Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Stapeln (22) aus Bogen (12), mit einem Schneidzylinder (2), der von einer endlosen Bahn (1) nacheinander Bogen (12) abschneidet, mit einem in Transportrichtung (11) nach dem Schneidzylinder (2) angeordneten Bogenauszugband (3), von dem die Bogen (12) nacheinander mit einem Schläger (4) zu einem Schuppenstrom (S) auf ein Schuppentransportband (5) abgelegt werden und mit einer Bogentransportvorrichtung (8) zum Bilden der Stapel (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogentransportvorrichtung (8) in gleichen Abständen (D2) Bogenhalter (19) aufweist und das Schuppentransportband (5) so angetrieben ist, dass es pro Bogen (12) einen vorbestimmten Weg ausführt, welcher dem genannten Abstand (D2) zwischen den Bogenhaltern (19) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schuppentransportband (5) von einem separaten und einer Steuervorrichtung (23) zugeordneten Antrieb (6) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schuppentransportband (5) von einer im Bogentakt drehenden Welle (16) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (16) im Takt des Schneidzylinders (2) oder im Takt des Schlägers (4) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenhalter (19) als Saugnäpfe ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stopprolle (7) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher der Schuppenstrom (S) an das Schuppentransportband (5) angepresst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (8) so angetrieben ist, dass sie pro Umdrehung des Schneidzylinders (2) um eine Taktlänge weiterläuft, wobei diese Taktlänge dem Abstand (D2) zwischen zwei Bogenhaltern (19) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (8) von einer im Bogentakt laufenden Welle (4) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (8) von einem separaten, gesteuerten Motor angetrieben ist.
