Claims (11)
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung (1) zum zentrischen Aufspannen von zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken auf einer NC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschine mit zwei Spannbacken (4), die über mindestens eine Gewindespindel gegenläufig beweglich sind, wobei die Spindel (5) in einer auf dem Tisch der Werkzeugmaschine zentrisch montierbaren Grundplatte (2) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über der Grundplatte (2) eine damit fest verbundene Lagerplatte (3) angeordnet ist, welche von zwei symmetrisch zum Zentrum der Vorrichtung beweglich angeordneten Spannhebeln (6) durchsetzt ist, die je von einem in der Lagerplatte (3) gehaltenen Schwenkbolzen (8) schwenkbeweglich gehalten sind, wobei jeder Spannhebel (6) an einem Ende mit einer auf der Gewindespindel (5) beweglichen Spindelmutter (7) und am anderen Ende beweglich in eine verschieblich auf der Lagerplatte (3) gleitenden Spannbacke (4) eingreift.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (2) die Form eines Rahmens (10, 11, 12) mit einer mittigen Quersprosse (13) hat und die Gewindespindel (5) die Grundplatte (2) längs durchsetzend, darin gelagert ist.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhebel (6) an dem zur Spindel (5) gerichteten Ende eine gabelförmige Steckverbindung (44) aufweisen, mittels der die Spannhebel (6) auf die Spindelmuttern (7), die mit zwei seitlichen Lagerzapfen (46) versehen sind, aufsteckbar sind.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhebel (6) an dem zur jeweiligen Spannbacke (4) gerichteten Ende mit einem sphärischen am Spannhebel einstückig angeformten Gelenkkopf (42) versehen sind und die Spannbacken eine Aufnahme aufweisen, in die der Gelenkkopf (35) eines Spannhebels schwenkverschieblich, aber spielfrei eingreift.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerplatte (3) die Form eines Rahmens (20, 21, 22) hat und mit mehreren diesen durchsetzenden Lagerbohrungen (26) versehen ist, in denen die Schwenkbolzen (8) der Spannhebel (6) zu Veränderung des Spannbereiches einschiebbar sind.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacken (4) auf der Lagerplatte (3) mit einer teilweise umgreifenden Flachführung (31) verschieblich gelagert sind und nach Entfernung des jeweiligen Schwenkbolzens (8) von der Lagerplatte (3) endseitig abschiebbar sind.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rahmenförmige Lagerplatte (3) auf der zu den Spannbacken (4) gerichteten Seite eine mittige Längsnut aufweist, die breiter ist als die Durchführungsöffnungen (23), durch die die beiden Spannhebel (6) geführt sind, und die zur Einlage vom Schutzdeckel (50,52) dient.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Spannhebeln (6) ein dem gewählten Spannbereich entsprechender Schutzdeckel (50) eingelegt ist.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzdeckel (50) mittels in der Lagerplatte (3) angeordneter, auf die Seitenkanten des Schutzdeckels wirkender Kugeldruckstifte (51) gesichert gehalten ist.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich zwischen einer Spannbacke (4) und dem Ende der Lagerplatte (3) ein Endschutzdeckel (52) eingelegt ist, der mittels mindestens eines Federdruckstifts (54), der in der Spannbacke (4) angeordnet ist, auf die unter der Spannbacke (4) liegende Oberfläche des Endschutzdeckels (52) drückt.
- Zentrumsspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der beiden Spannbacken (4) als Pendelbacke (61) gestaltet ist.
