Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for storage and for the Transport of long guns, in particular rifles that can be dismantled or folded and accessories according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a device is known from US-A 2,519,662.
- the after Type of a weapon case designed device has an upper and a Lower shell, which are hinged together.
- This gun case is elongated and has two rifles two transversely arranged rail elements, in each of which two pairs of substantially L-shaped mounting clips for adjustment are arranged on different rifle sizes.
- the invention solves this problem with the features of claim 1, especially with those of the label part, and is accordingly characterized in that the fastening means as flexible holding straps are formed, which can be releasably fixed to a boundary wall of the chamber and which are based on the contour of a section of the Nestle the weapon to form a loop of variable size, the loop together with the boundary wall covering the section of the Gun surrounds on all sides.
- the fastening means as flexible holding straps are formed, which can be releasably fixed to a boundary wall of the chamber and which are based on the contour of a section of the Nestle the weapon to form a loop of variable size, the loop together with the boundary wall covering the section of the Gun surrounds on all sides.
- the principle of the invention thus essentially consists in, instead of the flexible L-shaped clamping angle known in the prior art
- the size of the flexible, flexible strap each loop formed is variable, so that an adaptation to differently dimensioned cross sections of the sections of the weapon to be determined is possible.
- the loop surrounds the weapon section to be determined together with the boundary wall on all sides, so that the weapon is directly on the boundary wall by means of the retaining strap is set.
- the weapon is directly on a boundary wall of the chamber.
- the bending points are flexible Retaining straps releasably attachable to a boundary wall of the chamber, which creates the possibility of holding the straps within the chamber to position variably, and in this way in particular an adjustment to enable different weapon dimensions.
- the straps nestle against the section to be determined Weapon directly on, so that the contour of the loop formed in the essentially corresponds to the contour of the section of the weapon to be defined. This ensures optimal protection against slipping or shifting ensures within the chamber that the specified weapon before Protects damage.
- sensitive weapon parts such as Example of a rifle scope are with the weapon cases of the prior art not optimally protected.
- the design of the fasteners as flexible retaining straps offers the possibility of a compared to the state of the art particularly space-saving storage of the device in the event that the weapons are removed from the chamber and, for example when not in use, be kept in a special weapon cabinet.
- the device can advantageously in an almost completely lying flat Condition to be transferred. This will e.g. achieved by the Bottom wall, the side walls and the ceiling wall at least partially articulated, i.e. hinged together and by separate Locking elements, such as push buttons, with each other in this way can be connected that the device in the position of use is dimensionally stable Takes shape.
- the flexible retaining straps are when the Device in a flat lying form not at all distracting and protrude from the device in a flat, non-use position is practical not out.
- the Chamber for receiving the long arms is dimensionally stable, and due the presence of the bottom wall, the top wall and the side walls a receiving space defined in its dimensions for the long guns provides. Because a dimensionally stable, defined in size Chamber is provided in which the long guns or long gun parts are optimal separate containers for long guns can be specified or long gun parts completely eliminated. On the one hand, this offers the possibility a particularly inexpensive manufacture of the device. on the other hand the volume of the chamber can also be chosen to be correspondingly low.
- the device according to the invention is also outstandingly suitable as original equipment case for long weapons, because it is simple an appropriately dimensioned device through effortless positioning the straps within the chamber adaptable to certain types of weapons are. Equally, however, the device according to the invention enables also a transport of different long weapons and an individual one Adaptation to a specific weapon type, for example if a hunter has a large number of differently sized long weapons, but each only take one or more specific long weapons on a hunting trip would like to.
- a gun case according to the DE 298 18 077 U1 pointed out, which, however, no chamber for receiving of long guns, but holding a variety of pockets serves in which weapon parts are included.
- the arrangement is so far complicated and expensive, and not comparable to the object of the invention.
- the weapon parts inside the pocket can not give this reference be removed.
- Can be detachably attached to a boundary wall of a chamber Tethers are also not known from this.
- the straps have each have two free ends, at least one end of Velcro elements are assigned, and the ends being overlapped by Arrangement of the Velcro elements are releasably connectable.
- This configuration offers the possibility of a particularly simple locking the straps to set the weapon and at the same time the possibility a particularly simple lock because the Velcro elements manually by applying a corresponding pulling force are separable from each other and thereby the two ends of the straps are detachable from each other. This way the strap can be opened effortlessly and the weapon will be released.
- this configuration allows the possibility of a first free end of a tether and a first Velcro element a second free end of the tether a second Velcro element to be arranged so that the two ends immediately over the locking Arrangement of the Velcro fastener elements are connected together. It is however also conceivable that two at a free end of the tether Surface sections are arranged with Velcro elements and on the other free end of the strap an eyelet through which the first free End with a very tight loop. This configuration offers a particularly easy way to the strap Down the gun.
- the boundary wall has a variety of openings for the straps on.
- the provision of breakthroughs through which the straps pass can, offers a particularly advantageous way, the straps releasably to fix on the boundary wall.
- the straps can in addition, by providing a variety of breakthroughs on the Boundary wall variable on the boundary wall, i.e. in different Relative positions within the chamber can be positioned variably. This creates a particularly simple and safe way to Device for different weapon dimensions, weapon shapes and weapon sizes adapt.
- the device according to the invention is based on this Way practically universal for a very large number of different Weapon types usable.
- the Breakthroughs arranged along straight lines.
- This configuration offers the Possibility to attach the straps to either the perimeter wall through two immediately adjacent openings to with this strap a section of a weapon with a very small size Define cross-section or alternatively the tether by two from each other spaced openings, between which there is at least one more Breakthrough located, loop through to sections of weapons with larger Define cross section.
- the individual adaptability the straps for setting an individual weapon further improved.
- the straight lines are advantageously aligned parallel to one another. However, they can also be at an angle to one another, for example at a right angle. In this way it is also possible the boundary wall completely with a grid of openings cover so that the straps are positioned anywhere on the boundary wall can be and almost arbitrarily large weapon cross sections can reach around.
- the Boundary wall with first surface sections with Velcro elements provided with the first counter surface sections with corresponding Interact Velcro elements on the straps are thus Velcro elements on the boundary wall arranged with corresponding Velcro elements interact on the straps so that the straps on easy Can be releasably fixed to the boundary wall.
- the Boundary wall provided by a support plate attached to the bottom wall and / or on the ceiling wall and / or the side walls of the device is attachable.
- the formation of the boundary wall as a separate element, which by means of separate fastening elements, for example by means of Velcro elements, on the bottom wall of the ceiling wall or the Side walls of the device is attached, offers the possibility of the support plate to provide appropriate breakthroughs without the outer Impair the appearance of the device.
- the Device from a substantially cuboid, dimensionally stable Use position in an essentially flat lying non-use position transferable.
- This embodiment of the invention offers in particular the possibility during the transport of long guns for a particularly safe Storage and on the other hand, when not in use Device, a particularly space-saving storage option for the To provide the device.
- the Bottom wall, the top wall and at least one of the side walls connected, in particular in one piece, are formed and articulated with one another are connected. This offers the possibility of folding accordingly of the individual wall parts starting from a flat, non-use position to achieve a cuboid position of use of the device.
- By providing appropriate locking elements and Counter locking elements can be attached to each other so that the dimensionally stable position of use is permanent.
- the provision of a substantially flat, non-use position the device is also advantageous for hunting trips. For example with longer ones Stays in tents make every little saving of necessary Room volume particularly noticeably noticeable.
- Support plate 15 which corresponds essentially to the surface of the bottom wall 11.
- Three schematically sketched support plates 16a, 16b, 16c indicate that Support plates 16a, 16b, 16c equally attached to the ceiling wall 12 can be.
- the stock 17 of a rifle is on the support plate 15 established.
- Retaining straps 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e, 19f are provided for fixing, each tether a pair of apertures 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e engages in the support plate 15 to form a loop.
- Fig. 1 already clearly shows that to define an elongated Weapon part 17, 18a, 18b only two straps 19 necessary are. This is possible because of the particularly good adaptability of the Fastening means (straps 19) such a safe, especially from slipping Protected seat of the weapon part 17, 18a, 18b on the support plate 15 it is guaranteed that there is no movement play even during a longer transport occurs.
- the straps 19 ensure a play-free Setting.
- Each tether 19 has two free ends 23a, 23b.
- One of these both ends 23a, 23b is through an opening 20 in the support plate 15th inserted, for example through the opening 20b according to FIG. 4.
- a breakthrough 20 is initially selected 17 'in order to remove the end 23a of the support plate 15 to lead back into the chamber 14.
- the free end 23a passes through the opening 20d, so that the opening located between the openings 20b and 20d 20c is not penetrated by the tether 19.
- the distance between the two openings 20b penetrated by the holding band 19 and 20d is thus chosen to be somewhat larger than that projected onto the support plate 15 Transverse extent l of the weapon section 28 to be determined.
- the first free end 23a of the tether 19 is now with the second free end 23b overlapped such that the contour Kl (Inner contour) of the retaining band 19 to the contour KA (outer contour) of the one to be determined Weapon section 28 adjusts.
- Velcro elements 24a, 24b By overlapping arrangement of the two free ends 23a, 23b arranged Velcro elements 24a, 24b become the two Ends 23a, 23b attached to each other.
- the attachment is detachable, however to be able to release the weapon from its specified position if necessary.
- Second surface sections on the support plate 15 at the longitudinal edges 21a, 21b provided with Velcro elements are second surface sections on the support plate 15 at the longitudinal edges 21a, 21b provided with Velcro elements.
- Corresponding second Counter surface sections 22a, 22b are arranged on the bottom wall 11, so that when inserting the support plate 15 into the chamber 14 by contacting the support plate 15 with the bottom wall 11 locking by interlocking the Velcro elements 21a and 22a or 21b and 22b takes place.
- This arrangement has the particular advantage that the positioning the straps 19 on the support plate 15 when removed from the chamber 14 Support plate 15 is very convenient to carry out and the support plate after Positioning of the straps 19 on the bottom wall 11 can be fixed easily is.
- the weapon parts 17, 18a, 18b are then usually at the Bottom wall 11 attached support plate 15 attached to the support plate 15.
- the device 10 is advantageously shown in FIG. 1 Use position in which it is designed to be dimensionally stable and a defined one Provides receiving space 14, in a non-use position shown schematically in Fig. 6, in which it is formed almost completely lying flat, transferable.
- the side wall 13d along its long side is articulated to the bottom wall 11, for example film-hinge-like Articulated connections can be provided.
- the bottom wall 11 in turn is advantageously along the side wall 13b second long side articulated, which in turn with the ceiling wall 12 is articulated.
- the side walls 13c and 13a along their respective long sides with the respective narrow side of the bottom wall 11 articulated.
- the locking elements can advantageously be used as push-button elements be trained. Of course there are also any other locking elements and counter locking elements in Consideration.
- the arrangement of the locking elements 26 and the counter-locking elements 27 according to FIG. 6 can only be seen as an example. critical is that on surface portions of the device 10 locking and Counter-locking elements are arranged which are in the use position Hold the device 10 in place in a dimensionally stable manner.
- the figures show an arrangement of a plurality of openings 20 along two straight lines g1 and g2 perpendicular to each other (FIG. 5).
- This arrangement is particularly advantageous because of the large number of Breakthroughs and their orderly arrangement of users corresponding pair of breakthroughs (e.g. breakthroughs 20b and 20d 4) can choose to set a specific tether 19.
- the Distance between two immediately adjacent breakthroughs e.g. breakthroughs 20a and 20b according to FIG. 4) is dimensioned so small that also a weapon section 28 with particularly small cross-sectional dimensions, such as in the rifle barrels 18a and 18b can.
- the completely free positioning of the straps 19 on the support plate 15 allows optimal adaptation to certain Weapon forms.
- there is an optimal, slip-proof definition of the Weapon parts due to the fact that the straps can be fitted to the cross-section of the section 28 of the weapon to be determined. It is therefore possible Long guns 17, 17 ', 18a, 18b with only two fastening elements e.g. at the respective axial ends of the weapon part, at least spaced from each other, are arranged to be completely secure. This will make the Handling much easier for the user.
- the entire bottom wall 11 over the entire surface, or at least over large surface sections provided with fleece tape, i.e. with Velcro fasteners.
- Velcro elements can be used for a secure hold of the tether 19 the bottom wall 11 can be taken care of.
- Corresponding surface sections with Velcro elements can naturally also on the ceiling wall 12 and on the side walls 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d of the device 10 can be arranged.
- a plurality of support plates as in the embodiment of FIG. 1 for arrangement on a Ceiling wall are provided.
- the support plates can in turn be variable the bottom wall 11 are attached, and in this way optimally, individually be adapted to special types of weapons.
- lock elements 30a, 30b arranged (indicated only schematically in Fig. 1), with corresponding Counter-lock elements 31 (only one is shown in FIG. 1) Counter lock element 31a) cooperate.
- the lock elements and Counter lock elements can be locked with a key, for example his.
- combination locks can also be used or other comparable lock elements.
