Claims (25)
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) von Filterstäben (100, 200) in einer Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Filteransetzmaschine, mit wenigstens zwei Magazinen (M1 M2) für Filterstäbe (100, 200), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazine (M1, M2) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Förderebenen (F1, F2) der Filterstäbe (100, 200) parallel versetzt sind.
- Zuführrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Förderabschnitte (I, II, III) der Filterstäbe (100, 200) vorgesehen sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem ersten Förderabschnitt (I) wenigstens eine Entnahmetrommel (11, 11.1, 11.2) für die Filterstäbe (100, 200) aus den Magazinen (M1, M2) und wenigstens eine erste Staffeltrommel (13, 13.1, 13.2), bezogen auf die Förderrichtung der Filterstäbe (100, 200), vorgesehen sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) wenigstens eine erste Schiebetrommel (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) wenigstens eine Staffeltrommel (23) und/oder wenigstens eine zweite Schiebetrommel (25) vorgesehen sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem dritten Förderabschnitt (III) wenigstens eine Beschleunigertrommel (31) oder Staffeltrommel vorgesehen sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Förderabschnitt (I) wenigstens eine zweite Staffeltrommel (15, 15.1, 15.2) angeordnet ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 3 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommeln (11, 11.1, 11.2; 13, 13.1, 13.2; 15, 15.1, 15.2) des ersten Förderabschnitts (I) im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite aufweisen.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommeln (21, 23, 25) des zweiten Förderabschnitts (II) im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite aufweisen.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommeln (11, 11.1, 11.2; 13, 13.1, 13.2; 15, 15.1, 15.2) des ersten Förderabschnitts (I) und die Trommeln (21, 23, 25) des zweiten Förderabschnitts (II) die gleiche Breite aufweisen.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmetrommel (11.1) für das erste Magazin (M1 und die Entnahmetrommel (11.2) für das zweite Magazin (M2) parallel zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das erste Magazin (M1 und für das zweite Magazin (M2) eine gemeinsame Entnahmetrommel (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 3, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Schneideinrichtung (12) im ersten Förderabschnitt (I), vorzugsweise an wenigstens einer Entnahmetrommel (11, 11.1, 11.2), vorgesehen ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Staffeltrommeln (13.1, 13.2; 15.1, 15.2) des ersten Förderabschnitts (I) parallel zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Schneideinrichtung (22) im zweiten Förderabschnitt (II), vorzugsweise an der ersten Schiebetrommel (21), vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Filteransetzmaschine, mit einer Zuführeinrichtung (50) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Filterstäben (100, 200) aus wenigstens zwei Magazinen (M1, M2), insbesondere in einer Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, vorzugsweise Filteransetzmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) in zueinander parallel versetzten Förderebenen (F1, F2) geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) in Förderrichtung in einem ersten Förderabschnitt (I) jeweils den Magazinen (M1, M2) mittels wenigstens einer Entnahmetrommel (11, 11.1, 11.2) entnommen werden und mittels wenigstens einer ersten Staffeltrommel (13, 13.1, 13.2) gestaffelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) in einem zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) auf einer ersten Schiebetrommel (21) verschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) im zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) mittels einer Staffeltrommel (23) gestaffelt und/oder mittels einer zweiten Schiebetrommel (25) wenigstens teilweise verschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) in einem dritten Förderabschnitt (III) mittels einer Beschleunigertrommel (31) oder Staffeltrommel Zigarettengruppen zugestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Förderabschnitt (I) die Filterstäbe (100, 200) mittels wenigstens einer zweiten Staffeltrommel (15, 15.1, 15.2) wenigstens ein weiteres Mal gestaffelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) im ersten Förderabschnitt (I), vorzugsweise auf der Entnahmetrommel (13, 13.1, 13.2), geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) wenigstens ein Teil der Filterstäbe (200) auf der Staffeltrommel (23) geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe (100, 200) im zweiten Förderabschnitt (II) zu Filtergruppen zusammengestellt werden.
