Claims (14)
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine zum Zerkleinern von Material, aufweisend wenigstens einen zylindrischen oder prismatischen Rotor (1), der an seiner Mantelfläche Schneidmesser (2) trägt,
eine Beschickungsöffnung (3) zum Zuführen von zu zerkleinerndem Material,
eine Austragsöffnung (4) zum Austragen des von den Schneidmessern (2) zerkleinerten Materials, sowie
eine Anpresseinrichtung mit einem eine Anpressfläche (5) aufweisenden Nachdrücker (6) zum Anpressen des zu zerkleinernden Materials an den Rotor (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Nachdrücker (6) als Schwenkelement ausgebildet ist,
die Beschickungsöffnung (3) an einer Seite von dem Nachdrücker (6) begrenzt wird, und
der Nachdrücker (6) betätigbar ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung des Nachdrückers (6) in Richtung der Beschickungsöffnung (3) und der Anpressfläche (5) hin zum Rotor (1) durchzuführen. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nachdrücker (6) um eine erste, zu einer Drehachse des Rotors (1) parallele Drehachse schwenkbar ist, die radial von der Drehachse des Rotors (1) beabstandet ist. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nachdrücker (6) wenigstens eine erste Lagerung (7) aufweist, welche die erste Drehachse festlegt. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpressfläche (5) des Nachdrückers (6) gekrümmt und ausgebildet ist, um sich an einen äußeren Umlaufradius der von dem Rotor (1) getragenen Schneidmesser (2) anzuschmiegen. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpressfläche (5) des Nachdrückers (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass eine von der Anpressfläche (5) auf das durch die Beschickungsöffnung (3) zugeführte zu zerkleinernde Material ausgeübte Druckkraft eine Richtung aufweist, die mit einer Beschickungsrichtung der Beschickungsöffnung (3) einen Winkel von größer 0° und kleiner 90° einschließt. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschickungsöffnung (3) in Folge einer Schwenkbewegung des Nachdrückers (6) zumindest teilweise von dem Nachdrücker (6) verschlossen wird. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Drehachse lösbar ist,
dass der Nachdrücker (6) um eine lösbare zweite Drehachse, die parallel zu der ersten Drehachse verläuft, schwenkbar ist, und
dass der Nachdrücker (6) weiter betätigbar ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung des Nachdrückers (6) weg vom Rotor (1) durchzuführen. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Drehachse radial weiter von der Drehachse des Rotors (1) beabstandet ist, als die erste Drehachse. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nachdrücker (6) wenigstens eine zweite Lagerung (8) aufweist, welche die zweite Drehachse festlegt, und
dass die erste Lagerung (7) und die zweite Lagerung (8) ausgebildet sind, um selektiv aktiviert beziehungsweise deaktiviert zu werden. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Lagerung (7) eine erste Verriegelungseinrichtung und die zweite Lagerung (8) eine zweite Verriegelungseinrichtung aufweist, und die erste und zweite Verriegelungseinrichtung ausgebildet sind, die erste Lagerung (7) bzw. die zweite Lagerung (8) selektiv zu aktivieren beziehungsweise zu deaktivieren. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungsmaschine ferner Betätigungsmittel (9) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um die jeweilige Schwenkbewegung des Nachdrückers (6) auf mechanischem oder hydraulischem Weg zu bewirken. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungsmaschine ferner eine schwenkbare Ausschwenkwand (10) aufweist, die bezogen auf die Beschickungsöffnung (3) der Zerkleinerungsmaschine dem Nachdrücker (6) gegenüberliegend angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung der Ausschwenkwand (10) weg vom Rotor (1) durchzuführen. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungsmaschine ferner eine schwenkbare Siebeinheit (11) aufweist, die in der Austragsöffnung (4) der Zerkleinerungsmaschine angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, um ein Schwenkbewegung der Siebeinheit (11) weg vom Rotor (1) durchzuführen. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungsmaschine ferner Mittel (12, 13) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um die Schwenkbewegung der Ausschwenkwand (10) und/oder der Siebeinheit (11) auf hydraulischem oder mechanischem Wege zu bewirken.
