Claims (8)
- Deckeleinheit für einen Stellantrieb, die aus einem Deckel (1) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Wanddicke a von 1 bis 2 mm besteht, der mindestens einem Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) auf einer Seite sowie eine Aussparung (1') aufweist, bei der ein mit Bohrungen versehenes, plattenförmiges Kunststoffteil (2) mit einem Stecker (2'), der durch die Aussparung (1') hindurchragt, über die Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) mit dem Deckel (1) verbunden ist.
- Deckeleinheit nach Anspruch 1, bei der drei Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) ausgebildet sind.
- Deckeleinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der mindestens eine Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) einen Innendurchmesser d von 2 bis 4 mm sowie eine Höhe c von 3 bis 6 mm aufweisen
- Deckeleinheit nach Anspruch 3, bei der der mindestens eine Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) eine Wanddicke b von 0,4 bis 0,6 mm aufweisen.
- Deckeleinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der als plattenförmiges Kunststoffteil (2) ein mit Kunststoff umspritztes Stanzgitter angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Deckeleinheit für einen Stellantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem in einem ersten Schritt ein Deckel (1) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Wanddicke a von 1 bis 2 mm durch Tiefziehen oder Fließpressen gebildet wird, wobei mindestens ein Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) auf einer Seite gebildet wird und eine Aussparung (1') angeordnet wird, und bei dem in einem zweiten Schritt ein plattenförmiges Kunststoffteil (2), das Bohrungen zur Aufnahme des mindestens einen Hohlzapfens (3a, 3b, 3c) des Deckels (1) sowie einen Stecker (2') aufweist, auf den mindestens einen Hohlzapfen (3a, 3b, 3c) aufgeschoben und mit dem Stecker (2') durch die Aussparung (1') durchgeführt wird und anschließend durch plastische Verformung des mindestens einen Hohlzapfens (3a, 3b, 3c) mit dem Deckel (1) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem der Deckel (1) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit einem Gehalt von mindestens 99 Gew.-% Aluminium gebildet wird.
- Verwendung der Deckeleinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, für einen Stellantrieb zur Betätigung eines Ventils zur Kühlung eines Wasserkreislaufes eines Kraftfahrzeuges.
