Claims (12)
- Procédé de démontage ou de montage des pièces mécaniques déplaçables ou entraînables de pastilleuses à table tournante (100), en particulier de l'équipage rotatif de pastilleuse (20), de la pastilleuse à table tournante, formé par une plaquette matricielle (21), un anneau supérieur (32) de guidage de poinçon pour le poinçon supérieur (25) et un anneau inférieur (27) de guidage de poinçon pour le poinçon inférieur (28), caractérisé en ce que l'on mémorise les étapes (Sx) individuelles ou processus (DMVx) individuels de démontage ou de montage dans un protocole, dans lequel on affecte un intervalle de temps (tx) donné à chaque étape (Sx) ou processus (DMVx) de démontage ou de montage, et on requiert une validation (Fx) à activation automatique ou manuelle à la fin de chaque étape de démontage ou de montage, ou à la fin d'un processus (DMVx) de démontage ou de montage formé par plusieurs étapes de démontage ou de montage, dans lequel la validation (Fx) est possible au plus tôt après l'expiration du ou des intervalles de temps (tx), et dans lequel une commutation du dispositif de commande (40) d'un dispositif à vérin (35), pour la levée, respectivement l'abaissement, de l'équipage (20) de la pastilleuse à table tournante n'est possible qu'après validation de l'ensemble des étapes préparatoires respectivement processus préparatoires de démontage ou de montage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la validation à activation automatique s'opère par des signaux de validation venant de capteurs, d'interrupteurs de fin de course, ou similaires.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque étape respectivement processus de démontage ou de montage mémorisé dans le protocole est présentable en image, écrit et/ou parole grâce à une unité de restitution (52), la présentation de chaque étapes (Sx) respectivement processus (DMVx) s'effectuant pendant l'écoulement de l'intervalle de temps (tx) correspondant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le protocole de déroulement et les intervalles de temps sont mémorisés dans un module externe (50) raccordable à la commande de la machine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, grâce au module externe (50), les étapes (Sx) individuelles ou processus (DMVx) individuels de démontage ou de montage sont présentés en mot, parole et/ou image, et/ou en le signal de validation automatique ou manuel (Fx) est exploité.
- Pastilleuse à table tournante comprenant un équipage de pastilleuse (20) monté rotatif dans un boîtier (1), relié ou reliable avec un arbre de commande, formé par une plaquette matricielle (21), un anneau supérieur (32) de guidage de poinçon, pour le poinçon supérieur (25), et un anneau inférieur (27) de guidage de poinçon pour le poinçon inférieur (28), où des cames de commande (29, 30) fixes sont prévues pour le mouvement de course des poinçons (25, 28), où un dispositif à vérin (35) est prévu pour le montage et démontage de l'équipage (20), et ce dispositif comprend au moins un cylindre de vérin (11) agissant conjointement avec un piston de vérin (12), caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de vérin est pilotable par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de commande (40) et en ce que le dispositif de commande (40) n'autorise la commutation du cylindre de vérin (11) qu'après le déroulement d'un procédé de démontage ou de montage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les cames de commande (29, 30) fixes sont interrompues sur un tronçon de la trajectoire en boucle de l'équipage (20), et en ce que des galets presseurs (32, 33) sont agencés sur ce tronçon pour exercer une force de pression pour le pressage de pastilles.
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le piston de vérin (12) du dispositif à vérin (35) est agencé sur l'axe d'entraînement (A) et/ou le dispositif à vérin (35) est alimentable hydrauliquement.
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une cavité (11) dans l'arbre d'entraînement (10) forme le cylindre de vérin et en ce que le piston de vérin (12) est guidé de façon étanche dans la cavité (11).
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un module externe (50) est raccordable à la commande de la machine de la pastilleuse, module dans lequel est mémorisé au moins le protocole de déroulement comprenant les processus (DMV) individuels de démontage et de montage et les intervalles de temps (tx).
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le module externe (50) présente une unité de restitution telle qu'un écran (52) et/ou un haut-parleur, permettant de représenter en mot, parole et/ou image, les étapes individuelles ou processus individuels de démontage et de montage.
- Pastilleuse à table tournante selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de transport, en particulier une glissière (16), est agencé sur une construction de toit (5) du boîtier (1), et l'équipage (20) est encliquetable dans un état soulevé dans ce dispositif de transport permettant de transporter l'équipage hors du boîtier.
