Definitions
- the invention relates to a wing for a window or a door with a profile frame, which forms a glazing receiving a glazing with an insulating glazing frontally enclosing peripheral surface and the edge of the glazing cross-folding surface, and with the insulating glazing in the fold-securing adhesive layer, which fills a circumferential gap between the end faces of the insulating glazing and the peripheral surface of the fold opposite these end faces, at least in peripheral areas.
- the inner pane is supported on the frame, but not the outer pane, which is supported on the peripheral connection between the inner and outer pane of the inner pane, which the risk of one-sided lowering of the outer panes according to the circumferential gap between the end faces of the double glazing and the parallel to these faces peripheral surfaces of the fold brings with it.
- the documents DE 85 34 651 U1 and US 3 566 542 A1 show further ways to glue the insulating glazing in a fold of a profile frame.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a wing for a window or a door of the type described with simple means so that the advantages of the known adhesive bond between the glazing and the profile frame, in particular with respect to the assembly can be used without their Disadvantages especially with regard to the interchangeability of the insulating glazing must be accepted.
- the invention solves the problem set by the fact that in the region of one of the folding surface facing cover plate of the insulating glass is provided at a distance in front of the folding surface a circumferentially extending boundary web for the adhesive layer.
- the adhesive layer can be locally limited to the end face region of the glazing by the boundary web, but also an advantageous condition for replacing the glazing can be created because the adhesive layer can be severed without risk of damage to the profile frame to the boundary web, which at a distance before the Edge of the insulating glazing cross fold surface runs and therefore can be damaged without affecting the frame.
- the boundary web can be assigned to the insulating glazing or the profile frame. In both cases, the gantry can fully perform its duties.
- the boundary web at a distance in front of the glazing or the peripheral surface of the rebate not only the insertion of the glazing is facilitated in the compassionfalz because of the existing game, but also an optionally required replacement of the glazing, because the adhesive layer throughout without remaining adhesive bridges in the Game can be severed between the mounting bar and double glazing or peripheral surface of the fold.
- the size of the possible game depends on the flow behavior of the not yet cured adhesive during insertion into the circumferential gap between the glazing and the peripheral surface of the fold.
- Another possibility of complete separation of the adhesive layer is to sever the boundary web with the adhesive layer, which requires a corresponding formation of the boundary web.
- the free distance between the boundary web and the edge of the insulating glazing cross-folding surface provides an advantageous derivative at most in this area penetrating moisture.
- the peripheral surface of the fold on the folding surface facing side of the boundary web form a recessed groove ,
- the insulating glazing is first inserted into the fold of the profile frame and then the circumferential gap between the end faces of the insulating glazing and the peripheral surface opposite these end faces the fold filled at least in the peripheral regions to the boundary web with elastic adhesive. After curing of the peripheral gap filling adhesive layer of the wing is fully loaded. If the adhesive is inserted circumferentially in the circumferential gap, then there is a circumferentially tight connection between the profile frame and the double glazing, without the need for additional measures. The adhesive can be injected or pressed with pressure in the circumferential gap. If the adhesive were to be applied before the insertion of the insulating glazing, there would be the risk of shearing off during joining, which would not result in a cohesive connection.
- the adhesive layer in the circumferential gap between the insulating glazing and the insulating glazing enclosing fold of the profile frame should allow good support of the individual panes of the glazing relative to the profile frame. This can be advantageously ensured if the circumferential gap is filled with adhesive in a depth corresponding to the thickness of the insulating glazing so that the width of the resulting adhesive strip corresponds to the total thickness of the insulating glazing.
- the adhesive must be sufficiently elastic to absorb stresses due to different coefficients of thermal expansion between the bonded materials without affecting the adhesive bond.
- a hot melt adhesive is used.
- a hotmelt adhesive is hot processable and due to the increase in viscosity caused by the cooling process, it is able to fix the insulating glazing in the profile frame, so that the sash can be further processed within a short time after the adhesive application.
- this adhesive is additionally thermoplastically deformable, it is ensured that the adhesive bond remains intact during movements of the blade and no delamination of the adhesive from the frame profile occurs, as could be the case with crystalline thermoplastic adhesives. It has been shown that with a strength structure of the adhesive bond after cooling of the hot melt adhesive in a period of about 30 seconds to 2 hours, the needs of window or door construction can be well met.
- the use of a reactive adhesive as an adhesive is another possibility. Hiebei have two-component adhesives based on particular polyurethanes, Epoxides or (meth) acrylates proved to be particularly suitable. Such reactive adhesives allow rapid strength build-up and associated handling strength.
- An inventive wing of a window or a door consists of a profile frame 1 and a double glazing 2, which is inserted into a circumferential fold 3 of the profile frame 1.
- a profile frame 1 For this purpose, form the folds 3 of the frame legs 4 a the end faces 5 of the insulating glass 2 opposite, the insulating glazing 2 enclosing peripheral surface 6.
- an adhesive layer 7 To secure the insulating glazing 2 in the fold 3 is an adhesive layer 7, the circumferential gap 8 between the end faces 5 of the double glazing. 2 and the peripheral surface 6 of the fold 3 fills.
- the adhesive layer 7 has a width adapted to the thickness of the insulating glazing 2
- the interconnected via a spacer profile 9 and a gasket 10 cover plates 11 of the double glazing 2 are each supported relative to the frame legs 4, resulting in an advantageous load transfer from the insulating glazing 2 the frame legs 4 allowed.
- this type of bonding composite effect comes with the advantage of bearing that the rigidity of the double glazing 2 for the strength of the wing can be used without restriction.
- Fig. 1 and 2 forms the fold 3 of the profiles of the frame legs 4 a the edge of the glazing 2 cross folding surface 12, but this folding surface 12 does not serve as conventional wings for mounting the double glazing 2, but only to cover the peripheral edge of the double glazing 2, at which applies a provided in the region of the rebate surface 12 seal 13.
- the cover of its edge is achieved by a cover 14 and a held in the cover 14 seal 15, which in turn fulfills only sealing tasks and makes no contribution to the mounting of the double glazing 2.
- the cover 14 therefore only needs to be engaged in a groove 16 of the frame leg 4.
- the profile frame 1 assembled from frame legs 4 is positioned on a mounting table 17 in such a way that the insulating glazing 2 can be inserted into the fold 3 provided for receiving it with the aid of a conveyor 18.
- This conveyor 18 has a provided with suction cups 19 lifting device 20 to align a recorded glazing 2 by means of a pivot arm 21 relative to the profile frame 1 on the mounting table 17 and insert it into the profile frame 1.
- the between the used insulating glazing 2 and the fold 3 of the profile frame 1 remaining free circumferential gap 8 (FIG. Fig. 4 ) can now be filled with adhesive, wherein the adhesive is injected or pressed with pressure in the circumferential gap 8.
- the introduced into the circumferential gap 8 adhesive can not flow out of the circumferential gap 8 against the web 12 of the frame legs, this gap is closed by a provided in the outer cover plate 11 limiting web 22, according to the Fig. 1 protrudes at a distance from the folding surface 12 on the peripheral surface 6 of the fold 3 free. Therefore, the circumferential gap 8 is filled with adhesive only up to a depth corresponding to the thickness of the insulating glazing 2 in order to achieve the desired adhesive bond between the end faces 5 of the insulating glazing 2 and the frame legs 4 ensure.
- the finished assembled wing can be lifted off the insulating glazing 2 by means of the conveyor 18 from the mounting table 17 and a possible further treatment.
- the chemical curing of the adhesive is not a prerequisite for the handling of the wing, but can be done later.
- the boundary web does not need to be assigned to the frame legs 4.
- Fig. 2 also meets a to the rebate surface 12 adjacent cover plate 11 mounted boundary web 22 the requirements placed in it with respect to the local boundary of the adhesive layer 7 on the region of the end faces 5 of the insulating glass 2 with the advantage that the adhesive layer 7 can be subsequently severed , either in the region of the remaining free gap between the boundary web 22 and the insulating glazing ( Fig. 1 ) or the peripheral surface 6 ( Fig. 2 ) or in the region of the boundary web 22, which must also be severed in this case.
- the peripheral surface 6 between the boundary web 22 and the rebate surface 12 may form a recessed channel 23 through which moisture can penetrate at most between the seal 13 and the insulating glazing 2 so that the adhesive layer 7 does not have to be adversely affected by moisture ,

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a wing for a window or a door of the type described with simple means so that the advantages of the known adhesive bond between the glazing and the profile frame, in particular with respect to the assembly can be used without their Disadvantages especially with regard to the interchangeability of the insulating glazing must be accepted.
The invention solves the problem set by the fact that in the region of one of the folding surface facing cover plate of the insulating glass is provided at a distance in front of the folding surface a circumferentially extending boundary web for the adhesive layer.
Not only the adhesive layer can be locally limited to the end face region of the glazing by the boundary web, but also an advantageous condition for replacing the glazing can be created because the adhesive layer can be severed without risk of damage to the profile frame to the boundary web, which at a distance before the Edge of the insulating glazing cross fold surface runs and therefore can be damaged without affecting the frame. The boundary web can be assigned to the insulating glazing or the profile frame. In both cases, the gantry can fully perform its duties.
Ends the boundary web at a distance in front of the glazing or the peripheral surface of the rebate, not only the insertion of the glazing is facilitated in the Rahmenfalz because of the existing game, but also an optionally required replacement of the glazing, because the adhesive layer throughout without remaining adhesive bridges in the Game can be severed between the mounting bar and double glazing or peripheral surface of the fold. However, the size of the possible game depends on the flow behavior of the not yet cured adhesive during insertion into the circumferential gap between the glazing and the peripheral surface of the fold. Another possibility of complete separation of the adhesive layer is to sever the boundary web with the adhesive layer, which requires a corresponding formation of the boundary web.
The free distance between the boundary web and the edge of the insulating glazing cross-folding surface provides an advantageous derivative at most in this area penetrating moisture. To support this moisture dissipation along the frame legs, the peripheral surface of the fold on the folding surface facing side of the boundary web form a recessed groove ,
To produce a wing according to the invention, the insulating glazing is first inserted into the fold of the profile frame and then the circumferential gap between the end faces of the insulating glazing and the peripheral surface opposite these end faces the fold filled at least in the peripheral regions to the boundary web with elastic adhesive.
The adhesive layer in the circumferential gap between the insulating glazing and the insulating glazing enclosing fold of the profile frame should allow good support of the individual panes of the glazing relative to the profile frame. This can be advantageously ensured if the circumferential gap is filled with adhesive in a depth corresponding to the thickness of the insulating glazing so that the width of the resulting adhesive strip corresponds to the total thickness of the insulating glazing. The adhesive must be sufficiently elastic to absorb stresses due to different coefficients of thermal expansion between the bonded materials without affecting the adhesive bond.
Preferably, a hot melt adhesive is used. Such a hotmelt adhesive is hot processable and due to the increase in viscosity caused by the cooling process, it is able to fix the insulating glazing in the profile frame, so that the sash can be further processed within a short time after the adhesive application. If this adhesive is additionally thermoplastically deformable, it is ensured that the adhesive bond remains intact during movements of the blade and no delamination of the adhesive from the frame profile occurs, as could be the case with crystalline thermoplastic adhesives. It has been shown that with a strength structure of the adhesive bond after cooling of the hot melt adhesive in a period of about 30 seconds to 2 hours, the needs of window or door construction can be well met. The use of a reactive adhesive as an adhesive is another possibility. Hiebei have two-component adhesives based on particular polyurethanes, Epoxides or (meth) acrylates proved to be particularly suitable. Such reactive adhesives allow rapid strength build-up and associated handling strength.
For the suitability of an adhesive, it is important that it has a certain stability and a suitable viscosity. It is to be considered hiebei that the adhesive on the one hand in a sufficiently large layer thickness is applied and on the other hand, a not too great force must be spent in order to process the adhesive under Druckaufbeschlagung.

An inventive wing of a window or a door consists of a
