Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Vorhangbeschichtung eines Trägers mit mindestens einer Beschichtungsflüssigkeit, wobei dem geführten Vorhang beidseitig quer zur Erstreckung des Vorhanges und parallel zur Vorderwand der Seitenführungen eine Seitenflüssigkeit zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtmenge der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit und der Seitenflüssigkeit auf den Träger aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Vorhangbeschichtung eines Trägers gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenflüssigkeit vor dem Auftreffen auf den Träger nicht abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren zur Vorhangbeschichtung eines Trägers gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanz zwischen dem unteren Ende der Seitenführungen und dem Träger 0.05 mm bis 3 mm, vorzugsweise 0.4 mm bis 1.5 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung keine Abtrennvorrichtung für die Seitenflüssigkeit hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Nut (13) 4 mm bis 15 mm, vorzugsweise 6 mm bis 8 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α am unteren Ende der Seitenführungen 0° bis 90°, vorzugsweise 10° bis 60° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel β am unteren Ende der Seitenführungen 0° bis 90°, vorzugsweise 30° bis 90° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite (14) der Seitenführung eine hydrophobe Oberfläche mit einer freien Oberflächenenergie zwischen 10 mNm und 60 mNm, vorzugsweise zwischen 20 mNm und 45 mNm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite (14) der Seitenführung mit Teflon beschichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der Nut (13) parallel zur Vorhangfallrichtung gerillt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil der Rillen sinusförmig, dreiecksförmig oder rechtecksförmig oder eine Mischung all dieser Profile ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der einzelnen Rillen zwischen 10 µm und1000 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 100 µm und250 µm, und die Tiefe der Rillen zwischen 1 µm und 500 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 30 µm und 100 µm liegt.
