Abstract

Zum zentrischen Aufspannen von zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken auf einer NC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschine wird eine Zentrumsspannvorrichtung (1) mit zwei Spannbacken (4), die über mindestens eine Gewindespindel (5) gegenläufig beweglich sind, vorgeschlagen. Die Gewindespindel (5) ist in einer Grundplatte (2) gelagert. Über der Grundplatte (2) ist eine damit fest verbundene Lagerplatte (3) angeordnet. Symmetrisch zum Zentrum der Vorrichtung wird die Lagerplatte (3) von zwei Spannhebeln (6) durchsetzt, die mittels Schwenkbolzen (8) in der Lagerplatte (3) schwenkbeweglich gehalten sind. Jeder Spannhebel (6) ist an einem Ende mit einer Spindelmutter (7) und am anderen Ende mit einer auf der Lagerplatte (3) gleitenden Spannbacke (4) in Verbindung.
Die Zentrumsspannvorrichtung (1) erlaubt eine hochgenaue Aufspannung von kleinen und flachen Werkstücken weit oberhalb des Arbeitstisches mit entsprechend guter Zugangsmöglichkeit von mehreren Richtungen.
