Description

Pumpeneinheit für Regenwassernu zungsanlagen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpeneinheit für Regenwassernutzungsanlagen mit einem Gehäuse, das als Funktionselemente eine Pumpe, eine
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung sowie Rohrleitungsmittel und Steuerungsmittel umgibt .
Derartige Pumpeneinheiten sind aus der Praxis bekannt . Sie werden zur Steuerung von Regenwassernutzungsanlagen eingesetzt , bei denen Regenwas ser aus einer Zisterne angesaugt und unter Druck in ein Wasserleitungssystem zur Verwendung in Toilettenspülungen , Waschmaschinen, Gartenbewässerungen und ähnlichen Verbrauchsstellen gespeist wird . Die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung wird bei niedrigem Wasserstand der Zisterne aktiviert , um bei Bedarf den Verbrauchsstellen Trinkwasser zuzuführen . Die Steuerung ist dabei für die verbrauchsabhängige und wasserstandsabhängige Steuerung von Ventilen und Pumpenmotor vorgesehen.
Die bekannten Pumpeneinheiten sind aus einzelnen Bauelementen zusammengesetzt, die an einer Rückwand oder unmittelbar an einer Wandhalterung befestigt sind. Die Bauelemente werden dabei mit einem Gehäuse aus nicht geschäumtem Kunststoff oder aus Blech verkleidet. Die Gehäuseelemente haben keine wesentliche tragende Funktion. Insbesondere müssen für den Transport der Pumpeneinheit Transportsicherungen und Stoßsicherungen vorgesehen werden. Bei Montage und erster Inbetriebnahme der Pumpeneinheit müssen die Gehäuseteile abgenommen werden, um Zugang zu den Funktionselementen zu erlangen. Schließlich ist die Geräuschdämpfung der Gehäuseelemente bekannter Pumpeneinheiten nicht besonders gut.
Es ist deshalb Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine neuartige Pumpeneinheit für Regenwassernutzungsanlagen zu schaffen, bei der eine bessere Geräuschdämpfung vorliegt und die erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte bei Transport, Montage und Inbetriebnahme verringert werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird von einer Pumpeneinheit mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Weil das Gehäuse wenigstens einen Formkörper aus einem geschäumten Kunststoff aufweist, der Formkörper Ausnehmungen aufweist, in die die Funktionselemente eingesetzt sind und die Funktionselemente untereinander über elektrische Leitungsmittel oder Rohrleitungsmittel miteinander verbunden sind, können die Funktionselemente bereits werksseitig in den Formkörper eingesetzt werden. Der Formkörper kann dann bereits als Transportsicherung und Stoßsicherung dienen. Er kann bei der Montage der Pumpeneinheit an den Funktionselementen verbleiben und dämpft im Betrieb die auftretenden Geräusche wirksam.
Wenn weiter in dem Gehäuse wenigstens ein von Luft durchströmbarer Kanal ausgebildet ist, kann Luft zu einem oder mehreren Funktionselementen geführt werden. Die Luftzuführung kann dabei gezielt an die erforderlichen Stellen erfolgen, während bei den bekannten nicht geschäumten Gehäusen der gesamte Innenraum von Luft gefüllt ist, ohne diese Luft gezielt einem Bauelement zuzuleiten.
Besondere Vorteile ergeben sich, wenn der Kanal für die Abfuhr von Kondenswasser aus dem Gehäuse oder für die gezielte Zufuhr von Kühlluft zu der Pumpe, falls diese luftgekühlt ist, ausgebildet ist. Ein besonders einfacher mechanischer Aufbau ergibt sich, wenn die
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung einerseits mechanisch zur Halterung an einer Gebäudewand und andererseits zum Tragen der Pumpe eingerichtet ist. Dadurch ist ein Vibrationsaufnehmendes Bauelement in Gestalt der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung zwischen der Pumpe und der Gebäudewand eingeschaltet. Die
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung wird vorzugsweise im wesentlichen ohne Luftspalt in den Formkörper eingesetzt. Dadurch kann bei Beaufschlagung mit kaltem Trinkwasser eine Kondensation von Luftfeuchtigkeit an der Außenseite der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung gänzlich vermieden werden. Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung von einem Kanal umgeben ist, der die Kühlluft in Richtung der Luftströmung stromabwärts der Pumpe zumindest an den mit Trinkwasser beaufschlagten Teilen entlang führt. Eine derartige Luftführung der von der Pumpe bereits erwärmten Kühlluft beschleunigt die Trocknung einer eventuell entstehenden Kondensation .
Der Formkörper ist vorteilhaft zweiteilig mit einem Vorderteil und einem der Gebäudewand zugewandten Rückteil ausgebildet, wobei eine Teilung im wesentlichen parallel zu der Gebäudewand ausgerichtet ist. Eine Reduzierung der Produktionskosten für das Gehäuse lässt sich erzielen, wenn das Vorderteil im Betrieb nicht oder nur teilweise von einer nicht geschäumten Abdeckhaube bedeckt ist. Der geschäumte Formkörper kann in seinem im Betrieb sichtbaren Bereich unmittelbar mit Dekorationselementen versehen sein, die eine weitere Verkleidung entbehrlich machen .
Die Steuerung wird vorzugsweise mit dem Vorderteil zugeordneten Bedienelementen versehen, die im Betrieb zugänglich sind. Die Bedienelemente können dann für eine erste Inbetriebnahme so angeordnet sein, dass sie ohne Demontage des Gehäuses oder der Vorderseite des Formkörpers zugänglich sind. Dann ist insgesamt gewährleistet, dass weder bei Montage noch bei Inbetriebnahme die Pumpeneinheit geöffnet werden muss.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben.

Die Figur 1 ist eine perspektivische Explosionsdarstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Pumpeneinheit schräg von unten gesehen. Die Pumpeneinheit umfasst einen Rückteil 1 und einen Vorderteil 2, die zusammen einen Formkörper aus einem geschäumten Kunststoff ergeben. Das Rückteil 1 und das Vorderteil 2 sind entlang einer Trennfuge 3 trennbar.
Der Formkörper weist eine Vielzahl von Ausnehmungen auf, von denen einige mit der Bezugsziffer 4 bezeichnet sind. Die Ausnehmungen 4 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie eine Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5, eine Pumpe 6, Rohrleitungsmittel 7 sowie in der Figur 1 nicht dargestellte Steuerungsmittel in der Weise aufnehmen können, dass bei eingesetzten Funktionselementen der Formkörper geschlossen werden kann und die Funktionselemente im wesentlichen vollständig umschließt. Die Pumpe 6 und die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 sind über die Rohrleitungsmittel 7 miteinander verbunden. Die Pumpe 6 liegt außerdem über angeschraubte Silentblöcke unmittelbar an der
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 an und ist über Spannbänder daran befestigt. Auch die nicht sichtbare Steuerung ist unmittelbar mit der Pumpe 6 verbunden, so dass alle Funktionselemente eine selbsttragende Einheit bilden, die keiner separaten Halterung in dem Rückteil 1 oder dem Vorderteil 2 des Formkörpers bedarf.
Die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 umfasst einen Trinkwasseranschluss 10, ein Einspeiseventil 11, das über eine Fallstrecke 12 in einen Trinkwasservorrat 13 speist, sowie einen Notüberlauf 14, der über einen in der Darstellung gemäß Figur 1 von der Pumpe 6 verdeckten Siphon mit einem Abfluss verbunden werden kann. Die Gehäusewandungen dieser Bauelemente sind aus einem Kunststoffmaterial einstückig gefertigt und bieten aufgrund ihrer Größe, ihrer Wandstärke und des verwendeten Materials ein großes Maß an Eigenstabilität.
Die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 hat weiter Hinterschneidungsbereiche 15, die mit entsprechend angepassten Rastnasen des Rückteils 1 zusammenwirken können, so dass das Rückteil 1 formschlüssig an der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 einrastet. Wenn die Funktionselemente in das Rückteil 1 eingesetzt sind und mit diesem verrastet sind, ist die Fallstrecke 12, die zur Trennung des kommunalen Leitungswassersystems vom Brauchwasser und Abwasser erforderlich und vorgeschrieben ist, in einem Abstand von der rechten äußeren Gehäusewandung des Rückteils 1 angeordnet. Zwischen dem Vorratsbehälter 13 und der Wandung des Rückteils 1 bildet sich dann ein Überlaufkanal, der im Bereich einer Öffnung 16 nach unten ins Freie mündet.
Bei aufgesetztem Vorderteil 2 ist die gesamte Pumpeneinheit geschlossen. Von außen zugänglich sind dann der Trinkwasseranschluss 10, der Notüberlauf 14 sowie eine Saugleitung 17 zum Ansaugen von Regenwasser aus einer Zisterne. Weiter trägt das Vorderteil 2 frontseitig insgesamt drei Ausschnitte, von denen ein rechteckiger Ausschnitt 18 den Zugang zu Bedienelementen der Steuerung ermöglicht, ein runder Ausschnitt 19 den Blick auf ein Druckmessgerät zur Anzeige des Drucks in der in der Darstellung gemäß Figur 1 nicht sichtbaren Druckleitung gewährt, sowie ein ebenfalls runder Ausschnitt 20, der einen Drucktaster zur Inbetriebnahme zugänglich macht.
Im geschlossenen Zustand gibt es keine über den Formkörper nach außen hervorstehenden empfindlichen Bauelemente. Der Formkörper wird durch Verrastung an der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 stabil und fest gehalten. Der Formkörper ist deshalb ohne weitere Maßnahmen als Stoßsicherung und mit einer einfachen Umverpackung als Transportverpackung geeignet.
Die Figur 2 zeigt eine Pumpeneinheit gemäß Figur 1 mit abgenommenem Vorderteil und aufgesetztem Rückteil. Das Rückteil 1 umgibt die Funktionselemente in der bereits beschriebenen Weise. Die Pumpe 6 wird von einem Antriebsmotor 22 betrieben, der eine Steuerung 23 trägt. Der Antriebsmotor 22 ist luftgekühlt und saugt die Kühlluft im Betrieb über eine seitliche Öffnung 24 des Rückteils 1 an. Die Führung der Kühlluft erfolgt derart, dass zunächst der Antriebsmotor 22 von der Kühlluft umströmt wird, die sich dabei erwärmt. Im folgenden wird die Kühlluft durch geeignete Ausbildung der Ausnehmungen
4 im Inneren des Formkörpers um den Grundkörper der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 herumgeleitet und strömt dann im Bereich der Saugleitung 17 wieder aus dem Formkörper heraus .
Figur 3 zeigt alleine den Rückteil 1 in einer Darstellung gemäß Figur 1. In dieser Darstellung sind Rastnasen 25 sichtbar, die zur Halterung des Rückteils 1 an der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 dienen. Die Rastnasen 25 sind einstückig mit dem Rückteil 1 ausgebildet und greifen beim Einsetzen der Funktionselemente hinter die Hinterschneidungen 15, um eine sichere Verbindung zwischen dem Rückteil 1 und den Funktionselementen zu gewährleisten, ohne separate Befestigungselemente erforderlich zu machen.
In der Figur 3 ist erkennbar, wie die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 in das Rückteil 1 eingesetzt wird. Die Ausnehmungen 4 auf der rechten Seite des Rückteils 1 halten das Einspeiseventil 11 und den Trinkwasservorratsbehälter 13, aus dem gegebenenfalls die Pumpe 6 Trinkwasser ansaugt. Der siphonartige Notüberlauf, der in der Figur 1 mit 14 bezeichnet ist, verläuft unterhalb des Trinkwasservorratsbehälters 13 nach links, dann nach oben und um 180° herum wiederum nach unten, wobei ein Vorsprung 26 umschlossen wird. Von dem Vorsprung 26 aus geht der Notüberlauf 14 nach unten, um im Bereich einer Gehäuseöffnung 27 nach außen zu treten.
Der Bereich oberhalb der Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung
5 wird von einer Klappe oder einem Schieber 28 verschlossen. Durch Öffnen des Schiebers 28 ist später im Betrieb das Trinkwassereinspeiseventil 11 zu Wartungszwecken zugänglich, ohne das Gehäuse öffnen zu müssen .
Die Figur 4 zeigt die Pumpeneinheit gemäß Figur 1 in geschlossenem Zustand in einer Seitenansicht von rechts . Es ist erkennbar, dass die Pumpeneinheit an ihrer rechten Seite bis auf dem Leitungswasseranschluss 10 vollkommen geschlossen ist.
Figur 5 zeigt entsprechend Figur 4 die Pumpeneinheit in geschlossenem Zustand in einer Seitenansicht von links . In dieser Seitenansicht ist die Öffnung 24 für Kühlluft des Antriebsmotors 22 erkennbar. Weiter ist im Bereich der Trennfuge 3 mittig ein Entlüftungsventil 30 vorgesehen, das zur Entlüftung der Pumpe bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme dient. Da das Entlüftungsventil 30 von außen zugänglich ist, muss auch zur Inbetriebnahme die Pumpeneinheit nicht geöffnet werden.
In der Figur 6 ist die Pumpeneinheit der Figuren 4 und 5 in einer Draufsicht dargestellt. Von der Oberseite her ist ein Druckstutzen 35 zugänglich, der zum Anschluss der Pumpeneinheit an ein mit Regenwasser zu speisendes Leitungsnetz dient. Unmittelbar mit dem Druckstutzen 35 ist ein Manometer 36 verbunden, das durch die in Figur 1 dargestellte Öffnung 19 vom Benutzer beobachtbar ist.
Figur 7 zeigt die Pumpeneinheit der Figuren 4 - 6 von unten. Erkennbar ist der Überlauf 16 der Fallstrecke 12, der offen nach unten herausgeführt ist. Weiter ist der Notüberlauf 14 des Trinkwasservorratsbehälters 13 erkennbar, der ebenfalls nach unten aus der Pumpeneinheit herausgeführt ist. Dieser Notüberlauf kann, da er funktional und räumlich von der Fallstrecke 12 getrennt ist, separat mit einer Abwasserleitung verbunden werden, ohne die erforderliche Trennung von Abwasser/Brauchwasser und Leitungswasser zu gefährden. Der ansonsten erforderliche Auffangtrichter kann entfallen.
An der Unterseite befindet sich weiter der bereits im Zusammenhang mit Figur 1 beschriebene Saugstutzen 17, der mit einer Saugleitung zum Ansaugen von Regenwasser aus einer Zisterne zu verbinden ist. Schließlich ist an der Unterseite ein Netzstecker 37 erkennbar, der in einer Aussparung 38 des Rückteils 1 zu Transportzwecken verstaut ist.
Die Figur 8 zeigt schließlich die Pumpeneinheit der Figuren 4 - 7 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung von hinten. In dieser Darstellung ist eine Wandhalterung 40 erkennbar, die mit Durchgangsbohrungen 41 zur Montage an einer Gebäudewand vorgesehen ist. Die Wandhalterung 40 greift mit einer Lasche 42 an ihrer Oberseite in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung der
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 ein. Weiter ist an der Unterseite der Wandhalterung 40 ein etwa horizontal von der Gebäudewand weg weisender Abschnitt 43 vorgesehen, der in einen entsprechenden Schlitz 44 des Rückteils 1 eingreift. Zwei Rastnasen 45, die einstückig mit dem Rückteil 1 ausgebildet sind und in den Schlitz 44 hinein weisen, untergreifen den Abschnitt 43 nach der Montage der Pumpeneinheit an der Wandhalterung 40, so dass diese nach oben nicht versehentlich angehoben werden kann.
Die insoweit beschriebene Pumpeneinheit zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Funktionselemente, also die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5, die Pumpe 6, die Rohrleitungsmittel 7, die nicht näher beschriebenen elektrischen Verbindungen sowie die Steuerung 23 fest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 den tragenden Grundkörper bildet. Der Formkörper, gebildet aus dem Rückteil 1 und dem Vorderteil 2, ist auf die Funktionselemente aufgesetzt und umgibt diese im wesentlichen formschlüssig. Die Gestaltung der inneren Ausnehmungen erlaubt es, eine Luftströmung zielgerichtet so zu erzeugen, dass Frischluft von außen durch die Öffnung 24 angesaugt wird und zur Kühlung des Antriebsmotors 22 dient. Die dann erwärmte Kühlluft kann gezielt um Teile oder die gesamte
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 herumgeführt werden, so dass dort durch Kontakt mit dem kalten Trinkwasser eventuell entstehendes Kondensat von der warmen und dadurch relativ trockenen Luft aufgenommen und abgeführt wird. Der Kondensatbildung kann dadurch wirksam begegnet werden. Alternativ kann die
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 von dem Rückteil 2 und dem Vorderteil 1 so dicht umschlossen werden, dass kein Kontakt mit der Außenluft möglich ist und eine Kondensatbildung folglich zumindest in diesen Bereichen unmöglich ist.
Der Formkörper umschließt die Funktionselemente allseits, so dass außer einer Umverpackung auch für einen Versand keine weitere Transportsicherung erforderlich ist. Die Funktionselemente sind fest in dem Formkörper gehalten, so dass auch keine mechanische Belastung der Funktionselemente durch Relativbewegung zueinander zu befürchten ist.
Schließlich ist der Aufbau des Formkörpers derart, dass alle für Montage und Inbetriebnahme erforderlichen Elemente der Pumpeneinheit von außen zugänglich sind. Sämtliche Anschlüsse können ohne Entfernen des Vorderteils erreicht werden. Zur Wandmontage wird lediglich die Wandhalterung 40 an eine Gebäudewand angeschraubt und dann die Pumpeneinheit von oben auf die Wandhalterung 40 aufgesetzt, so dass die obere Lasche 42 in die entsprechende Ausnehmung der tragenden Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 eingreift. Die Rastnasen 45 untergreifen dann den Abschnitt 43 und sichern die Pumpeneinheit an ihrem Montageort. Weitere Befestigungsmaßnahmen sind nicht erforderlich.
Insgesamt ergibt sich dadurch eine Pumpeneinheit, die weitestgehend vorgefertigt ausgeliefert werden kann. Die Pumpeneinheit muss für Montage und Inbetriebnahme nicht geöffnet werden. Der Verpackungsaufwand ist minimal. Zusätzlich ergeben sich weitere Vorteile, was die Kondensatbildung und Kondensatableitung betrifft, und schließlich ergibt sich eine ausgezeichnete Geräuschdämmung, sowohl hinsichtlich des entstehenden Luftschalls als auch hinsichtlich des entstehenden Körperschalls .
Die genannten Vorteile ergeben sich nicht nur bei der beschriebenen Ausführungsform mit einem luftgekühlten Antriebsmotor. Auch bei Verwendung eines wassergekühlten Antriebsmotors kann eine entsprechende Führung eines dann durch Konvektion betriebenen Luftstroms erzielt werden, der für eine Ableitung des Kondensats sorgt. Alternativ ist auch bei dieser Ausführungsform möglich, dass der Formkörper die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung 5 an den mit kaltem Wasser beaufschlagten Oberflächen dicht umschließt, so dass eine Kondensatbildung gar nicht erst stattfindet.

Claims

P a ten t an s p r ü che
1. Pumpeneinheit für Regenwassernutzungsanlagen mit einem Gehäuse, das als Funktionselemente eine Pumpe (6), eine Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung (5) und/oder Steuerungsmittel (23) sowie Rohrleitungsmittel (7) umgibt, wobei
- das Gehäuse wenigstens einen Formkörper (1,2) aus einem geschäumten Kunststoff aufweist,
- der Formkörper (1,2) Ausnehmungen (4) aufweist, in die die Funktionselemente eingesetzt sind, und
- die Funktionselemente (5,6, 23) untereinander über elektrische Leitungsmittel oder die Rohrleitungsmittel (7) miteinander verbunden sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gehäuse wenigstens ein von Luft durchströmbarer Kanal ausgebildet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal für die Abfuhr von Kondenswasser aus dem Gehäuse und/oder die Zufuhr von Kühlluft zu der Pumpe (6) ausgebildet ist .
Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung (5) einerseits mechanisch zur Halterung an einer Gebäudewand und andererseits zum Tragen der Pumpe (6) eingerichtet ist .
Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung (5) im wesentlichen ohne Luftspalt in den Formkörper (1,2) eingesetzt ist .
Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Trinkwassereinspeisevorrichtung (5) von einem Kanal umgeben ist, der die Kühlluft stromabwärts der Pumpe (6) zumindest an den mit Trinkwasser beaufschlagten Teilen entlang führt.
Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formkörper (1,2) zweiteilig mit einem Vorderteil (2) und einem der Gebäudewand zugewandten Rückteil (1) ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Teilung (3) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Gebäudewand ausgerichtet ist.
Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderteil (2) im Betrieb nicht oder nur teilweise von einer nicht geschäumten Abdeckhaube bedeckt ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (23) mit dem Vorderteil (2) zugeordneten Bedienelementen versehen ist, die im Betrieb zugänglich sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Bedienelemente (30) für eine erste Inbetriebnahme vorgesehen sind, die ohne Demontage zugänglich sind.
