Claims (12)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung für ein Auslaufventil (4) einer Spülvorrichtung, mit einem Motor (15), der eine Steuerung (28) und einen Schwenkhebel (16) aufweist, der zur Spülauslösung mit einem Winkelhub (α) einen Verschlusskörper (5) des Auslaufventils (4) anhebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) so gesteuert ist, dass sich der Winkelhub (α) des Schwenkhebels (16) selbsttätig an einen vorhandenen Ventilhub (H) anpasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) bei einem ersten Anheben und Schliessen des Verschlusskörpers (5) den grösstmöglichen Winkelhub (α) ermittelt und in einer Steuerung (28) speichert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) aufgrund jeweils eines Stromanstiegs einen oberen und einen unteren Referenzpunkt (C, D) erkennt und diese Winkelstellungen bzw. Referenzpunkte gespeichert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) bei einer Auslösung einer Vollspülung einen Winkelhub (α) bis unterhalb des oberen Referenzpunktes (D) ausführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) zur Auslösung einer Teilspülung mit dem Schwenkhebel (16) den Verschlusskörper (5) bis unterhalb des unteren Referenzpunktes (C) hinunterdrückt und das Auslaufventil (4) vorzeitig schliesst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) den Winkelhub (α) nach einer vorgebbaren Hubzahl selbsttätig durch eine Referenzspülung nachjustiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) den Winkelhub (α) unabhängig von der Drehrichtung des Schwenkhebels (16) einstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) an einem Lagerbock (3) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Lagerbock (3) im Abstand zum Motor (15) ein Kipphebel (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der in einen Bügel (6) des Verschlusskörpers (5) eingreift und der bei einer Spülauslösung vom Schwenkhebel (16) nach oben verschwenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlusskörper (5) an seinem oberen Ende eine Oberseite (18) aufweist, mit welcher der Schwenkhebel (16) im Fall einer Teilspülung zum vorzeitigen Schliessen des Auslaufventils (4) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall einer Teilspülung der Schwenkhebel (16) zur vorzeitigen Schliessung des Auslaufventils (4) von oben auf die obere Seite (18) drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) ein Servomotor ist.
