invencion se refiere tambien a un procedimiento para hacer funcionar el dispositivo de rociado 11.
