Claims (11)

1. Maschine zum Waschen und Trocknen von Wäsche mit einem Gehäuse (3) mit einem feststehenden Bottich (1) zum Enthalten von Lauge, einem Waschmittelbehälter (48) über dem Bottich, einer durchlöcherten Trommel (2) in dem Bottich zum Enthalten der zu waschenden und danach in der Trommel zu trocknenden Wäsche, wobei die Trommel (2) innerhalb des Bottichs (1) um eine horizontale Achse drehbar ist, einem Lüfter (26) und einem Heizelement (22) zum Erzeugen eines Warmluftstromes zum Trocknen der Wäsche, und Leitungen (28, 23) zum Zuführen der Warmluft von dem Heizelement (27) zu der Trommel (2) und zum Abführen der Luft aus dem Bottich (1), die durch die Löcher in der Trommel (2) aus derselben in den Raum zwischen der Trommel und dem Bottich gelangt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lüfter (26) ein Hochgeschwindigkeitslüfter ist, der am Ausgang einen Luftdruck im Bereich von 4 bis 8 cm Wassersäule erzeugen kann, daß der Lüfter (26), ein Motor (42) zum Antreiben des Lüfters und ein Heizelement (27) alle in einem Kasten (40) untergebracht sind, der außen an der Rückseite des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, und daß die Leitung (28) zum Führen der Warmluft von dem Heizelement (27) in die Trommel (2) aus einem Elastomer hergestellt ist und sich über die Oberseite des Bottichs (1) zwischen dem Bottich (1) und dem Waschmittelbehälter (48) und nach unten vor dem Bottich (1) zwischen dem Bottich und der Vorderwand des Gehäuses (3) erstreckt um durch die Vorderseite des Bottichs in die Trommel (2) zu münden, wobei wenigstens derjenige Teil (49) der Leitung (28), der sich zwischen dem Bottich und dem Waschmittelbehälter erstreckt, eine flache Form hat mit einem länglichen Querschnitt.
2. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Vorderwand des Gehäuses (3), des Bottichs (1) und der Trommel (2) mit fluchtenden Öffnungen (19, 14 bzw. 12) versehen sind, durch die Wäsche in die Trommel gegeben werden kann, wobei sich zwischen den Vorderwänden des Gehäuses (3) und des Bottichs (1) ein elasticher Dichtungsring (17) erstreckt und mit diesen Wänden um die Öffnungen in denselben verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warmluftleitung (28) an dem Ausgangsende (50) mit einer Öffnung (29) in der Wand des Dichtungsringes (17) verbunden ist, so daß sie durch diese Öffnung und durch die Öffnung in der Vorderwand des Bottichs (1) und der Trommel (2) in diese Trommel mündet.
3. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Ausgangsdüse (57) an dem Ausgangsende der Warmluftleitung (28) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Düse (57) eine Ausgangsöffnung (61) aufweist, die der Öffnung (12) in der Vorderwand der Trommel (2) zugewandt ist.

Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derjenige Teil der Warmluftleitung (28), der sich auf der Vorderseite des Bottichs abwärts erstreckt, ebenfalls eine flache Form (50) mit einem länglichen Querschnitt hat, und daß die Öffnung (29) in dem Dichtungsring (17) eine längliche Form hat, entsprechend der des Querschnitts der Warmluftleitung (28) an dem Ausgangsende derselben und sich in der Umlaufrichtung des Dichtungsringes (17) erstreckt und von einer Wand (56) umgeben ist, die von der Außenseite des Dichtungsringes (17) hervorragt und über die das Ausgangsende der Leitung paßt.

Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Öffnung (29) in dem Dichtungsring (17) umgebende Wand (56) innerlich durch eine starre Hülse (57) unterstützt wird, die einen länglichen Querschnitt hat entsprechend der Form der Öffnung (29) in dem Dichtungsring und die ebenfalls die genannte Ausgangsdüse (57) bildet, wobei die Hülse (57) einen Wandteil (60) aufweist, der von der Innenseite des Dichtungsringes (17) in Richtung der Öffnung (12) in der Vorderwand der Trommel (2) hervorragt zum Bilden der Ausgangsöffnung der Düse (57).
6. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die einen Kondensator (30) aufweist zum Entfernen von Feuchtigkeit aus der aus dem Bottich (1) abgeführten Luft, so daß diese Luft in die Maschine zum Umlaufen gebracht werden kann, wobei die feuchte Luft zum Durchführen des Kondensationsvorgangs über Kühlwasser in dem Kondsensator (30) geführt wird, und wobei Leitungen (23, 39) vorgesehen sind zum Führen der Luft von dem Bottich zu dem Kondensator und von dem Kondensator zu dem Eingang des Lüfters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kondensator eine obere und untere längliche Kammer (32 bzw. 33) aufwseist, die sich im wesentlichen horizontal übereinander erstrecken und an einem Ende miteinander in Verbindung stehen, wobei die untere Kammer (33) an dem anderen Ende (63) oder in der Nähe desselben einen Eingang (63) für die feuchte Luft aufweist und wobei die obere Kammer (32) einen Ausgang (64) aufweist, durch den Luft aus dem Kondensator entweichen kann, und wobei der Kondensator weiterhin einen Eingang (65) aufweist, durch den der unteren Kammer (33) Kühlwasser zugeführt werden kann, sowie einen Ausgang (64) in dem Boden der unteren Kammer (33) durch den Kühlwasser sowie Kondensat diese Kammer verlassen können, wobei der letztgenannte Ausgang (64) von einer Wand (67) umgeben ist, die von dem Boden der unteren Kammer (33) aufwärts hervorragt und die zum Erzielen eines konstanten Kühlwasserpegels in der unteren Kammer als Wehr wirksam ist.

Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kondensator (30) einen Behälter in Form eines auf der Seite liegenden U aufweist, wobei ein Schenkel unmittelbar über dem anderen liegt, wobei der obere Schenkel die obere Kammer (32) des Kondensators bildet und der untere Schenkel die untere Kammer (33) bildet und wobei der Verbindungssteg zwischen den Schenkeln einen Durchgang bildet, über den die Kammern an dem genannten Ende miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
8. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, wobei sich zwischen zwei die obere und untere Kammer (32 bzw. 33) des Behälters bildenden Teilen des Formteils ein Versteifungssteg vorgesehen ist.

Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Ausgang in dem Boden der unteren Kammer (33) ein Rohr verbunden ist zum Abführen von Kühlwasser und Kondensat von der Kammer (33), wobei zum Bilden der genannten Wand (67) ein Endteil dieses Rohres aufwärts in die obere Kammer hineinragt.
10. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9 mit einem Rohr (38) zum Zuführen von Kühlwasser zu dem Kondensator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Steuerung der Wasserzufuhr zu dem Kondensator (30) durch das genannte Rohr in dem genannten Kasten (40) ein Ventil (41) angeordnet ist.
11. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kondensator (30) unterhalb des genannten Kastens (40) angeordnet ist, wobei das Rohr (38) für das Kühlwasser und die Leitung (37) zum Führen der Luft von dem Kondensator (30) zu dem Eingang des Lüfters (26) durch den Boden des Kastens (40) hindurchgeführt ist.
