- Fig. 16 gives an example of a profile frame construction in the State of the art in a horizontal section again.
- the Profile frame construction comprises a basic profile 16, which in This example is roll formed from steel.
- On the for Outside of the barrel facing side of the base profile 16 are mounting receptacles 17 that the recording serve of inner seals 18, wherein the inner seal 18 in 16 is in one piece and up to over the area of that also formed in the basic profile 16 Screw channel 19 extends.
- a filling element 12, in The present example is an insulating glass pane on the inner sealing strip 18 in the area of Fastening shots and is weather-side under Interposition of outer sealing strips 2 by one Pressure profile 6 held, the one in the screw channel 19 engaging fastening screw can be fixed.
- the invention has for its object a To improve the profile frame construction in such a way that with unchanged assurance of the required Holding functions the visual appearance of the Can redesign the profile frame construction.
- the invention is based on the idea of a Profile frame construction comprising a basic profile and Filling elements arranged between and through seals a holding device are held against the basic profile, so To design that the holding device at least in Viewing area is made of glass.
- Under holding device is here the unit consisting of pressure profile and Cover strip, but understood without the facade screws.
- the In other words, the holding device is that of Facade screws pressed against the external sealing strips Unit. This unit is located on the exterior facades on the weather side.
- the holding device made of glass at least in the visible area there is a change in the visual appearance, because also in the area of between adjacent Glass elements located holding device glass arranged and from the outside, the impression of a continuous facade made of glass.
- the filling elements shoulders in the form of marginal recesses on the outside of the fillers adjacent to the End faces of the filling elements are arranged.
- This measure increases the manufacturing effort for the filler elements, because corresponding recesses must be made, the from the outer surface of the filling elements to the end faces in
- the glazing rebate area can extend through this measure the holding device and the outer seal further in Direction on the basic profile, or itself Arrange completely in the recesses of the filling elements leave, giving the impression of a continuous glass surface is further supported and, in the case of full Sinking the holding device in the edge Wells of the filling elements, actually one flush continuous glass surface is available.
- the Outer sealing strips or seals also in the edge-side depressions are arranged, the Visually hide outer sealing strips and also better protect against weather influences. As explained above this measure is always necessary if the Holding device in one plane with the outer surfaces of the Filling elements should complete.
- the holding device a press bar and a Cover strip, the cover strip being made entirely of glass consists.
- the pressure bar from one Material can be chosen with the required security absorb the resulting loads and transfer forces can while the glass cover strip with regard to optical requirements can be selected and designed.
- the cover strip positively connected to the pressure bar.
- This design has the advantage that the cover strip can be removed again can be to access the facade screws or else, after the subsequent removal of the pressure bar, to others Obtain elements in the glazing rebate area.
- the holding device consists of a continuous glass profile.
- the glass is therefore not only as Veneering of existing and from another material used elements fulfilling the strengthening tasks, but takes on the necessary burdens and transfers the required forces to the filling elements.
- the glass of the holding device made of ESG-TVG cast glass to produce that is clear, colored or opaque.
- the holding device has at least one pressing element e.g. Press sleeves or a press bar that against the basic profile is attachable and has lugs to a Cover strip made of glass, especially with interposition of elastic elements, form-fitting and stress-free to keep. If you keep it stress-free, you become one Floating bracket understood the cover strip no glass on the pressure bar or on the filling elements acting forces must transfer.
- pressing element e.g.
- Fig. 1 shows a sectional view through an inventive Holding device 40 showing the relative position of the External seals and facade screws for this.
- the Holding device 40 consists of a pressure profile 6, the designed as a continuous bar and with holes 4 is provided, the passage of barrel end screws 3rd serve. How from the position of the outer sealing strips 2 results, the pressure profile is shaped so that it relative to the outer surface of the and not shown in Fig. 1 on the outer sealing strips 2 filling elements in the glass rebate extends in, causing the facade screws 3 can be sunk and move closer to the basic profile. This measure also allows the required length of the Reduce facade screws.
- the pressure profile 6 can Metal, plastic or wood can be designed.
- a glass strip 1 is glued onto the pressure profile 6.
- the adhesive layer 22 can be applied in sections or continuously.
- the glass strip is preferably made of ESG, TVG or Cast glass and can be clear, colored or opaque. If this is desired for design reasons, the Glass strips additionally coated with a screen printing pattern be or have etching or embossing. Alternatively, you can the glass strip can also be blasted.
- the holding device 1 in the transition area between adjacent arranged glass elements gives the impression of being one largely continuous glass surface available. Only at one not from the front Looking direction it becomes clear that between the outer surfaces of the filler elements and that towards the outside of the facade final glass strip 1 still the pressure profile 6 and the outer seals are partially visible.
- the construction variant according to FIG. 2 bears this fact Bill and sees a different shape of the Pressure profile 6 as well as that of the adhesive layer 14 this adhesive glass strip 1 before.
- the pressure profile 6 has a smaller width, i.e. a lesser lateral extension of the screw axis 24 compared to the embodiment of Fig. 1.
- Glass strip 1 provided with a step 14, which is in the outer Glass strip 1 is designed so that the glass strip 1 that Grips pressure profile 6.
- a pressure profile 6 used, the two on each side parallel Has webs that have a retaining groove or Limit guide groove 7.
- the one provided with the nose 26 Glass strip is again preferably made of ESG, TVG or Cast glass made.
- FIG. 4 is a further alternative embodiment of a positive connection between the pressure profile 6 and the glass strip 1 shown.
