Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Herausziehen eines endlosen Bandes, insbesondere Filz- oder Siebbandes, aus einer Papiermaschine, bei dem auf der Führerseite der Papiermaschine eine Aufspannvorrichtung positioniert und das betreffende Band mittels mehrerer entlang einer jeweiligen Führung quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierender Greifer aus der Papiermaschine heraus und auf die Aufspannvorrichtung gezogen wird.
- Verfahren zum Einziehen eines endlosen Bandes, insbesondere Filzoder Siebbandes, in eine Papiermaschine, bei dem auf der Führerseite der Papiermaschine eine mit dem Band versehene Aufspannvorrichtung positioniert und das betreffende Band mittels mehrerer entlang einer jeweiligen Führung quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierender Greifer von der Aufspannvorrichtung abgezogen und in die Papiermaschine eingezogen wird.
- Verfahren zum Auswechseln eines endlosen Bandes, insbesondere Filz- oder Siebbandes, einer Papiermaschine, bei dem auf der Führerseite der Papiermaschine eine erste Aufspannvorrichtung positioniert wird, das alte Band mittels mehrerer entlang einer jeweiligen Führung quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierender Greifer aus der Papiermaschine heraus und auf die erste Aufspannvorrichtung gezogen wird, die erste Aufspannvorrichtung mit dem alten Band weggefahren wird, auf der Führerseite der Papiermaschine eine mit dem neuen Band versehene Aufspannvorrichtung positioniert wird und das neue Band mittels mehrerer entlang einer jeweiligen Führung quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierender Greifer von der Aufspannvorrichtung abgezogen und in die Papiermaschine eingezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer mit einem entlang der betreffenden Führung verfahrbaren Schlitten und einem diesem zugeordneten Klemmmechanismus verwendet wird, der zum Ergreifen und Heraus- bzw. Einziehen des Bandes aktiviert und anschließend wieder deaktiviert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Führungen auf einer jeweiligen Traverse oder einer jeweiligen Tragstange einer jeweiligen Aufspannvorrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Führungen auf einer jeweiligen Traverse in der Papiermaschine vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Greifer und/oder Führungen in der Papiermaschine vorgesehen ist, wobei diese vorzugsweise aus der Papiermaschine heraus schwenkbar oder aus dieser heraus verfahrbar sind. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer mittels einer Seilwinde verfahren wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer mittels eines Elektromotors verfahren wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor an dem Schlitten angeordnet ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein batteriebetriebener Elektromotor eingesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die traversierenden Greifer über eine Fernsteuerung angesteuert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest in der Nähe von Walzen und/oder Umlenkstellen der durch das Band gebildeten Bespannung Greifer am Umfang des einzuziehenden Bandes positioniert sind. - Vorrichtung (12) zum Herausziehen, Einziehen und/oder Auswechseln eines endlosen Bandes (14), insbesondere Filz- oder Siebbandes, einer Papiermaschine, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit wenigstens einer verfahrbaren Aufspannvorrichtung (10) und mehreren entlang einer jeweiligen Führung (30) quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierenden Greifern (16), über die ein betreffendes Band (14) aus der Papiermaschine heraus- und auf die Aufspannvorrichtung (10) aufziehbar bzw. von der Aufspannvorrichtung (10) ab- und in die Papiermaschine einziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für einen Band- oder Bespannungswechsel zwei verfahrbare Aufspannvorrichtungen (10) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer (16) mit einem entlang der betreffenden Führung (30) verfahrbaren Schlitten (24) und einem diesem zugeordneten Klemmmechanismus (26) vorgesehen ist, der zum Ergreifen und Heraus- bzw. Einziehen des Bandes (14) aktivierbar und anschließend wieder deaktivierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Führungen (30) auf einer jeweiligen Traverse (28) oder einer jeweiligen Tragstange einer jeweiligen Aufspannvorrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Führungen (30) auf einer jeweiligen Traverse in der Papiermaschine vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Greifer (16) und/oder Führungen (30) in der Papiermaschine vorgesehen ist, wobei diese vorzugsweise aus der Papiermaschine heraus schwenkbar oder aus dieser heraus verfahrbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer (16) mittels einer Seilwinde verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein traversierender Greifer (16) mittels eines Elektromotors (48) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor an dem Schlitten (24) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein batteriebetriebener Elektromotor (48) eingesetzt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die traversierenden Greifer (16) über eine Fernsteuerung ansteuerbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest in der Nähe von Walzen und/oder Umlenkstellen der durch das Band (14) gebildeten Bespannung Greifer (16) am Umfang des einzuziehenden Bandes (14) positioniert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Aufspannvorrichtung (10) zusammenfaltbar ist.
