- finely divided silica is a product having an extremely low compacted bulk density of about 40 to 50 g/l. Owing to its fine structure, finely divided silica is capable of binding a very large amount of gas, for example air, so the product is put into a quasi-fluid state of about 20 to 30 g/l.
- the bags consist of three to four plies of paper, and one ply of the paper may additionally be laminated with polyethylene as a barrier against penetrating moisture. To achieve the desired air permeability during the filling process, all plies are microperforated. This has the effect that the product is compressed as it is introduced into the bag and its filling density increases relative to the natural pour density.

Claims (13)
- Appareil de remplissage de contenants, en particulier avec des matières solides granulaires, poudreuses ou finement divisées présentant une haute teneur en air, comprenant une buse d'alimentation pouvant être introduite dans l'orifice d'alimentation du contenant, l'appareil comprenant en outre une cage en deux parties ou plus appropriée pour entourer un contenant, la buse d'alimentation étant conçue de telle sorte que les matières solides puissent être introduites sous pression, dans lequel la buse d'alimentation est équipée d'une pellicule d'étanchéité flexible permettant un remplissage sous pression exempt de poussière, et dans lequel la cage (3) est perméable au gaz.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région de base de la cage (3) présente une forme sélectionnée dans le groupe qui comprend les formes polygonale, circulaire, semi-circulaire, elliptique, trapézoïdale, triangulaire, rhomboïdale, carrée et rectangulaire, ou la région de base est en forme d'étoile.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cage (3) est en deux parties, ou plus, et l'appareil comprend des dispositifs supplémentaires avec lesquels les deux parties, ou plus, (3a, 3b) de la cage peuvent être séparées les unes des autres et peuvent être écartées pour libérer le contenant rempli.
- Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs sont écartés manuellement ou à l'aide de systèmes d'entraînement.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cage (3) comporte des parois présentant des orifices ou une porosité adéquate.
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les parois sont produites à partir d'une matière sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant une plaque perforée, un maillage, une nappe de filet, un tissu tissé et un matériau fritté.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cage est conçue avec un fond ou, de préférence, sans fond.
- Procédé pour remplir des contenants, en particulier avec des matières poudreuses, granulaires, finement divisées présentant une teneur en air élevée, en:- disposant un contenant perméable à l'air dans un appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7;- connectant d'une façon étanche à l'air le contenant à la buse d'alimentation;- remplissant le contenant sous pression; et en- retirant le contenant rempli.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 est utilisé et, pour sortir le contenant des multiples parties, de préférence les deux moitiés de la cage sont séparées l'une de l'autre et sont écartées.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que le contenant est produit à partir d'un tissu tissé à base de plastique perméable à l'air, de préférence du polypropylène, d'un tissu tissé à base de plastique, d'un tissu tissé à base de textile, de carton, de papier, d'un tissu tissé à base de papier et de plastique, d'un tissu non tissé à base de plastique, d'un tissu non tissé à base de textile ou de composites des matières mentionnées ci-dessus.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la pression de remplissage est essentiellement comprise entre 0 et 8 bars, de préférence entre 0 et 2 bars, et de façon particulièrement préférée entre 0,2 et 1,2 bars.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que toute matière solide poudreuse, granulaire, finement divisée présentant une teneur en air élevée et sélectionnée dans un groupe comprenant des oxydes pyrogènes, des oxydes précipités, du noir de carbone et des modifications de ceux-ci peut être utilisée pour le remplissage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le contenant présente une région de base d'une forme sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant les formes polygonale, circulaire, semi-circulaire, elliptique, trapézoïdale, triangulaire, rhomboïdale, carrée et rectangulaire, ou une région de base en forme d'étoile ou ayant la forme d'une capuche, de poches assemblées ou d'un sac noué.
