Abstract

La présente invention concerne un emballage (1) compatible avec les micro-ondes en film de matière plastique, composé d'une barquette (2) d'emballage dans laquelle est déposée une marchandise (5) emballée et d'un film (6) de fermeture qui est scellé sur le bord (8) de la barquette (2) d'emballage le long d'un cordon (3) de scellement, le bord (8) présentant une zone (4) qui est façonnée comme un canal (7) et ensuite fermée, à travers laquelle peut s'échapper la vapeur lors du chauffage de la marchandise (5) emballée après l'ouverture le long d'une ligne (10) d'affaiblissement. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de chauffage de la marchandise emballée dans l'emballage conforme à l'invention.
