Abstract
Description
Die Grundprofile bestehen aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz, wobei bei den Metallprofilen vor allen Dingen Stahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium und Kupfer eingesetzt werden. Je nachdem aus welchem Werkstoff das Grundprofil besteht, ist die Dimensionierung in Bezug auf die aufzunehmenden Lasten vorgegeben. Weitere Einschränkungen in Bezug auf die Formgebung folgen lediglich aus dem verwendeten Material und dessen Verarbeitung. Je nach dem verwendeten Material ist man somit in Bezug auf die Gestaltung des Grundprofils durch die technischen Randbedingungen gebunden, obwohl aus ästhetischen Gründen der Wunsch besteht, die Querschnitte der Profile möglichst gering zu halten und die Profile durch eine geeignete Wahl der Materialien unscheinbar zu gestalten.

Claims (14)
- Profilrahmenkonstruktion, insbesondere für Fenster, Türen oder Fassaden, mit:einem Grundprofil (10), an dem Füllelemente (12) befestigbar sind; wobeidas Grundprofil (10) mindestens ein Basisrahmenprofil (20) und mindestens ein Zusatzprofil (30) umfasst;das mindestens eine Zusatzprofil (30) aus einem anderen Material besteht als das mindestens eine Basisrahmenprofil (20); unddas mindestens eine Zusatzprofil (30) über eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung oder lose Verbindung mit dem mindestens einen Basisrahmenprofil (20) verbunden ist.
- Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das mindestens eine Zusatzrahmenprofil (30) mit dem Basisrahmenprofil (20) verklebt ist. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das mindestens eine Zusatzrahmenprofil (30) in das Basisrahmenprofil (20) eingelegt ist. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 3,

das Basisrahmenprofil (20) Durchbrechungen (30) in der Wandung (20a) aufweist. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Basisrahmenprofil (20) aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz besteht. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Zusatzprofil (30) ein klares oder gefärbtes Glaselement umfasst, das insbesondere aus Floatglas, ESG, TVG, Verbundglas, Verbundsicherheitsglas oder Gussglas besteht. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 6, weiter umfassend eine Dekorbeschichtung (32; 34) in Kontakt zu dem Zusatzprofil (30) aus Glas, insbesondere eine Siebdruckschicht (34), Folie oder Beschichtung auf mindestens einer Oberfläche des Glaselementes (30).
- Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens eine Oberfläche des Glaselementes (30) gewellt und mit einer Oberflächenstruktur versehen ist. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, weiter umfassend mindestens eine Lichtquelle (42) zwischen Basisrahmenprofil (20) und Zusatzprofil (30).
- Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Zusatzprofil (30) aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff besteht. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Zusatzrahmenprofil (30) aus Metall besteht. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend Sicherungselemente (36) an dem mindestens einen Basisrahmenprofil (20) zur zusätzlichen Befestigung des mindestens einen Zusatzprofils (30).
- Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Sicherungselement ein federelastischer Haltebügel (36) ist. - Profilrahmenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
