Definitions
- the invention relates to a plaster molding, which is provided for attachment to a built-structural component, in particular a shutter rail, having a strip body and a fixed to the strip body Arm istsgewebeabêt, as shown in WO-A-9317204 is known.
- plaster moldings at the transition between a built-in building component and the structure in order not to have to brush plaster directly on the installed building component but on the plaster molding when applying plaster is known. Furthermore, plaster moldings of the type are known which have a strip body and a reinforcing fabric section attached to the strip body. The Arm istsgewebeabterrorism serves to be incorporated into the adjoining the plaster molding plaster or putty layer to give it a higher strength.
- built-in building components are window frames, door frames, roller shutter rails, emerging beams of a roof construction. A particularly typical example of where such structural components are installed is the building wall.
- the invention has for its object to provide a plaster molding of the type mentioned above with respect to the intended location of attachment to the built-structural component and with regard to the placement of Arm istsgewebeabitess more favorable configuration.
- the plaster strip according to the invention is therefore not designed for attachment to the technological of the building outer surface of the built building component or for attachment to the inside of the building facing internal surface of the built building component (as was usually the case with previous plaster moldings), but for attachment to the side surface of the built-in structural component, which faces the boundary surface of an opening in the building wall.
- the reinforcing fabric portion is located farther from the boundary surface of the opening in the building wall, that is, closer to the free surface of the applied putty layer, which is a function of the reinforcing fabric portion as a strength-enhancing component the plaster layer is a significant advantage.
- a "built-in building component” is preferably a building component that does not consist of the structural material of the structure or the building wall (such as masonry or concrete).
- Window frames, door frames, exiting roof beams, roller shutter rails are typical examples of built-in building components.
- the built-in building components that they consist of a different material than the load-bearing material of the building or the building wall.
- Particularly common materials of the built-in structural components are plastic, wood, metal.
- said extension of the strip body is angled in its end region on the structural component. In this way, a viewer does not see the free end surface of the extension because it faces the building component.
- the adhesive tape is a double-sided adhesive foam tape.
- the reinforcing fabric portion is welded between a welding region of the base and a welding region of the spacer.
- at least two spaced adjacent welds are provided.
- the weld has been produced from an initial state in which the weld region of the base and / or the weld region of the spacer element has a weld protrusion tapering towards the free end. This facilitates the implementation of the weld, especially in the case of ultrasonic welding.
- the strip body is extruded in one piece, wherein at the transition between the base and the spacer element or at a position of the spacer element, a region of reduced wall thickness is provided, where the spacer element or a part of the spacer element can be folded after inserting the Arm istsgewebeabitess.
- the reinforcement fabric section preferably consists of glass fiber fabric.
- Commercially available glass silk fabric has a plastic impregnation, z. As acrylic, on, which protects the glass fibers from chemical attack from the material of the filler or the plaster.
- Another object of the invention is the transition between an opening in a building wall and a built-structural component, in particular a shutter rail, characterized in that a plaster molding, as described and claimed in the present application, to a side surface of the structural component, which is the peripheral surface of the opening facing in the building wall, glued.
- the plaster strip sits between said side surface of the structural component and a thermal insulation of the building wall.
- the transition according to the invention between the opening in the building wall and the built-in building component is designed so that a left and a right roller shutter rail are provided as a structural component; and that the distance between the left and the right shutter track rail and in each case the width of the extension of the strip body in the two plaster strips are dimensioned such that an externally superior roller shutter box fits between the extensions of the two plaster strips.
- fill layer and "plaster layer”. These two terms are to be understood interchangeably.
- a layer of a viscous, rather tough material is applied to a thermal insulation, which is usually called putty or putty.
- a material containing mineral binder and a sandy component, commonly called plaster is usually applied to this.
- Fig. 1 On the left you can see a horizontally cut building wall 2, which has as the most essential components a supporting component 4 made of bricks and on the outside a thermal insulation 6 made of foamed polystyrene plates. Arrow 8 indicates the direction away from the building, arrow 10 indicates the direction of the building interior.
- the drawn shutter track 14 has an outer surface 16 pointing in the direction of the arrow 8, an inner surface 18 pointing in the direction of the arrow 10 (to which the shutter rail 14 is fastened to the window frame 12) and a side surface 20 facing the heat insulation 6. Between this side surface 20 and the insulation 6 sits a plaster strip 30th
- the plaster strip 30 is in Fig. 2 shown on a larger scale.
- the plaster strip 30 has the following essential components: substantially flat base 32, substantially U-shaped extension 34 of the base 32, substantially U-shaped spacer 36, foam adhesive tape 38, reinforcement fabric section 40.
- the base 32 is substantially flat and planar, one could also say plate-shaped, with a small angled portion 42 at the end facing the building interior. At the end facing the building exterior, the base 32 merges into an extension which is initially angled at 90 ° and thus extends parallel to the outer surface 16 of the roller shutter rail 14, but then angled in its end region by 90 ° to the shutter rail 14 back is. On its side surface 20 of the roller shutter rail 14 side facing the double-sided adhesive foam tape 38 is adhered to the base 32.
- the spacer 36 is generally U-shaped overall with the base wall 44 of the U extending parallel to the base 32.
- the spacer element 36 merges into the base 32 by means of a connecting wall 46, wherein the connecting wall 46 represents the end of the spacer element 36 which is closest to the inside of the building.
- a wall 48 is provided extending from the base wall 44 to the base 32.
- the inguinal body has been extruded in one piece, in a configuration different from the one in FIG Fig. 2 drawn configuration differs in that the base wall 44 and the wall 48 and the wall 50 are pivoted by 90 ° in the clockwise direction around the area 52.
- the reinforcing fabric section 40 is fastened to the strip body in that, in the case of "open spacer element 36", it is fastened to the inward-facing section shown in FIG Fig. 2 Then, the spacer has been "closed” by pivoting 90 ° counterclockwise, and then the ends of the walls 48 and 50 have been welded to the base 32 by ultrasonic welding.
- Fig. 3 shows the initial state of the strip body still without inserted Arm michsgewebeabêt 40, but with approximated to approach the base 32 pivoted spacer 36 so that one sees the shaping of a portion of the base 32 and the free ends of the walls 48 and 50 before performing the weld.
- the ends of the walls 48 and 50 are formed as flat end surfaces, but could also be designed to be tapered or recessed in the middle channel-shaped.
- the base 32 At each of the locations of the base 32, located in the in Fig. 3 drawn state relative to the end of a wall 48 and 50, the base 32 has a right angle to the plane of elongated, tapering towards the free end rib 54. After the reinforcing fabric portion 40 is interposed, the spacer 36 is "closed".
- each rib 54 is preferably welded to the front end of the associated wall 48 or 50 by means of ultrasound. As a result, the ribs 54 at least partially melt, as do the end portions of the walls 48 and 50. Upon completion of fabrication, including welding to the reinforcement fabric portion 40, one no longer sees the initial triangular cross section of the ribs 54 and virtually the ribs 54.
- Fig. 1 is also a plaster layer 56 shown, which is applied in the soffit of the window opening and the crack resistance has been increased by the Arm michsgewebeabêt 40.
- Arm michsgewebeabites which has been placed partially overlapping with the drawn Arm michsgewebeabêt 40 and the in Fig. 1 drawn corner of the insulation 6 around in front of the - in Fig. 1 down facing - outside of the insulation 6 is guided. There, the plaster layer 56 continues.
- Fig. 1 is also a vorgester from outside roller shutter box 60 located.
- the roller shutter box 60 is measured horizontally in FIG Fig. 1 , so wide that it with little play between the edges of the extensions 34 of the two plaster strips 30, namely a plaster strip 30 at the left edge of the window opening, as in Fig. 1 drawn, and another plaster strip 30 mirror image on the right edge of the window opening, fits.
- the shutter box 60 sits left and right against the roller rails 15.
- the left and right shutter rails 14 and the left and right plaster molding 30, in particular each with respect to the width of the extension 34 are dimensioned so that the roller shutter box 60 fits just with little play between the two plaster strips 30.
- the shutter box 60 can be removed for any maintenance or repair work to the outside, without the plaster strips 30 or the plaster layer 56 in the soffit would be in the way.

Abstract
Description
The use of plaster moldings at the transition between a built-in building component and the structure in order not to have to brush plaster directly on the installed building component but on the plaster molding when applying plaster is known. Furthermore, plaster moldings of the type are known which have a strip body and a reinforcing fabric section attached to the strip body. The Armierungsgewebeabschnitt serves to be incorporated into the adjoining the plaster molding plaster or putty layer to give it a higher strength. Typical examples of built-in building components are window frames, door frames, roller shutter rails, emerging beams of a roof construction. A particularly typical example of where such structural components are installed is the building wall.
The invention has for its object to provide a plaster molding of the type mentioned above with respect to the intended location of attachment to the built-structural component and with regard to the placement of Armierungsgewebeabschnitts more favorable configuration.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of
The plaster strip according to the invention is therefore not designed for attachment to the groundbreaking of the building outer surface of the built building component or for attachment to the inside of the building facing internal surface of the built building component (as was usually the case with previous plaster moldings), but for attachment to the side surface of the built-in structural component, which faces the boundary surface of an opening in the building wall. The screed grips, as it were with the forrolling extension "around the corner" to cover a front edge region of the built-structural component; There, the plaster is plastered later. By the spacer element of the strip body and by the mentioned placement of Armierungsgewebeabschnitts on the strip body is ensured that the Armierungsgewebeabschnitt at a distance from the base remote from the end (= the boundary surface of the opening in the building wall end facing) of the spacer element leads away from the strip body. As a result, when applying the putty layer, the reinforcing fabric portion is located farther from the boundary surface of the opening in the building wall, that is, closer to the free surface of the applied putty layer, which is a function of the reinforcing fabric portion as a strength-enhancing component the plaster layer is a significant advantage.
A "built-in building component" is preferably a building component that does not consist of the structural material of the structure or the building wall (such as masonry or concrete). Window frames, door frames, exiting roof beams, roller shutter rails are typical examples of built-in building components. As a rule, one can give the definition for the built-in building components that they consist of a different material than the load-bearing material of the building or the building wall. Particularly common materials of the built-in structural components are plastic, wood, metal.
Preferably, said extension of the strip body is angled in its end region on the structural component. In this way, a viewer does not see the free end surface of the extension because it faces the building component.
Preferably, the adhesive tape is a double-sided adhesive foam tape.
There are a number of preferred options for attaching the reinforcement fabric section to the strip body: clamping, gluing, welding, most preferably ultrasonic welding.
Preferably, the reinforcing fabric portion is welded between a welding region of the base and a welding region of the spacer. Preferably, at least two spaced adjacent welds are provided.
Preferably, the weld has been produced from an initial state in which the weld region of the base and / or the weld region of the spacer element has a weld protrusion tapering towards the free end. This facilitates the implementation of the weld, especially in the case of ultrasonic welding.
Preferably, the strip body is extruded in one piece, wherein at the transition between the base and the spacer element or at a position of the spacer element, a region of reduced wall thickness is provided, where the spacer element or a part of the spacer element can be folded after inserting the Armierungsgewebeabschnitts. The further below to be described embodiment will make this clearer.
The reinforcement fabric section preferably consists of glass fiber fabric. Commercially available glass silk fabric has a plastic impregnation, z. As acrylic, on, which protects the glass fibers from chemical attack from the material of the filler or the plaster.
Another object of the invention is the transition between an opening in a building wall and a built-structural component, in particular a shutter rail,
characterized in that a plaster molding, as described and claimed in the present application, to a side surface of the structural component, which is the peripheral surface of the opening facing in the building wall, glued.
Preferably, in this case the plaster strip sits between said side surface of the structural component and a thermal insulation of the building wall. Alternatively, it is also possible that the plaster molding between the said side surface of the building component and the supporting material of the building wall, z. B. masonry or concrete sitting.
Preferably, the transition according to the invention between the opening in the building wall and the built-in building component is designed so that a left and a right roller shutter rail are provided as a structural component; and that the distance between the left and the right shutter track rail and in each case the width of the extension of the strip body in the two plaster strips are dimensioned such that an externally superior roller shutter box fits between the extensions of the two plaster strips. In this way, the roller shutter box, z. B. if a maintenance or repair of the shutter should be performed, are taken away freely to the outside, without the plaster strips or up to the plastering led out plaster would be disturbing in the way.
In the present application is spoken at various points of "filler layer" and "plaster layer". These two terms are to be understood interchangeably. Often, a layer of a viscous, rather tough material is applied to a thermal insulation, which is usually called putty or putty. Often applied to this is a material containing mineral binder and a sandy component, commonly called plaster.
