Abstract
Description
- La trace d'éjecteur sur la pièce peut être intempestivement ou accidentellement et aléatoirement en creux s'il est trop long ou déformé par la dilatation. On a ainsi un manque matière sur la préforme à cet endroit.
- La trace d'éjecteur peut être en relief s'il est trop court. On a ainsi un excès de matière à cet endroit.
- L'éjecteur peut être usé et ceci entraíne la formation d'une bavure en relief sur la pièce. Cette bavure une fois forgée peut faire une amorce de rupture.
- La figure 1 est une vue de détail illustrant, selon l'art antérieur, un petit bout de bavure qu'il reste sur la préforme.
- La figure 2 est une vue de détail illustrant, selon l'art antérieur, un petit bout de bavure qu'il reste sur la préforme.

Par ailleurs, du fait que les zones réceptrices des éjecteurs se situent à l'extérieur de la préforme et de la pièce définitive, cela permet d'améliorer la stabilité de celle-ci lors de l'extraction de l'empreinte et de son transfert.
L'éjecteur est pincé et repoussé au moment de la frappe en même temps que la bavure ce qui fait que l'éjecteur est détouré en même temps que la bavure.
Claims (4)
- Procédé d'éjection de pièces obtenues par coulage forgeage de pièces en aluminium ou alliage, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à déporter les zones réceptrices des éjecteurs hors du corps de la préforme considérée, en les implantant sur la bordure périphérique latérale (2a) de la préforme, et en ce que pendant la phase de forgeage, lesdites zones (2b) permettant l'éjection de la préforme se retrouvent dans la bavure de la pièce forgée et sont découpées et évacuées en même temps que la bavure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite préforme (2) présente le long de sa bordure périphérique latérale (2a), et de façon externe de la pièce à produire, une ou des zones en saillie (2b) continues ou espacées qui sont susceptibles de constituer des plans d'appui (2c) contact de poussée d'un ensemble d'éjecteurs pour le soulèvement de la préforme hors de sa matrice.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou lesdites zones en saillie (2b) sont constituées par des appendices.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé dans son application au procédé du type COBAPRESS.
