Claims (5)
- Maschine (5) zur Aufnahme von Schwellen (2) eines Gleises (3) unter kontinuierlicher Vorfahrt in einer Arbeitsrichtung (8), mit einer Schwellenaufnahmevorrichtung (1), die eine Mitnahmeorgane (9) aufweisende, endlose - zur Verlagerung der Schwellen (2) von einer Schotterbettung (14) zu einem Aufnahmeende (17) einer Schwellentransporteinheit (18) vorgesehene - Transportkette (12) mit einem oberen und unteren Umlenkende (10,11) sowie Schwellenkufen (15) aufweist, die zum permanenten Eintauchen in die Schotterbettung (14) für eine Auflage der abzuhebenden Schwelle (2) vorgesehen sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Transportkette (12) ist in bezug auf eine durch beide Umlenkenden (10,11) definierte Bezugslinie (30) in einem Winkel α < 90° zur Schotterbettung (14) geneigt angeordnet, wobei - bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung (8) - das untere vor dem oberen Umlenkende (11,10) positioniert ist,b) die Schwellenkufen (15) sind durch eine in einer Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwellengleitbahn (16) - für eine Auflage der Schwellen (2) auf einer Schwellenunterseite (25) - verlängert ausgebildet, die ein im Bereich des Aufnahmeendes (17) der Schwellentransporteinheit (18) gelegenes Übergabeende (19) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des unteren Umlenkendes (11) und oberhalb der Schwellenkufen (15) ein Schwellenschieber (20) vorgesehen ist, der durch einen Antrieb (21) um eine normal zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse (23) verschwenkbar und durch einen weiteren Antrieb (22) in Maschinenlängsrichtung und relativ zum unteren Umlenkende (11) längsverschiebbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstand a zwischen zwei benachbarten Mitnahmeorganen (9) der Transportkette (12) wenigstens einer zweifachen Schwellenbreite b entsprechend ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1,2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein durch die Schwellengleitbahn (16) und eine Kufengleitfläche (24) der Schwellenkufen (15) eingeschlossener Winkel β in einem Bereich zwischen 130° und 160° ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem oberen Ende der Schwellengleitbahn (16) eine Umlenkklappe (28) gelagert ist, die um eine normal zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse (23) zur Übergabe der Schwelle (2) auf die Schwellentransporteinheit (18) verschwenkbar ist.
