Claims (37)
- Dichtungsprofil für eine Türdichtungsvorrichtung umfassend wenigstens zwei zum Gehäuse der Türdichtungsvorrichtung hin abdichtende mindestens abschnittsweise im angehobenen Zustand der Dichtung etwa vertikale Schenkel sowie wenigstens einen unteren zum Boden hin abdichtenden Abdichtbereich, wobei das Dichtungsprofil mit wenigstens einer Sollknickstelle versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Dichtungsprofil wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (14, 15) aufweist, die sich an wenigstens einem der mindestens abschnittsweise etwa vertikalen Schenkel (11, 12) befindet. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden zum Gehäuse der Türdichtungsvorrichtung hin abdichtenden Schenkel (11, 12) und der untere Abdichtbereich (13) im Querschnitt in etwa eine U-Form bilden.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass.wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (16, 17) im Bereich des unteren Abdichtbereichs (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (16) im unteren Endbereich eines der Schenkel (11, 12) aufweist, vorzugsweise in einem Eckbereich, dort wo dieser etwa vertikale Schenkel in einen zu diesem im Winkel verlaufenden Abdichtbereich (13) zur Auflage auf dem Untergrund übergeht.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (14, 15, 16) durch einen geschwächten Bereich (Bereich mit geringerer Materialstärke) des Dichtungsprofils gebildet ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsprofil wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle durch einen geriffelten Bereich (17) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (14) durch einen innenseitig geschwächten Bereich und/oder wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (18) durch einen außenseitig geschwächten Bereich aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses wenigstens einen zusätzlichen von dem Abdichtbereich (13) im wesentlichen nach oben ragenden Schenkel (21) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses wenigstens zwei zusätzliche von dem Abdichtbereich (13) im wesentlichen nach oben ragende Schenkel (21) aufweist, die im wesentlichen etwa parallel zu den Schenkeln (11, 12) verlaufen.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses zwei nach innen ragende etwa parallel zu den Schenkeln (11, 12) sich erstreckende Schenkel (21, 22) und einen diese verbindenden Steg (23) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses wenigstens eine Wulst oder Verdickung (24) zur Befestigung an einer Halteleiste (20) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses je eine Wulst (24, 25) zur Befestigung an einer Halteleiste (20) an jedem der Schenkel (11, 12) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wulst oder Verdickung (24, 25) in einer entsprechenden Aufnahme der Halteleiste mit Presssitz aufgenommen ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb der Wulst oder Verdickung (24, 25) ein sich in Längsrichtung des Dichtungsprofils erstreckender als Streckschutz dienender Verstärkungsfaden (42) angeordnet ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dessen Befestigung an einer Halteleiste (20) oberhalb einer der Sollknickstellen, vorzugsweise oberhalb aller Sollknickstellen (14, 15) liegt.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle (14, 15) als schmale Aussparung oder Einkerbung ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle durch einen über eine längere Strecke sich erstreckenden Bereich (12a) mit verringerter Materialstärke gebildet ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle durch einen Bereich (27) mit allmählich sich verringernder Materialstärke und danach wieder allmählich zunehmender Materialstärke gebildet ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses im unteren Abdichtbereich wenigstens eine Durchbrechung (28) aufweist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses im unteren Abdichtbereich etwa mittig eine Durchbrechung (28) und jeweils endseitig an den Schenkeln (11, 12) jeweils Befestigungsstellen, vorzugsweise jeweils Einrollungen (29) aufweist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung umfassend wenigstens ein Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, sowie weiterhin wenigstens eine Halteleiste (20), an der das Dichtungsprofil (10) befestigbar ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste (20) in einem etwa im Querschnitt U-förmigen nach unten offenen Gehäuse (19) absenkbar geführt ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung insbesondere nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste (20) je einen sich von dem Befestigungsbereich für das Dichtungsprofil nach unten parallel zur Wandung des etwa U-förmigen Gehäuses (19) sich erstreckenden Schenkel (31, 32) aufweist, der so weit nach unten geführt ist, dass bei Bodenkontakt des Dichtungsprofils das Ende des Schenkels das Dichtungsprofil berührt.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste (20) an ihren Schenkeln (31, 32) innenseitig Befestigungselemente (33, 34) für die Befestigung einer Füllung aufweist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Befestigungselement (33) für eine Füllung (35) Noppen oder dergleichen dienen.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Befestigungselemente (34) für eine Füllung (35) zahnartig ausgebildete Elemente, insbesondere eine Art Sägezahnprofil dient.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllung (35) ein Dämmstoff, insbesondere ein Schaumstoff, Mineralwolle oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllung (36) ein sich bei Erhöhung der Temperatur ausdehnendes Material (Intumeszenzsschaumstoff) dient.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllung (35, 36) den Raum zwischen zwei etwa parallelen Schenkeln (31, 32) der Halteleiste (20) mindestens über einen Teil der Höhe ausfüllt.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsprofil an einer in vertikaler Richtung innerhalb eines Gehäuses (19) absenkbaren Halteleiste (20) befestigt ist, wobei in dem Gehäuse (19) ein oberer Anschlag (43) für das Dichtprofil durch einen Quersteg gebildet ist und dieser Quersteg eine Schräge (44) aufweist, der eine korrespondierende Schräge (45) an der Halteleiste (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsprofil in seinem oberen Endbereich eine Schräge (46) aufweist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung mit einer in einem Gehäuse (19) in vertikaler Richtung absenkbaren Halteleiste (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste wenigstens einen Hohlraum (40) und wenigstens eine Öffnung (41) zu diesem Hohlraum hin aufweist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (40) als Schallschluckkammer bzw. Resonator ausgebildet ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 32 oder 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (40) als Helmholtzresonator ausgebildet ist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (41) zu dem Hohlraum als Spalt mit einer Breite ausgebildet ist, die derart gewählt ist, dass sie etwa der Dimension von Schallschwingungen bestimmter Frequenzbereiche entspricht.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein an der Halteleiste (20) gehaltenes Dichtungsprofil vorgesehen ist, welches eine Durchbrechung (28) in Nähe der Öffnung (41) aufweist.
- Türdichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 36, gekennzeichnet durch ein Dichtungsprofil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18.
