Definitions
- the invention relates to a plastering strip for placement on a building corner and a building corner with a plastering strip arranged thereon.
- window frames and door frames which are the fixed window or door frames that are firmly connected to the building, are inserted into corresponding wall openings in the shell and fastened there.
- the shell will be plastered inside and out.
- the connection of the plaster to the window frame or door frame is a critical point, especially on the outside of the building, because the plaster abuts the material of the window frame or door frame on the front side and does not form a perfect bond there.
- plastering strips can only adequately accommodate the movements that occur between the plaster and thermal insulation and the window or door frame when exposed to heavy loads, especially when exposed to high temperature-related loads, which leads to damage to the plaster and to the penetration of moisture and damage to the window - or door frame leads.
- the EP 0 274 640 A2 shows a device for forming a connection transition between two surfaces adjacent to one another at right angles, in which at least a first surface is provided with rigid coverings, in particular with ceramic plates, and a second surface can be a bathtub edge, with an angle profile and an outwardly acting one arranged thereon, resilient elastic sealing strip.
- a soft sealing lip is formed, on the outside of which an adhesive profile is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the angle profile.
- the DE 196 05 467 A1 shows a plastering strip for window frames, door frames or the like at the transition to the plaster, having a base wall with which it can be attached to the window frame, door frame or the like, a web extending along the strip, which is intended to carry forward in relation to the base wall, the Bar has a base area and a front area, and the front area has a connection to the base area, which allows a relative movement in the direction of changing the distance to the base wall.
- the EP 1 898 022 A1 shows a profile strip for connecting a component to a layer of plaster or tiles to be applied or applied to a surface. It is constructed in two parts. A base part is intended for attaching the profile strip to the component. An attachment part is intended for connection to the plaster layer or tile layer. The base part and the attachment part are movable relative to each other.
- the AT 501 438 A1 shows a reveal connection profile for components adjacent to plaster with a sealing leg, which has fastening means on the component side, preferably a sealing tape, and is movably connected to an outer leg, which has at least one plaster receiving space.
- the sealing leg is movably connected to the outer leg via a first tongue/groove connection, with the plane of movement of the two groove/tongue connections being essentially normal to one another.
- the DE 201 03 282 U1 shows a reveal profile for attaching a covering material for covering building openings when painting or plastering with a holder for the covering material and a fastening profile strip and an outer profile strip.
- the fastening profile strip and the outer profile strip are movably guided into one another in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the strips relative to one another.
- the EP 1 942 237 A2 shows a two-part reveal connection profile for components adjacent to plaster with a base profile which can be attached to the component and with an outer profile which can be movably fixed by the base profile and which has a plastering leg and a holding leg.
- the base profile has a laterally slot-shaped guide opening into a storage area, which receives the holding leg of the outer profile, the holding leg having a bearing element which fixes the outer profile in the storage area so that it can be rotated with play around the longitudinal axis of the profile and displaceable along the profile axis.
- a plastering strip according to the invention is intended for placement at a transition between a component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a thermal insulation and/or a plaster layer.
- a plastering strip according to the invention comprises a base area with which the plastering strip can be attached to the component, and a front area which is used for plastering into the plaster layer and/or for a firm connection to the thermal insulation is determined and which has a guide connection with the base area, which, if necessary after loosening a connecting element, allows a relative movement to the base area.
- the guide connection is designed as an extension that is connected to the base region and projects away from it in the direction of the front region and in a direction essentially perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, and as a receiving region of the front region that at least partially accommodates this extension.
- the receiving area has at least one guide projection for the extension on its lower section facing the base area, so that when the front area moves relative to the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between the front area and the base area, the extension is guided along an extension wall area on the guide projection.
- At least part of the extension has a soft plastic material in order to enable a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
- An alternative plaster strip which is also intended for placement at a transition between a component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a thermal insulation and/or a plaster layer , comprises a base area with which the plastering strip can be attached to the component, and a front area which is intended for plastering into the plaster layer and / or for a firm connection to the thermal insulation and which has a guide connection to the base area, which, if necessary, after loosening a connecting element, allows a relative movement to the base area.
- the guide connection is designed as an extension that is connected to the base region and projects away from it in the direction of the front region and in a direction essentially perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, and as a receiving region of the front region that at least partially accommodates this extension.
- This receiving area has at least one guide projection for the extension on its lower section facing the base area, so that when the front area moves relative to the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between the front area and the base area, the extension is guided along an extension wall area on the guide projection.
- a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a plastic material that is softer than the plastic material of the remaining plaster strip in order to enable a relative movement of the front area to the base area in a direction parallel to the main direction of extension of the component.
- the direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component is understood to mean the shearing direction of the building component with respect to the thermal insulation and/or the plaster layer.
- the direction perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component is understood to mean the direction away from the building component towards the outside.
- the base area is attached to the component, and the front area is plastered and thus firmly connected to the plaster layer and, if necessary, the thermal insulation arranged behind it.
- such shearing movements can be carried out well by the plastering strips according to the invention can be compensated for without the base area detaching from the component and without cracks appearing in the plaster layer.
- this relative mobility in the shearing direction is ensured by the fact that part of the extension has a soft plastic material and is therefore flexible, and in the second plastering strip according to the invention, this relative mobility in the shearing direction is ensured by the flexibility of a guide projection or one of the guide projections made of soft plastic material is ensured, against which the extension moves and can compress it a bit.
- a relative mobility between the front area and the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between them is also ensured, so that movements between the component and the base area attached to it and the plaster layer and the front area attached thereto in the direction of the change in the distance between the front area and the base area can be compensated for by the plastering strip and at the same time the tightness can be maintained.
- the guide connection according to the invention as an extension connected to the base area and projecting away from it in the direction of the front area and as a receiving area of the front area that at least partially accommodates this extension and the guidance of this extension by means of at least one guide projection along an extension wall area, relatively large relative movements can also be compensated for , especially relative movements in the range of several millimeters.
- the plastering strips according to the invention can thus compensate for changes in distance between the base area and the component as well as the front area and the plaster layer in the range of several millimeters, at the same time maintaining the required tightness and avoiding the base area becoming detached from the component.
- the design of the guide connection according to the invention therefore provides, on the one hand, the possibility of relative displacement of several millimeters while maintaining a sealing function.
- the plastering strips according to the invention also enable a relative mobility of the base region to the front region in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the plastering strip.
- a guide projection or one of the guide projections can also be made of a softer plastic material in order to allow a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
- a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a softer plastic material
- at least part of the extension can have a soft plastic material in order to allow a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component make possible.
- first and second plastering strips according to the invention are combined with one another; firstly, at least part of the extension is made of a soft plastic material and secondly a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a softer plastic material.
- the correspondingly enabled relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component can thus be increased and is ensured on the one hand by the bendable, softer section of the extension and on the other hand by an at least partially compressible soft guide projection.
- the part of the extension which has a soft plastic material can also enable a further relative movement of the front region to the base region in the direction of changing the distance between the front region and the base region by extending the extension a little.
- the extension has an end head, in particular an end head that is widened and/or forms the end of the extension.
- This end head can serve as a stop for the guide projection and reliably prevent the base area from detaching from the front area.
- this end head can determine the distance along which relative mobility in the direction of changing the distance between the front area and Base area is possible.
- the extension projects away from a base wall of the base region, in particular substantially vertically.
- the base wall of the base region extends essentially in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
- the part of the extension made of soft plastic material is the area directly attached to the base wall. This also serves for better merging during extrusion.
- the extension has a widened extension wall area between the extension area that attaches directly to the base wall and the end head.
- the guide projection(s) is/are arranged at a lower end of the receiving area, spaced from the lower side of the front area and thus protected.
- the guide projections can be made relatively small and thin. By being arranged at the lower end of the receiving area, spaced from the underside, these are protected from external influences and, in cooperation with the guide extension, form a good seal against penetrating moisture.
- two mutually directed guide projections for the extension are provided on the lower section of the receiving area facing the base area. These narrow the recording space at this point and accommodate the extension in between so that it can be moved. Furthermore, these guide projections can extend somewhat inwards from the side walls of the receiving space.
- the guide projection made of soft plastic material is the outer guide projection located in the direction of the plaster/thermal insulation. It has been shown that the most common shearing movement is the one in which the plaster layer, including the front area, moves away from the masonry or the thermal insulation in relation to the base area and the component. This shearing movement can be well compensated for by a plastering strip according to this embodiment of the invention in that the outer, soft guide projection is compressed to a certain extent by the extension.
- both guide projections can be made of soft plastic material in order to be able to reliably compensate for a shearing movement in the opposite direction.
- a relative movement between the front region and the base region in the direction of changing the distance between a minimum displacement position, in which the end head extends far into the receiving region, and a maximum displacement position, in which the end head rests on at least one of the guide projections, is possible.
- This provides a large distance of relative mobility between the front area and the base area.
- the required tightness is maintained and the front area is reliably prevented from detaching from the base area.
- the minimum and maximum displacement positions are spaced apart from one another by at least half the depth of the receiving area.
- a strip-shaped protective tab is provided, to which a protective film for the component can be attached.
- a protective film for the component can be attached.
- an adhesive layer can be arranged on the strip-shaped protective tab.
- This strip-shaped protective tab can be connected to the base area, in particular with the end of the base wall and/or with the displaceable front area, in particular with the end of the plaster finish side, via a break-off material bridge.
- the base area and the front area are separated from each other, so that a relative movement of the front area to the base area is made possible, namely in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the plastering strip, in the direction of the change in distance between the front area and the base area and in the main extension direction of the component , thus in the shearing direction between the front area and the base area.
- the front area has a contact side which is intended for contact with thermal insulation.
- the contact side of the front region and the thermal insulation-side end region of the base wall and possibly the thermal insulation-side end region of the adhesive strip can essentially lie in one plane.
- the plastering strip can be arranged at a position in front of the thermal insulation, based on the main direction of extension of the building component, and there is no need to fix the plastering strip in a gap between the building component and the thermal insulation.
- the plaster strip can be used in installation situations where there is no or only a small gap between the building component and the thermal insulation is available.
- the base area can have an adhesive strip for attachment to the surface of the component, which can be designed as a sealing tape, in particular as a PE sealing tape.
- a protective lip in addition to the adhesive strip, in particular in the direction of the strip-shaped protective tab, a protective lip can be arranged, which is in particular made of a soft, flexible material and which rests against the component when the plaster strip is installed and protects the adhesive tape from dirt and/or moisture and/or UV radiation protects. If this protective lip is also designed in such a way that it is also waterproof against driving rain, it can also be referred to as a sealing lip.
- an expansion tape with delayed expansion can also be present, which is initially kept in a pre-compressed state and, after appropriate release, seals against the component.
- the front area with its external contact side is intended for contact with thermal insulation or with a reveal surface.
- the receiving space is integrated into a plastering leg of the front area.
- the plaster leg can have a stepped course with a plaster end side that lies opposite a corresponding area of the base wall and which forms a plaster end edge.
- the plastering leg can be provided with a channel profile for improved adhesion to the plaster.
- a reinforcing fabric section can be attached to the displaceable front area and is also plastered in.
- the base material of the plaster strip is usually a hard plastic, especially hard PVC.
- the plaster strip can advantageously be produced by extrusion.
- the areas that have a soft plastic material, in particular the corresponding part of the extension, the guide projection or the guide projections and / or the protective lip can be co-extruded.
- the strip-shaped protective flap can be provided with an adhesive layer, the base area can be provided with a corresponding sealing or adhesive strip, and a reinforcing fabric section can be attached to the front area, in particular by means of a weld such as ultrasonic welding.
- the invention also relates to a building corner with a plastering strip of the type described above, which is fixed to the component with its sealing tape, which lies against the thermal insulation or the reveal surface and whose plastering leg is optionally plastered together with the reinforcing fabric section.
- Fig. 1 shows a side view of a plastering strip 2 in the delivery condition.
- the plaster strip 2 has a base body, which is composed of a base area 4 and a front area 16 that can be moved relative to it, and a strip-shaped protective tab 36, which is connected to the base body.
- the base area 4 comprises a base wall 6 with an adhesive strip 10 attached to its underside, the underside of which rests against the surface of the building component when the plaster strip 2 is installed and is glued to it.
- an expansion strip made of a flexible pre-compressed material can also be provided, which can be compressed and expanded again in order to compensate for changes in distance between the underside of the base wall 6 and the surface of the building component within certain limits to be able to.
- a protective lip 8 extends downwards.
- This protective lip 8 is in particular made of flexible plastic material that is softer than the hard plastic material of the rest of the plastering strip and therefore has a certain flexibility.
- Such a flexible protective lip 8 rests against the surface of the building component when the plaster strip 2 is installed, namely at a position outside the adhesive strip 10, and thus reliably prevents moisture from reaching the adhesive strip 10.
- the protective lip 8 can be extruded in particular together with the base wall 6 and the guide extension 12, which will be explained in more detail below, with the front region 16 and the strip-shaped protective tab 36.
- a guide extension 12 projects upwards away from the base wall 6 and is formed integrally with it.
- This guide extension 12 includes one too arranged at the top, widened end head 14, an extension wall area underneath of smaller wall thickness and an extension wall area of further reduced wall thickness forming the connection with the base wall 6.
- the movable front area 16 is divided into a plastering leg 26 with a stepped course, which is formed by a rear receiving space 20 and a front extending leg section, and into a plastering end side 28 which is attached to the lower outer end of the receiving space 20 and extends outwards.
- the plastering leg 26 is with his in the Fig. 1
- the smooth surface on the right is intended for contact with thermal insulation or a reveal surface.
- the left and therefore outward-facing side forms the plastering side, which also includes the plaster finish side 28, and this plastering side is provided with a channel profile 30 in order to increase the surface for the adhering plaster and thus improve the connection with the plaster.
- This channel profiling 30 can, as in the Fig. 1 can be seen, also extend over the front of the front wall of the receiving space 20.
- the receiving space 20 is dimensioned such that the front end of the end head 14, when the guide extension 12 is completely located in the receiving space 20, is accordingly when the rear end surfaces of the side walls of the receiving space 20 and the rear end surface of the plaster finish side 28 rest against the front of the base wall 6. is positioned at a short distance from the upper wall of the receiving space 20.
- opposing guide projections 22, 24 attach and extend so far inward, based on the axis of symmetry of the receiving space 20, that they Pick up and guide the guide extension 12 between them.
- the guide projections 22, 24 engage in the lowest region of the guide extension 12 with reduced wall thickness and hold this guide extension 12 and thus the entire base region 4 with respect to the displaceable front region 16 in a minimal displacement position.
- the front region 16 can be displaced relative to the base region 4, up to a maximum displacement position at which the guide projections 22, 24 on the End head 14 are attached.
- movements between the thermal insulation/plaster layer and the building component in the direction of changing the distance between the base area 4/the associated building component on the one hand and the plaster layer/thermal insulation and the associated front area 16 on the other hand can be compensated for in a particularly advantageous manner, without the plaster strip at the transition between The sealing function guaranteed by the building component and thermal insulation/plaster layer is lost.
- the formation of cracks in the plaster layer and detachment of the adhesive strip 10 from the building component can be prevented.
- a strip-shaped protective tab 36 adjoins the left-hand outer end of the plaster end side 28 of the front area 16.
- the front of the protective tab 36 is flat and carries an adhesive layer 40 there.
- On the adhesive layer 40 one can Fig. 1 Protective film, not shown, is glued on, which extends from the plaster strip 2 in the Fig. 1 to the left, i.e. extends outwards.
- the strip-shaped protective tab 36 On its back, the strip-shaped protective tab 36 has a spacer bar that projects essentially at right angles to the rear.
- the spacer bar is so high that the protective tab 36 is supported on the rear of the building component via the spacer bar in such a way that the front of the protective tab 36 is essentially parallel to the front of the building component.
- the outside of the base wall 6 and the outside of the plaster finish side 28 are connected to the strip-shaped protective tab 36 by means of a break-off material bridge 38 with a significantly reduced material thickness.
- the extension 12 with end head 14, which carries away from the base wall 6, and the receiving space 20 on the front region side with the guide projections 22 and 24 represent a guide connection between the base region 4 and the displaceable front region 16.
- This guide connection also enables the base region 4 to be displaced relative to the front region 16 in the longitudinal direction of the plastering strip 2.
- the plastering strip 2 shown in the present exemplary embodiment also enables a relative movement between the base area 4 and the front area 16 in the main extension direction of the building component, i.e. in the shearing direction.
- This displaceability between base area 4 and front area 16 in the shearing direction you can see if you imagine that the strip-shaped protective tab 36 is separated and the base area 4, which is attached to the building component, for example the window frame, with the adhesive strip 10, opposite the plastered front area 16 and thus connected to the masonry in the drawing plane Fig. 1 to the right, i.e. inwards, or to the left, i.e. outwards.
- such relative movements in the shearing direction can also be compensated for by either part of the guide extension 12 being made of softer plastic material or by at least one of the guide projections 22, 24 being made of a softer plastic material.
- the wall area of the guide extension 12 that attaches directly to the base wall 6 and is backed with a lighter color is made of a softer, flexible plastic material, so that, in the event of such shearing movements, this soft extension wall area bends in such a way that the base wall 6 with adhesive strips 10 and the cover lip 8 can move inwards, i.e. to the right or outwards, i.e. to the left, and the plastered front area 16 remains stationary, and without shear forces acting between the base area 4 and the front area 16, which lead to the adhesive strip 10 being detached from the building component or could lead to the formation of cracks in the plaster.
- the soft wall area of the extension 12 also results in a further increase in the relative displaceability between the base wall 6 and the front area 16 in the direction of changing the distance between the base area 4 and the front area 16.
- At least one of the guide projections 22 and 24 can also be formed from such a soft plastic material.
- the guide projection 24 located on the inner wall, i.e. the right wall of the receiving space 20, which is backed with a light color, made of soft and flexible plastic material.
- the extension 12 with its extension wall area can compress the soft guide projection 24 to some extent in order to compensate for a relative mobility of the base area 4 to the front area 16 in the shearing direction, without excessive shear forces occur between the base area 4 and the front area 16, and accordingly detachment of the adhesive tape 10 and the formation of cracks in the plaster can be reliably avoided.
- the guide projection 22 located on the left wall of the receiving space 20 can also be made of a soft plastic material in order to ensure a relative movement of the base region 4 to the front region 16 in the shearing direction of the base wall 6 in the Fig. 1 to be able to compensate to the left.
- the extension 12 presses the guide projection 22 together to a certain extent in order to compensate for the relative movement that occurs in the shearing direction.
- the rear wall section of the extension 12 and the right guide projection 24 are made of soft plastic material.
- both a wall area of the guide extension 12 and both guide projections 22, 24 are made of soft plastic material, particularly large shearing movements between the base wall 6 and the component attached to it and the front area 16 can be compensated for with a plaster layer and, if necessary, thermal insulation arranged underneath.
- the plaster strip 2 When installing the plaster strip 2, it is placed with the contact side 18 against the thermal insulation or the soffit surface and attached to the building component, for example the window frame, with the adhesive strip 10. The protective film is then stretched over the building component and fixed to the adhesive layer 40. The plastering leg 26 is then plastered in. The plaster layer extends over the entire area of the movable front area 16 provided with gutter profiling 30, i.e. over the entire plastering side of the plastering leg 26 and the plaster end side 28 up to the plaster end edge, which is defined by the end of the plaster end side 28 is. In addition, the plastering material also penetrates the reinforcing fabric section 34. After the plastering has been completed, the protective film is cut off and the break-off material bridge 38 is severed, i.e.
- the displaceable front region 16 is now decoupled from the base region 4 and can face each other through the guide connection described in detail above the base wall 6 move and thus compensate for movements between the building component and the plaster layer as well as any thermal insulation arranged underneath, in all directions, namely in the direction of the change in distance between the base wall 6 and the front area 16, in the longitudinal direction the plaster strip 2 and in the shearing direction between the base wall 6 and the front area 16.

- the plastering strip 2 is now attached to the transition between the window frame 46 and the thermal insulation panel 48 by being glued to the outside of the window frame 46 with its adhesive strip and with its in Fig. 2 The system side on the left rests against the thermal insulation panel 48. According to the representation Fig. 2 You can also see the strip-shaped protective tab to which the protective film is attached in order to cover the window surface and a piece of the window frame and thus provide protection against dirt and damage during plastering.
- a layer of plaster is now applied to the thermal insulation board 48, up to the plaster edge, which is referred to Fig. 1 has been described.
- the plastering strip 2 is firmly connected with its base area to the window frame 46 via the adhesive strips and its movable front area is firmly connected to the thermal insulation 48.
- the protective film is cut off immediately in front of the strip-shaped protective flap and the strip-shaped protective flap is removed.
- the movement in the x direction represents the relative movement of the front area to the base area in the direction parallel to the main direction of extension of the window frame with window and thus a shear in the transverse direction.
- the movement y is the relative movement to the longitudinal direction of the plastering strip 2, i.e a shear in the longitudinal direction.
- the movement in direction z is the relative movement in the direction of changing the distance between the window frame 46 and the thermal insulation 48. If from the in Fig. 2 shown position of the window frame 46 and the thermal insulation 48 move towards each other and the gap 50 between them decreases accordingly, this relative movement is compensated for by a compression of the adhesive strip.
- the plastering strip 2 compensates for this expansion or suction movement through its guide connection, as described with reference to Fig. 1 has been described in detail.
- the plaster strip 2 thus compensates for relative movements in all three directions x, y and z described and thus reliably and permanently seals the transition between the window frame 46 and the thermal insulation 48 as well as the gap 50 between them.
Description
The invention relates to a plastering strip for placement on a building corner and a building corner with a plastering strip arranged thereon.
When constructing buildings, the procedure is usually that window frames and door frames, which are the fixed window or door frames that are firmly connected to the building, are inserted into corresponding wall openings in the shell and fastened there. In a later phase, the shell will be plastered inside and out. The connection of the plaster to the window frame or door frame is a critical point, especially on the outside of the building, because the plaster abuts the material of the window frame or door frame on the front side and does not form a perfect bond there. Since the plaster shrinks slightly as it dries, since window and door frames are exposed to vibrations, for example due to violent slamming of the windows or doors, and since such building corners are also exposed to high temperature fluctuations, there is a risk that a crack or gap will form between the plaster and the plaster the window frame or door frame. Moisture can then penetrate here, which in the long term damages the window frame, the door frame or the plaster, for example leading to the plaster crumbling.
It turns out that known plastering strips can only adequately accommodate the movements that occur between the plaster and thermal insulation and the window or door frame when exposed to heavy loads, especially when exposed to high temperature-related loads, which leads to damage to the plaster and to the penetration of moisture and damage to the window - or door frame leads.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a plastering strip which, even under extreme conditions, offers a reliable and permanently tight, possibly even driving rain-tight transition between thermal insulation/plaster and window/door frame and prevents damage to the plaster layer and the window or door frame reliably prevented.
This task is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim, advantageous developments result from the dependent claims.
A plastering strip according to the invention is intended for placement at a transition between a component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a thermal insulation and/or a plaster layer. A plastering strip according to the invention comprises a base area with which the plastering strip can be attached to the component, and a front area which is used for plastering into the plaster layer and/or for a firm connection to the thermal insulation is determined and which has a guide connection with the base area, which, if necessary after loosening a connecting element, allows a relative movement to the base area. The guide connection is designed as an extension that is connected to the base region and projects away from it in the direction of the front region and in a direction essentially perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, and as a receiving region of the front region that at least partially accommodates this extension. The receiving area has at least one guide projection for the extension on its lower section facing the base area, so that when the front area moves relative to the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between the front area and the base area, the extension is guided along an extension wall area on the guide projection. At least part of the extension has a soft plastic material in order to enable a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
An alternative plaster strip, also according to the invention, which is also intended for placement at a transition between a component of a building, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a pilaster strip, and a thermal insulation and/or a plaster layer , comprises a base area with which the plastering strip can be attached to the component, and a front area which is intended for plastering into the plaster layer and / or for a firm connection to the thermal insulation and which has a guide connection to the base area, which, if necessary, after loosening a connecting element, allows a relative movement to the base area. The guide connection is designed as an extension that is connected to the base region and projects away from it in the direction of the front region and in a direction essentially perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, and as a receiving region of the front region that at least partially accommodates this extension. This receiving area has at least one guide projection for the extension on its lower section facing the base area, so that when the front area moves relative to the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between the front area and the base area, the extension is guided along an extension wall area on the guide projection. A guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a plastic material that is softer than the plastic material of the remaining plaster strip in order to enable a relative movement of the front area to the base area in a direction parallel to the main direction of extension of the component.
In the present case, the direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component is understood to mean the shearing direction of the building component with respect to the thermal insulation and/or the plaster layer. In the present case, the direction perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component is understood to mean the direction away from the building component towards the outside.
When the plaster strip is installed, the base area is attached to the component, and the front area is plastered and thus firmly connected to the plaster layer and, if necessary, the thermal insulation arranged behind it.
If, for example as a result of temperature fluctuations or material movements, there is a relative movement between the base area that is firmly connected to the component and the front area that is firmly connected to the plaster layer, essentially in the direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component and thus in the shear direction of the building component with respect to the plaster layer, if necessary occurs with regard to thermal insulation, such a relative movement can be caused both by the first plastering strip according to the invention, in which part of the extension has a soft plastic material, and by the second plastering strip according to the invention, in which a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a softer plastic material , can be compensated for by allowing a relative movement of the front area to the base area and at the same time maintaining the sealing function of the plaster strip.
Unlike other plastering strips, in which such shearing movements regularly lead to the sealing function of the plastering strip being lost, for example by the adhesive strip becoming detached, or in which cracks arise due to the tensions caused by such shearing movements, such shearing movements can be carried out well by the plastering strips according to the invention can be compensated for without the base area detaching from the component and without cracks appearing in the plaster layer.
The magnitude of such shearing movements, i.e. relative movements between the front area and the base area in the shearing direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component with respect to the plaster layer and possibly the thermal insulation provided underneath, is a few millimeters, and with the plastering strips according to the invention, such shearing movements in the range of a few millimeters can be achieved well be compensated.
According to a basic idea of the present invention, in the first plastering strip according to the invention, this relative mobility in the shearing direction is ensured by the fact that part of the extension has a soft plastic material and is therefore flexible, and in the second plastering strip according to the invention, this relative mobility in the shearing direction is ensured by the flexibility of a guide projection or one of the guide projections made of soft plastic material is ensured, against which the extension moves and can compress it a bit.
In both plastering strips according to the invention, the tightness of the guide connection between the base area and the front area remains even during a relative movement from the front area to the base area in the shearing direction. This is an important advantage over other conceivable solutions in which the relative mobility between a base area and a front area is made possible by appropriate play, i.e. in the form of appropriate dimensioning of a distance between the two elements, which naturally results in a certain degree of leakage.
According to a further basic idea of the present invention, a relative mobility between the front area and the base area in the direction of a change in the distance between them is also ensured, so that movements between the component and the base area attached to it and the plaster layer and the front area attached thereto in the direction of the change in the distance between the front area and the base area can be compensated for by the plastering strip and at the same time the tightness can be maintained.
By designing the guide connection according to the invention as an extension connected to the base area and projecting away from it in the direction of the front area and as a receiving area of the front area that at least partially accommodates this extension and the guidance of this extension by means of at least one guide projection along an extension wall area, relatively large relative movements can also be compensated for , especially relative movements in the range of several millimeters.
Unlike other conceivable guide connections in which the base and front areas are held together by means of a resilient section, with forces occurring which inevitably lead to the base area detaching from the component, no forces act during the relative displacement between the front and base areas , which could lead to the base area becoming detached from the component. The plastering strips according to the invention can thus compensate for changes in distance between the base area and the component as well as the front area and the plaster layer in the range of several millimeters, at the same time maintaining the required tightness and avoiding the base area becoming detached from the component. The design of the guide connection according to the invention therefore provides, on the one hand, the possibility of relative displacement of several millimeters while maintaining a sealing function.
In addition to the relative mobility according to the invention of the front region to the base region in the direction of the change in distance and in the direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component, the plastering strips according to the invention also enable a relative mobility of the base region to the front region in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the plastering strip.
According to a first embodiment of the first plastering strip, in which at least part of the extension has a soft plastic material, a guide projection or one of the guide projections can also be made of a softer plastic material in order to allow a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
According to a first embodiment of the second plastering strip according to the invention, in which a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a softer plastic material, at least part of the extension can have a soft plastic material in order to allow a relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component make possible.
In these embodiments, the features of the first and second plastering strips according to the invention are combined with one another; firstly, at least part of the extension is made of a soft plastic material and secondly a guide projection or one of the guide projections is made of a softer plastic material. The correspondingly enabled relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component can thus be increased and is ensured on the one hand by the bendable, softer section of the extension and on the other hand by an at least partially compressible soft guide projection. By means of a plastering strip according to these embodiments of the invention, particularly large shearing movements between the base area/component and the front area/plaster layer can be compensated for without affecting the tightness of the transition, without the base area detaching from the component and without cracks forming in the plaster layer.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the part of the extension which has a soft plastic material can also enable a further relative movement of the front region to the base region in the direction of changing the distance between the front region and the base region by extending the extension a little.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the extension has an end head, in particular an end head that is widened and/or forms the end of the extension. This end head can serve as a stop for the guide projection and reliably prevent the base area from detaching from the front area. In addition, this end head can determine the distance along which relative mobility in the direction of changing the distance between the front area and Base area is possible.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the extension projects away from a base wall of the base region, in particular substantially vertically. The base wall of the base region extends essentially in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the part of the extension made of soft plastic material is the area directly attached to the base wall. This also serves for better merging during extrusion.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the extension has a widened extension wall area between the extension area that attaches directly to the base wall and the end head. As a result, a tighter and denser guidance between the extension and the at least one guiding projection can be ensured in this area.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide projection(s) is/are arranged at a lower end of the receiving area, spaced from the lower side of the front area and thus protected.
The guide projections can be made relatively small and thin. By being arranged at the lower end of the receiving area, spaced from the underside, these are protected from external influences and, in cooperation with the guide extension, form a good seal against penetrating moisture.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, two mutually directed guide projections for the extension are provided on the lower section of the receiving area facing the base area. These narrow the recording space at this point and accommodate the extension in between so that it can be moved. Furthermore, these guide projections can extend somewhat inwards from the side walls of the receiving space.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide projection made of soft plastic material is the outer guide projection located in the direction of the plaster/thermal insulation.
Alternatively, it is of course possible for both guide projections to be made of soft plastic material in order to be able to reliably compensate for a shearing movement in the opposite direction.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a relative movement between the front region and the base region in the direction of changing the distance between a minimum displacement position, in which the end head extends far into the receiving region, and a maximum displacement position, in which the end head rests on at least one of the guide projections, is possible. This provides a large distance of relative mobility between the front area and the base area. At the same time, the required tightness is maintained and the front area is reliably prevented from detaching from the base area.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the minimum and maximum displacement positions are spaced apart from one another by at least half the depth of the receiving area.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a strip-shaped protective tab is provided, to which a protective film for the component can be attached. For this purpose, in particular, an adhesive layer can be arranged on the strip-shaped protective tab. By means of a protective film attached to the plaster strip in this way, the component, for example a window frame, can be protected from contamination and damage during plastering.
This strip-shaped protective tab can be connected to the base area, in particular with the end of the base wall and/or with the displaceable front area, in particular with the end of the plaster finish side, via a break-off material bridge. This represents the delivery state in which the plastering strip is available on the construction site. After cutting through the break-off material bridge, the base area and the front area are separated from each other, so that a relative movement of the front area to the base area is made possible, namely in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extent of the plastering strip, in the direction of the change in distance between the front area and the base area and in the main extension direction of the component , thus in the shearing direction between the front area and the base area.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the front area has a contact side which is intended for contact with thermal insulation. The contact side of the front region and the thermal insulation-side end region of the base wall and possibly the thermal insulation-side end region of the adhesive strip can essentially lie in one plane. This means that the plastering strip can be arranged at a position in front of the thermal insulation, based on the main direction of extension of the building component, and there is no need to fix the plastering strip in a gap between the building component and the thermal insulation. This means that the plaster strip can be used in installation situations where there is no or only a small gap between the building component and the thermal insulation is available.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the base area can have an adhesive strip for attachment to the surface of the component, which can be designed as a sealing tape, in particular as a PE sealing tape.
In addition to the adhesive strip, in particular in the direction of the strip-shaped protective tab, a protective lip can be arranged, which is in particular made of a soft, flexible material and which rests against the component when the plaster strip is installed and protects the adhesive tape from dirt and/or moisture and/or UV radiation protects. If this protective lip is also designed in such a way that it is also waterproof against driving rain, it can also be referred to as a sealing lip.
Furthermore, instead of or in addition to the adhesive tape, an expansion tape with delayed expansion can also be present, which is initially kept in a pre-compressed state and, after appropriate release, seals against the component.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the front area with its external contact side is intended for contact with thermal insulation or with a reveal surface.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the receiving space is integrated into a plastering leg of the front area. The plaster leg can have a stepped course with a plaster end side that lies opposite a corresponding area of the base wall and which forms a plaster end edge.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the plastering leg can be provided with a channel profile for improved adhesion to the plaster.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a reinforcing fabric section can be attached to the displaceable front area and is also plastered in.
The base material of the plaster strip is usually a hard plastic, especially hard PVC. The plaster strip can advantageously be produced by extrusion. The areas that have a soft plastic material, in particular the corresponding part of the extension, the guide projection or the guide projections and / or the protective lip can be co-extruded. After extrusion has taken place, the strip-shaped protective flap can be provided with an adhesive layer, the base area can be provided with a corresponding sealing or adhesive strip, and a reinforcing fabric section can be attached to the front area, in particular by means of a weld such as ultrasonic welding.
The invention also relates to a building corner with a plastering strip of the type described above, which is fixed to the component with its sealing tape, which lies against the thermal insulation or the reveal surface and whose plastering leg is optionally plastered together with the reinforcing fabric section.
The advantages and embodiments specified above with reference to the plaster strip also result from such a building corner according to the invention. These advantages and embodiments will not be repeated in detail again.

The
Instead of or in addition to the
At the left outside end of the
If one imagines that the break-off

If you now imagine a window frame with a plaster strip glued to the surface on the left side, the right side and the top, then it becomes clear that the protective film covers the entire opening between these three plaster strips and in this way the Protects the window frame from dirt and damage when applying the plaster. The underside is usually formed by the window sill; no separate plaster strip is provided there.
On its back, the strip-shaped
The

Such movements cannot be compensated for with known plastering strips, or can only be compensated for to a very limited extent. During such movements, the adhesive strips on the plaster strips often become detached from the building component, which leads to leaks or cracks appear in the plaster.
In the case of the

To compensate for relative movements between the

The plaster strip described here is not inserted into a gap between the thermal insulation and the building component, but rather is placed with its
