Abstract
Description
Was dabei die vorerwähnten, die Öffnungsstellung des Spannarmes dämpfenden Elemente betrifft, so handelt es sich dabei in der Regel um einen unterhalb des doppelseitig beaufschlagbaren Kolbens angeordneten Tauchfortsatz, dem im Boden des den Kolben enthaltenen Zylinders eine passende, reduziert entlüftbare Sackbohrung zugeordnet ist. Eine solche Dämpfung für die Öffnungsstellung des Spannarmes ist in der Regel gewünscht und erforderlich, um die ganze Vorrichtung belastende Rückstellungsschläge zu vermeiden bzw. zu dämpfen.

Solche Spannvorrichtungen sind in der Regel im Kopfstück 3 auch mit sogenannten Endstellungsabfrageeinrichtungen ausgestattet, die von Gebern G am Stellglied 6 zur Wirkung gebracht werden. Da solche Einrichtungen grundsätzlich bekannt sind, ist deren nähere Erläuterung und Darstellung entbehrlich.
Will man den großen Öffnungswinkel des Spannarmes 1 gemäß Fig.3 verkleinern, so wird die Querverschraubung 13 gelöst, wodurch die beiden Teile 4,5 bzw. deren Verzahnung 9 entrastet werden können, wie dies aus Fig.4 ersichtlich ist. Durch die Entrastung ist aber nun der Weg frei, das Teil 5 durch Verschwenken des Spannarmes 1 gemäß Fig.3 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn um das gewünschte Maß anzuheben und dessen im unteren Endbereich 10 angeordneten Zähne in die stehengebliebene Verzahnung 9 des anderen Teiles 4 einzurasten und das Ganze in der neuen Position mit der Querverschraubung 13 zu fixieren, die dann einem kleineren Öffnungswinkel bspw. gemäß Fig.2 entspricht. Für die Umstellung von einem kleinen Öffnungswinkel auf einen größeren geschieht umgekehrt praktisch das Gleiche, nur mit dem Unterschied, daß hierbei der Spannarm im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen und damit das Teil 5 abzusenken ist.
Claims (6)
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, bestehend aus einem eine mit einem Spannarm (1) gekoppelten Kniehebelstellmechanik (2) enthaltendes Kopfstück (3), in dem ein an der Mechanik (2) angelenktes, mindestens aus zwei Teilen (4,5) gebildetes, linear bewegliches und längenveränderliches Stellglied (6) eines Kolbenantriebes (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden das linare Stellglied (6) bildenden Teile (4,5) sich überlappend ausgebildet und an ihren gegeneinander anliegenden Flanken (8) mit sich entsprechenden Verzahnungen (9) versehen sind und daß das spannarmseitige Teil (5) an seinem unteren Endbereich (10) mit einer Verschraubungsbohrung (11) und das andere, mit dem Kolbenantrieb (7) in Verbindung stehende Teil (4) mit einem axial orientierten Durchgriffsschlitz (12) versehen ist, wobei dier Verschraubungsbohrung (11) und der Durchgriffsschlitz (12) von einer Querverschraubung (13) durchgriffen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzahnung (9) am spannarmseitigen Teil (5) nur an dessen unteren Endbereich (10) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querverschraubung (13) aus einer in die Verschraubungsbohrung (11) eingeführten und den Durchgriffsschlitz (12) durchgreifenden Kopfschraube (14) gebildet ist, an deren aus dem Schlitz (12) herausragendem Endbereich eine Mutter (15) angeordnet und diese verdrehgesichert im Kopfstück (3) der Vorrichtung geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfschraube (14) als Imbus-Schraube ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Kopfschraube (14) vor der aufgeschraubten Mutter (15) ein Sicherungselement (16), wie Sicherungsring od.dgl., angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne (9') der beiden Verzahnungen (9) mit abgerundeten oder angephasten Kanten (9") versehen sind.
