Claims (7)
- Rohrbiegemaschinemit einem Biegewerkzeug (3),mit einem Rohrvorschub (9), mittels dessen ein zu biegendes Rohr (6, 6a) in Rohrlängsrichtung (12) gegenüber dem Biegewerkzeug (3) zustellbar ist und der einen Rohrhalter (8) aufweist, welcher in Rohrlängsrichtung (12) an einer an einem Maschinengrundkörper (2) vorgesehenen Längsführungseinrichtung (16) geführt und mittels eines Rohrvorschubantriebes mit einer maschinengrundkörperseitigen Antriebseinrichtung (15) bewegbar ist sowiemit einem Dornrückzug (19), mittels dessen ein an einer in Rohrlängsrichtung (12) verlaufenden Dornstange (20, 20a) biegewerkzeugseitig angebrachter Biegedorn (21) in Rohrlängsrichtung (12) zwischen einer Gebrauchs- und einer Rückzugsstellung hin und her bewegbar ist, wobei der Dornrückzug (19) einen Dornstangenhalter (24) aufweist, welcher in Rohrlängsrichtung (12) an einer maschinengrundkörperseitigen Längsführungseinrichtung (16) geführt und mittels einen Dornstangenantriebes mit einer maschinengrundkörperseitigen Antriebseinrichtung (15) bewegbar ist,
für den Dornstangenhalter (24) und den Rohrhalter (8) eine gemeinsame maschinengrundkörperseitige Längsführungseinrichtung (16) und/oder eine gemeinsame maschinengrundkörperseitige Antriebseinrichtung (15) vorgesehen ist bzw. sind. - Rohrbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemeinsame maschinengrundkörperseitige Längsführungseinrichtung (16) von Dornstangenhalter (24) und Rohrhalter (8) wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (17) aufweist.
- Rohrbiegemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dornstangenantrieb und der Rohrvorschubantrieb als Zahnstangenantriebe ausgebildet sind und dass die gemeinsame maschinengrundkörperseitige Antriebseinrichtung (15) von Dornstangenhalter (24) und Rohrhalter (8) wenigstens eine Zahnstange aufweist, mit der zumindest ein dornstangenhalterseitiges Antriebsritzel (26) und zumindest ein rohrhalterseitiges Antriebsritzel (14) kämmen.
- Rohrbiegemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dornstangenhalter (24) und der Rohrhalter (8) jeweils an einem an der gemeinsamen maschinengrundkörperseitigen Längsführungseinrichtung (16) geführten und/oder an der gemeinsamen maschinengrundkörperseitigen Antriebseinrichtung (15) angetriebenen Wagen (23, 10) oder Schlitten vorgesehen sind.
- Rohrbiegemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dornstangenhalter (24) mittels eines Dornstangenantriebes mit wenigstens einem dornstangenhalterseitigen Elektromotor (22) und/oder der Rohrhalter (8) mittels eines Rohrvorschubantriebes mit wenigstens einem rohrhalterseitigen Elektromotor (11) an der gemeinsamen maschinengrundkörperseitigen Antriebseinrichtung (15) antreibbar ist bzw. sind.
- Rohrbiegemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dornstangenhalter (24) und der Rohrhalter (8) mittels eines numerisch gesteuerten Dornstangenantriebes sowie eines numerisch gesteuerten Rohrvorschubantriebes an der gemeinsamen maschinengrundkörperseitigen Antriebseinrichtung (15) antreibbar sind.
- Rohrbiegemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dornstange (20, 20a) an dem Dornstangenhalter (24) auswechselbar ist.
