le liston de recouvrement (48) et/ou l'élément profilé est fixé sur l'encadrement de vantail (18) au moyen d'une liaison par encoche ou clip. - Vantail selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

le liston de recouvrement (48) et/ou l'élément profilé a une section en forme d'U avec deux branches (50, 52) et une âme (54) intermédiaire, une première branche (50) servant de la fixation sur l'encadrement de vantail (18) et la seconde branche (52) servant d'enserrer le panneau sandwich (36). - Vantail selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
la première branche (50) est fixée de façon d'un clip dans une rainure (56) sur l'encadrement de vantail (18). - Vantail selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le panneau sandwich (36) recouvre d'au moins une grande partie de l'encadrement de vantail (18). - Vantail selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le panneau décoratif (28) et le panneau supérieur (30) ont la même structure intérieure. - Vantail selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les deux panneaux superficiels (28, 30) du panneau sandwich (36) peuvent être utilisés comme le panneau décoratif. - Vantail selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'encadrement de vantail (18) est formé de façon continue autour de quatre côtés, notamment le chapeau inférieur d'encadrement de vantail étant formé d'un même profilé creux comme d'au moins un des chapeaux résiduaires d'encadrement de vantail. - Porte de maison (10) avec un encadrement de porte (12) et un vantail de porte (16), caractérisée en ce que
le vantail (16) est formé selon l'une des revendications précédentes. - Porte de maison (10) avec selon la revendication 13,
caractérisée en ce que
d'au moins un chapeau de l'encadrement de porte (12) a un épaulement (66) avec un joint (64) qui dans l'état fermé de la porte (10) reste sur une partie (52) de l'encadrement de vantail, du liston de recouvrement (48) ou de l'élément profilé enserrant le panneau sandwich (36). - Porte de maison selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

l'encadrement de vantail et/ou l'encadrement de porte sont formés d'éléments profilés du métal léger (22, 24, 42). - Procédé de fabrication d'un vantail de porte (16) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) fabrication d'un encadrement de vantail (18) ;b) coupe conjointe des bords du panneau décoratif (28), du matériel isolant (32) et du panneau de fermeture (30) du panneau sandwich (36) conformément à la taille de l'encadrement de vantail (18) ;c) placer le panneau sandwich (36) avec sa surface bordée (44) opposée au panneau décoratif (28) sur l'encadrement de vantail (18) ;d) fixer les bords du panneau sandwich (36) placés surl'encadrement de vantail (18) sur l'encadrement de vantail (18) ; l'ordre de ces étapes étant facultatif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16,
caractérisé par l'étape qui suit à l'étape c) à quelque temps :e) recouvrir les arêtes de coupe (68) du panneau sandwich (36) par un liston de recouvrement (48). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
