Claims (16)

qu'au moins une région partielle d'au moins un bouton (5) est pourvue d'un matériau de scellement (9) ou de préférence au moins une région partielle d'au moins un bouton (5) et la région de bord de l'évidement complémentaire (7) sont connectées avec un matériau de scellement (9) qui est endommagé lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage. - Emballage en plastique (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'endommagement est une rupture, une chute au moins partielle et/ou une déformation du matériau de scellement (9).
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'endommagement peut être reconnu sans moyens auxiliaires techniques.

- Emballage en plastique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de scellement (9) est cassant et se rompt lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage en plastique (1).
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (1) est refermable, de préférence refermable par l'introduction d'au moins un bouton (5) dans un évidement (6).
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de recouvrement (3) se compose d'une feuille thermoformable en polyéthylène téréphtalate ou en polypropylène éventuellement avec une couche barrière en copolymère éthylène alcool vinylique et en polyéthylène, et la barquette d'emballage (2) se compose d'une feuille de polyoléfine moussée, de préférence d'une feuille de polypropylène moussée en tant que couche de base avec éventuellement une couche barrière contre le gaz et une couche de scellement pelable.
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la région de scellement (4) est complètement pelable.
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un côté ou bien 5 à 25% de la région de scellement est scellé(e) fixement.
- Emballage en plastique (1) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le ou les bouton(s) (5) et le ou les évidement(s) correspondant(s) (6) se trouve(nt) en dehors de la région de scellement fixe.
