Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Käsescheiben oder Käsestücke bestehend aus einem zweiseitig versiegelten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel (10). Erfindungsgemäß ist auf einer Seite über nahezu die gesamte Länge des Kunststoffschlauchbeutels eine Linie (18), die eine Laschenkontur nachzeichnet, eingestanzt. Im Bereich dieser Linie ist die Verpackung mit einem selbstklebenden Haftetikett (20) überklebt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Käsescheiben oder Käsestücke bestehend aus einem zweiseitig versiegelten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel.
Derartige Schlauchbeutelverpackungen sind insbesondere zur Verpackung von Schmelzkäse bekannt. Hier sind üblicherweise mehrere Schmelzkäsescheiben, die jeweils separat in eine Kunststofftasche eingeschweißt sind, enthalten. Diese bekannten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel sind in der Regel dadurch aus Flachfolien geformt, daß diese in einer entsprechenden Schlauchbeutelanlage auf einer Seite eine Siegellinie bilden. Diese aus Kunststoffschlauchbeuteln bestehende Verpackungen können beispielsweise im Bereich dieser mittigen Kunststoffsiegelnaht aufgerissen werden. Alternativ kann eine entsprechende Aufrißlinie im Bereich der seitlichen Siegelnähte vorgesehen sein. Allen bekannten Kunststoffschlauchbeutelverpackungen für Schmelzkäsescheiben ist es nun gemeinsam, daß sie nach dem Öffnen nicht wiederverschlossen werden können. Das führt dazu, daß nicht entnommene Käsescheiben bei der Lagerung im Kühlschrank leicht aus der Verpackung herausfallen können, so daß die Funktion der Umverpackung nicht mehr erfüllt werden kann.
Zur Verpackung von Käsescheiben oder Käsestücken sind andererseits auch bereits Kunststoffschalen bekannt, die aus tiefgezogenen Kunststoffschalen bestehen, in welche der Käse gelegt wird. Diese Kunststoffschalen sind mit Kunststoffolien verschlossen, die in der Regel am Rand der Schale mit dieser versiegelt sind. Im Bereich dieser Verpackungen sind bereits Wiederverschlußsysteme bekannt geworden. Hierzu ist in die verschließende Folie ein selbstklebender Haftkleber eingebaut, der durch entsprechendes Andrücken der Folie auf den flanschartigen Rand eine wiederverschließende Verpackung ermöglicht.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Verpackung für Käsescheiben oder Käsestücke bestehend aus einem zweiseitig versiegelten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel zu schaffen, der nach dem Öffnen ebenfalls wiederverschließbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Verpackung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Hier wird in eine Verpackung für Käsescheiben oder Käsestücke bestehend aus einem zweiseitig versiegelten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel auf einer Seite über nahezu die gesamte Länge des Kunststoffschlauchbeutels eine Linie, die eine Laschenkontur nachzeichnet, eingestanzt. Die Verpackung ist im Bereich dieser Linie mit einem selbstklebenden Haftetikett überklebt. Hierdurch kann die weiche Kunststoffschlauchbeutelverpackung durch Aufziehen des selbstklebenden Haftetiketts entlang der vorgestanzten Laschenkontur geöffnet werden, so daß hier die einzelnen Käsescheiben bzw. das Käsestück entnommen werden kann. Nach der Entnahme der gewünschten Käsescheibe bzw. nach Zurücklegen des nicht verbrauchten Käsestücks kann die Schlauchbeutelverpackung durch Umklappen der Lasche und Wiederverkleben mittels des selbstklebenden Haftetiketts wiederverschlossen werden.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den sich an den Hauptanspruch anschließenden Unteransprüchen 2 bis 5. Demnach kann das Haftetikett eine Grifflasche aufweisen, die durch entsprechende Farbgebung und Formgebung dem Nutzer anzeigt, daß die Verpackung an dieser Stelle geöffnet werden kann.
Das Haftetikett kann an zumindest einer Ecke Einstanzungen als Sollreißlinie aufweisen. Damit kann man nach dem ersten Öffnen erkennen, daß die Packung bereits geöffnet wurde. Alternativ zu dieser Einstanzung kann ein zweites Haftetikett (Papier) angebracht werden, das nach dem ersten Öffnen zerstört ist.
Der Kunststoffschlauchbeutel kann aus einer Flachfolie geformt sein.
Durch die Abstimmung von Folie, Etikettenmaterial und Kleberschicht entsteht eine Barriereverpackung. Dies ermöglicht eine Schutzbegasung des gefüllten Beutels, ohne daß das Gas an der entsprechenden eingestanzten Linie entweichen kann.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der vorgenannten Verpackung. Dieses besteht aus folgenden Schritten:
Eine Flachfolie wird auf einer Schlauchbeutelanlage abgewickelt. Mittels einer auf die Endabmessung abgestimmten Stanze wird eine Linie eingestanzt. Die Linie wird mit einem Haftetikett verschlossen. Die Folie wird anschließend zu einem Schlauch geformt. Der so gebildete Schlauch wird mit Käsescheiben oder Käsestücken bestückt und anschließend zum Verschließen an den offenen Seiten quergesiegelt.
Vorteilhaft wird der gefüllte Kunststoffschlauchbeutel nach dem Bestücken mit Käsescheiben oder Käsestücken und vor dem Quersiegeln mit Schutzgas begast. Somit wird eine schutzbegaste Lebensmittelverpackung erhalten, die über einen längeren Zeitraum aufbewahrt werden kann und nach der Erstöffnung bis zum Aufbrauch des Inhaltes immer wieder verschlossen werden kann.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist eine Schlauchbeutelverpackung 10 gezeigt, in der in hier nicht näher dargestellter Art und Weise Schmelzkäsescheiben enthalten sind. Diese Schmelzkäsescheiben können selbst wiederum separat in Kunststoffolientaschen eingeschweißt sein. Die Schlauchbeutelfolie besteht im hier dargestellen Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Gemisch von Polyamid und Polyethylen. Sie ist in einer an sich bekannten Schlauchbeutelmaschine aus einer Flachfolie mittels einer Siegellinie 12 zu einem Schlauchbeutel verklebt worden. An beiden offenen Enden ist sie ebenfalls mit Querversiegelungen 14 und 16 versehen.
Auf einer Seite der Verpackung 10 ist über nahezu die gesamte Länge des Kunststoffschlauchbeutels eine Linie 18, die eine Laschenkontur nachzeichnet, eingestanzt. Diese eingestanzte Linie 18 ist mittels eines Klarsichthaftetiketts 20 überklebt. Das Klarsichthaftetikett weist eine rote eingefärbte Grifflasche 22 auf, die zum Aufreißen des Klarsichthaftetiketts 20 dient. In zwei Eckenbereichen sind in dem Klarsichthaftetikett Einstanzungen 24 vorgesehen, die eine Sollreißlinie bilden. Nach dem Öffnen wird das Klarsichthaftetikett 20 entlang der Sollreißlinien 24 aufgerissen. Hierdurch wird dem Benutzer offensichtlich, daß die Verpackung bereits geöffnet wurde. Das Klarsichthaftetikett ist mit einem Haftkleber 26 bestrichen. Hierdurch kann die Verpackung 10 nach Entnahme der Käsescheiben wiederverschlossen werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Verpackung für Käsescheiben oder Käsestücke bestehend aus einem zweiseitig versiegelten Kunststoffschlauchbeutel,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Seite über nahezu die gesamte Länge des Kunststoffschlauchbeutels eine Linie, die eine Laschenkontur nachzeichnet, eingestanzt ist und daß die Verpackung im Bereich dieser Linie mit einem selbstklebenden Haftetikett überklebt ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftetikett eine Grifflasche aufweist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftetikett an zumindest einer Ecke Einstanzungen als Sollreißlinie aufweist und/oder daß ein zusätzliches Papieretikett angebracht ist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffschlauchbeutel aus einer Flachfolie geformt ist.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffschlauchbeutel in Verbindung mit der Kleberschicht und dem Haftetikett eine Barriereverpackung ist.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Flachfolie auf einer Schlauchbeutelanlage abgewickelt wird, daß mittels einer auf die Endabmessung abgestimmte Stanze eine Linie eingestanzt wird, daß die Linie mit einem Haftetikett verschlossen wird, daß die Folie anschließend zu einem Schlauch geformt wird, daß der so gebildete Schlauchbeutel mit Käsescheiben oder Käsestücken bestückt wird und daß er anschließend quergesiegelt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie nach dem Bestücken mit Käsescheiben oder Käsestücken und vor dem Quersiegeln mit Schutzgas begast wird.
