Claims (9)
- Steckeraufnahmeteil einer elektrischen Steckverbindung, insbesondere für Audioanwendungen, mit einem zentralen Aufnahmeraum, welcher von einer Zwischenwand (13) mit einer Innenseite und einer Außenseite begrenzt wird, und einem die Zwischenwand (13) umgebenden kreisringförmigen Aufnahmeraum, wobei beide Aufnahmeräume Einstecköffnungen (15) aufweisen und sowohl an der Innenseite als auch an der Außenseite der Zwischenwand (13) Steckerkontakte (3) angeordnet sind, welche einen metallischen streifenförmigen Körper besitzen, der einen Befestigungsbereich (7) und einen vom Befestigungsbereich (7) abstehenden freien Arm mit einem Kontaktbereich (9) an seinem freien Ende und einem zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (9) und dem Befestigungsbereich (7) liegenden federnden Bereich (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbereich (9) gewölbt ausgeführt ist und dass sich die Wölbung (10) unter Versteifung des vom Befestigungsbereich (7) abstehenden freien Armes vom Kontaktbereich (9) bis in oder über den federnden Bereich (8) erstreckt und an der der Wölbung (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite des streifenförmigen Körpers eine korrespondierende Mulde (11 ) ausgebildet ist, wobei der federnde Bereich (8) des streifenförmigen Körpers im Bereich der Wölbung (10) bzw. Mulde (11 ) im Querschnitt gesehen gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wölbung (10) und die Mulde (11 ) in der Richtung vom Kontaktbereich (9) zum Befestigungsbereich (7) mit abnehmender Höhe bzw. Tiefe auslaufen.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Wölbung (10) und Mulde (11) in der Richtung vom Kontaktbereich (9) zum Befestigungsbereich (7) mit stetig abnehmender Höhe bzw. Tiefe verlaufen.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der streifenförmige Körper des Steckerkontaktes (3) im Bereich der Wölbung (10) und der Mulde (11 ) spanlos verformt ist.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der streifenförmige Körper des Steckerkontaktes (3) im Bereich der Wölbung (10) des Steckerkontaktes (3) und der Mulde (11 ) durch einen Stanzvorgang verformt ist.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Wölbung (10) bzw. Mulde (11 ) zumindest über den Großteil des federnden Bereiches (8) erstrecken.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Zwischenwand (13) vier Steckerkontakte (3) angeordnet sind, die einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
- Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbereiche (9) der Steckerkontakte (3) zu den Einstecköffnungen (15) des Steckeraufnahmeteiles (1) gerichtet sind.
- Elektrische Steckverbindung, insbesondere für Audioanwendungen, bestehend aus zwei Steckverbindern, von denen der eine als Steckteil der elektrischen Steckverbindung ausgeführt ist, in welchem Steckerkontakte angeordnet sind, und der andere als Steckeraufnahmeteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ausgeführt ist.
