Claims (15)
- Wäsche-Wasch- und -Trocknungsmaschine mit einer Waschvorrichtung (1) und einer Trocknungsvorrichtung (7), die in einem einzigen Schrank (2) angeordnet sind, in dem die Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) über der Waschvorrichtung (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Waschvorrichtung (1) einen Waschbehälter (3) umfasst, in dem eine erste Trommel (4) untergebracht ist, die sich zur Aufnahme der zu waschenden Wäsche eignet, und wobei die Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) eine zweite Trommel (8), die sich zur Aufnahme der zu trocknenden Wäsche eignet, und mindestens ein motorisiertes Gebläse (18; 31, 33) und Widerstände (22) zur Zirkulation von geeigneter Warmluft zum Trocknen der in der Trommel (8) enthaltenden Wäsche umfasst, wobei die Wäsche-Wasch- und -Trocknungsmaschine zwei Motoren (14, 15) zur Bewegung der ersten Trommel (4) und der zweiten Trommel (8) umfasst, wobei der Motor (15) zur Bewegung der zweiten Trommel (8) und das mindestens eine motorisierte Gebläse (18; 31, 33) so auf dem Waschbehälter (3) angeordnet sind, dass der Abstand (DS) zwischen dem oberen Ende (170) des Waschbehälters (3) und dem unteren Ende (171) der Trocknungstrommel (8) kürzer ist als der Abstand zwischen dem unteren Ende (173) der Waschtrommel (3) und dem Boden (150) des Schranks (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (15) für die Bewegung der zweiten Trommel (8) und das mindestens eine motorisierte Gebläse (18; 31, 33) in einem sich zwischen der zweiten Trommel (8) und dem Behälter (3) befindenden Raum des Schranks und auf jeweiligen winkelförmigen, sich neben den Seitenwänden (151, 152) des Schranks (2) befindenden Trägern (13, 27) des Schranks (2) angeordnet sind, und dass sie eine Steuervorrichtung (100) umfasst, die zur Steuerung der Waschvorrichtung (1) und der Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) geeignet ist, wenn beide aktiv sind, dass sie in Abhängigkeit davon, ob der Verbrauch des elektrischen Stroms beider Vorrichtungen (1, 7) niedriger oder höher als ein vorbestimmter Wert (B) ist, nur eine oder alle beide in Betrieb hält.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (DS) zwischen dem oberen Ende (170) des Waschbehälters (3) und dem unteren Ende (171) der Trocknungstrommel (8) im Wesentlichen 4 cm beträgt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Motor (14) für die Bewegung der ersten Trommel (4) in der Nähe des Bodens (150) und einer Seitenwand (151) des Schranks (2) befindet, um einen Winkel (α) für die Bewegung der ersten Trommel (4) zwischen der vertikalen Achse (P) und der die Mitten des Waschbehälters (3) und des Motors (14) verbindenden Geraden zu bilden, der im Wesentlichen 27° beträgt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie neben dem oberen Teil (163) und dem unteren Teil (164) des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnete Gegengewichte (160, 161) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Kondensationstrocknungssystem mit geschlossenem Kreislauf umfasst, wobei das System einen ersten Kreislauf (30) für den durch elektrische Widerstände (22) erwärmten Luftstrom mittels eines ersten motorisierten Gebläses (31), das ihn in die Trommel (8) der Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) führen kann, einen zweiten Kreislauf (32) für die Strömung von Kaltluft mittels eines zweiten motorisierten Gebläses (33), und einen einen Teil des ersten Kreislaufs (30) bildenden Wärmetauscher (34) aufweist, der die Warmluft, die die Trommel (8) durchströmt hat, aufnehmen kann und sich in einer Expansionskammer (35) befindet, die ein Teil eines zweiten Kreislaufs (32) ist, um die Kondensation der Warmluft des ersten Kreislaufs (30) zu bewirken, wobei sowohl das erste motorisierte Gebläse (31) als auch das zweite motorisierte Gebläse (33) auf den winkelförmigen Trägern (27) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Wärmetauscher (34) in der Nähe des oberen Endes (300) des Schranks (2) befindet.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmetauscher (34) dreieckig ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (40 - 43) zum Auffangen des Kondensationswassers umfasst, wobei die Mittel (40 - 43) eine Schale (40) zum Auffangen des Kondensationswassers und eine Pumpe (41), die in der Schale (40) befindliches Wasser in einen sich im oberen Teil der Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) in der Nähe des oberen Endes (300) des Schranks (2) befindenden Tank (42) führen kann, umfassen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (501) für das Leiten des Wassers aus dem Tank (42) zu einer Vorrichtung zum Laden von Waschmittel (600, 601) der Waschvorrichtung (1) und ein Mittel (500) zur Einstellung der geleiteten Strömung umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (503) für die Rückströmung des Wassers in den Tank (42) umfasst, wenn ein voreingestelltes Flüssigkeitsmengenniveau im Waschbehälter (3) erreicht ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (50) für den Transport des Kondensationswassers in die Waschvorrichtung (1) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der zwei Stromversorgungsleitungen (L1, L2) für die Waschvorrichtung (1) und für die Trocknungsvorrichtung (7) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuervorrichtung (100) Mittel (S1, S2) zur Erfassung des Verbrauchs des elektrischen Stroms der Waschvorrichtung (1) und der Trocknungsvorrichtung (7), einen Addierer (S) für das Signal am Ausgang der Mittel (S1, S2) und einen Komparator (COMP) zum Vergleichen des Werts des Signals (α) am Ausgang des Addierers (S) mit dem vordefinierten Wert der Schalter (LA, AS) für den elektrischen Strom (B) umfasst, die im Allgemeinen geschlossen sind und sich in den beiden Stromversorgungsleitungen (L1, L2) befinden, wobei einer der Schalter (LA, AS) mittels eines Signals (E) am Ausgang des Komparators (COMP) geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Wert des Signals (α) am Ausgang des Addierers (S) höher ist als der vordefinierte Wert (B) des elektrischen Stroms.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (C) zur Einstellung des vordefinierten Werts (B) des elektrischen Stroms bereitstellt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (T, D) zum Auswählen des Schalters bereitstellt, der von dem Signal (E) am Ausgang des Komparators (COMP) betätigt werden soll.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie neben dem oberen Teil (163) und dem unteren Teil (164) des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnete Gegengewichte (160, 161) von im Wesentlichen 13 kg und 15 kg umfasst und dass die zweite Trommel (8) einen Durchmesser von im Wesentlichen 59 cm aufweist und die erste Trommel (4) einen Durchmesser von im Wesentlichen 45 cm aufweist, um eine Zentrifugalgeschwindigkeit von 1600 Umdrehungen/Minute zu gestatten.
