Definitions
- the use of a Security lock is unsuitable in this position, since it is on lower end of the post to the entry of water, snow etc. is exposed.
- This very successfully used Bollard includes a standpipe made of metal, which by means of Screws with incorporated break point at a lower Supporting element is attached, and a ground anchorage.
- the Support element of the standpipe is on the ground anchorage means a bayonet lock detachably arranged and by a Locking mechanism secured.
- In the standpipe is a lock above arranged and down one with this by a pulling organ in Actual connection standing bolt provided.
- the vertical bar penetrated in Schlies ein the support element and engages in a Locking hole in the support body of the ground anchoring on and prevents opening of the bayonet lock.
- the well-known bollard has been proven to allow in comfortable, standing position of an adult pressing the lock and the insertion and removal of the bollard.
- the anchoring anchored in the ground is not distracting upward.
- the penetration of larger foreign bodies in the ground anchoring is largely prevented.
- Has proven particularly useful the use of screws with predetermined breaking points as the only means of connection between support sleeve and standpipe. If a vehicle hits the bollard post resp. the pipe, so the impact movement is absorbed by the screws and if this is very strong, the fracture occurs at the predetermined breaking points before major damage to posts or anchoring arise.
- the replacement of any broken screws is easy and cheap executable, so that the bollard can bring quickly and cheaply back to working condition.
- the safety lock is stored in a projecting from the post hollow cylindrical housing, which is firmly welded in the wall of the tube.
- the welding of the housing in the pipe is labor-intensive and cost-intensive and, moreover, this type of fastening is limited to weldable material combinations.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a Device to provide which these disadvantages does not have.
- the Auflage.area 2 lies on the support element in the form of a support sleeve 4, which has a downwardly directed edge 4 '.
- a downwardly directed guide pin 6 is mounted, which passes through a cylindrical receiving opening 7 in an upper horizontal bearing surface part 5 of a support sleeve 8 with little play.
- a peripheral shroud 9 of the support sleeve 8 is firmly joined together with the sunk in the bottom base member 10.
- the support sleeve 4 is mounted by means of screws 12 with the support plate 2 together.
- the screws 12 are made of a material of low strength, such as aluminum or brass, and have at the height of the contact sides of the parts 2,4 each have at least one predetermined breaking point.
- the edge-side ring member 9 is connected to the central portion of the support sleeve 8 by four locking bolts 15 extending inwardly in the radial direction.
- the support bushing is integrally molded from solid metal, preferably chromium steel. This eliminates all welding connections.
- the downwardly projecting edge 4 'of the support sleeve 4 has four open at the bottom, angled slots, each with an obliquely upwardly extending cross member.
- One of the locking bolts 15 lies in each of these in the closure division.
- the slots and locking bolts form the bayonet closure with one another, which can be opened or closed by rotating the support bush 4 with the pipe 1.
- In the closed state engages in a locking hole 16 in the support sleeve 8 from above a locking pin 17 and prevents rotational movement.
- the locking pin 17 is mounted in a matching recess in the support sleeve 4 and is held by means of a coil spring, not shown, in a lower locking position.
- the locking pin 17 is connected by a wire rod 22 with a latch arm 23 of a security lock 24.
- the latter is conventional and can only be operated by a precisely fitting, not particularly illustrated key.
- the safety lock 24 is located in the upper area of the tube 1 at a comfortable operating height for an adult person.
- the support sleeve 8 forms with the exception of the ring opening 27 and the bore 7 a closed surface, which larger foreign objects access to the interior of the base member 10 is denied.
- the Stauerbuchse.derart is anchored in the ground that it is not or only slightly protruding over the ground when removed standpipe 1.
- the support bushing 4 comprises a horizontal support plate 4 "which is dimensioned such that it completely covers the support bushing and projects beyond it on the edge side on. It gives the bollard a shapely and robust appearance and stabilized by the increased contact surface and the state of the tube. 1 If tubes with oval or quadrangular or polygonal cross sections are used, the support plate can be formed independently of the round shape of the bayonet closure parts 4 'in each of these shapes.
- the security lock 24 is mounted in a housing 30 which is releasably secured against rotation in an opening passing through the wall of the tube 1.
- the housing 30 comprises a hollow cylinder 32, which is provided at a front end with a peripheral stop collar 31.
- the collar 31 is located with a rear stop surface wholly or partially on the outside of the tube 1. It can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4 that in the case of tubes with a circular cross section, the curvature of the collar 31 is ideally matched to the radius of the tube 1. However, it is quite possible to install a housing 30 in tubes with different radii.
- the stop collar is then not completely seamless on the outer wall of the tube 1, however, the resulting lateral gap is tolerable and if necessary, a matching O-ring can be placed under to effect an additional seal and support.
- the inventive housing can of course also be used in bollards with oval or triangular, quadrangular or polygonal cross-section.
- the front part of the housing with the stop collar is in each case preferably designed so that the collar rests snugly on the outer wall of the tube. If the housing 30 is inserted into the tube 1, it is clamped in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention by means of a one-piece clamp 40.
- the clip 40 is shown in a preferred embodiment in Figure 5.
- Figure 5a shows the thin sheet stamped chamber 40 before bending.
- FIG 5c it is shown in finished bent state in a view from behind.
- An upper horizontal base 41 carries two lateral vertical legs 41 and 42. Since the bending edges are not parallel to each other, the two horizontal legs, as shown for example in Figures 3, 4 and 5, are not parallel in cross-section but inclined relative to each other. The distance between the legs 42, 43 and their angle of inclination to each other is matched to the length and the diameter of the hollow cylinder 31.
- the clip 40 is inserted from above the housing. This has both sides clamping grooves 36, 37, which are also inclined to each other and record the staple legs.
- Claws 34, 35 at the rear ends of the grooves 37, 36 form rear abutments for the rear vertical edges of the clip legs.
- the inner wall of the tube 1 forms the corresponding abutment for the front leg edges.
- the legs 42, 43 taper so that they can be more easily inserted into the clamping grooves 36, 37 of a not yet fully inserted housing 30. If the clip is pressed down, the housing 30 is drawn up to the stop collar 31 in the tube 1 and held there by the increasing broadening of the leg plates 42, 43.
- the not shown Device extend on the outer wall of the cylinder 32 a number of clamping ribs.
- the narrow ones Clamping ribs are starting from the collar 31 over a few millimeters arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder 32.
- the Clamping ribs are preferably approximately uniform around the Scope of the cylinder outer wall distributed and cut when Insert easily into the standpipe material. To prevent this they additionally twisting the built-in standpipe 1 Housing 30.
- the clamping ribs support the anti-rotation lock on these bollards. at Bollard with, for example, square cross section is eliminated this deformation-related rotation and the clamping ribs primarily cause the anti-rotation.
- a fixing opening 38 into which a Fixing screw can be turned, which is the lock clamped securely against rotation.
- a lower fixing opening 38 'arranged in the cylinder wall 32 is sketched.
- a housing according to the invention is not just a lock in install a bollard, but there may be more Elements, such as a Absperrkette ( Figure 8) or Absperrbügel 60 ( Figure 9) are attached to the post 1.
- FIG. 10 shows a further embodiment of the subject of the invention.
- the housing 300 has on the outer surface a plurality of circumferential ribs 301.
- the housing is closed by a cover 302, which projects beyond the housing 300 at least partially laterally.
- a cover 302 which projects beyond the housing 300 at least partially laterally.
- One or more clips 303, 304 with internal longitudinal ribs are inserted over the housing and lock the housing relative to the tube inner wall.
- the number and width of the brackets can be selected so that the rear cover 302 serves as an abutment.
- the lid 3 in addition to his Function as upper tight completion of the standpipe 1 also can serve as an information carrier. It can be visual Perceptible directional information, numbering, nameplates and similar or tactile perceptible information (for Blind) on the top of the cover. To the Visibility of the lid top can increase this too be inclined, which makes the lid the shape of an oblique receives cut cylinder.
- the materials from which the Dekel are made of metal, plastic and wood reach to glass.
- the subject of the invention described is particularly suitable for parking lots, court entrances, private roads, garage forecourts and other lanes or sidewalks, etc. Only a claimant with a matching key can press the lock 24 and remove the bollard.
- the base member 10 is not absolutely necessary, the support sleeve 8 with shroud 9 can be easily embedded at ground level.
- the described subject matter allows maximum flexibility of the functionalities with a minimum of work. As labor costs are greatly reduced, materials of the highest quality and lifetime can be selected without prohibitively increasing the price of the product.

Abstract
