Claims (10)
- Battant de fenêtre ou de porte comprenant un cadre profilé (1) qui forme une feuillure (3) recevant un vitrage isolant (2) avec une surface périphérique (6) entourant le vitrage isolant (2) sur son côté frontal et une surface de feuillure (12) venant en prise par-dessus le bord du vitrage isolant (2), et comprenant une couche d'adhésif (7) fixant le vitrage isolant (2) dans la feuillure (3), laquelle couche d'adhésif remplit une fente périphérique (8) entre les surfaces frontales (5) du vitrage isolant (2) et la surface périphérique (6) de la feuillure (3) opposée à ces surfaces frontales (5), au moins dans les régions périphériques, caractérisé en ce que, dans la région d'un panneau de recouvrement (11) du vitrage isolant (2) tourné vers la surface de la feuillure (12), on prévoit, à distance de la surface de la feuillure (12) devant elle, une nervure de limitation (22) pour la couche d'adhésif (7) s'étendant dans la direction périphérique.
- Battant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de limitation (22) est prévue sur le vitrage isolant (2).
- Battant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de limitation (22) dépasse de la surface périphérique (6) de la feuillure (3).
- Battant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de limitation (22) se termine à distance du vitrage isolant (2) ou de la surface périphérique (6) de la feuillure (3) devant lui ou elle.
- Battant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de limitation (22) peut être percée.
- Battant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface périphérique (6) de la feuillure (3) forme, sur le côté de la nervure de limitation (22) tourné vers la surface de la feuillure, une rainure renfoncée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un battant de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le vitrage isolant (2) est inséré ou collé fixement dans la feuillure (3) du cadre profilé (1) couché, caractérisé en ce que le vitrage isolant (2) est d'abord inséré dans la feuillure (3) du cadre profilé (1) puis la fente périphérique (8) entre les surfaces frontales (5) du vitrage isolant (2) et la surface périphérique (6) de la feuillure (3) opposée à ces surfaces frontales est remplie d'adhésif élastique au moins dans les régions périphériques jusqu'à la nervure de limitation (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif est injecté ou pressé sous pression dans la fente périphérique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un adhésif fusible est utilisé en tant qu'adhésif élastique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme adhésif élastique un adhésif réactif, de préférence un adhésif à deux composants à base de polyuréthanne, de (méth)acrylate ou d'époxyde.
