Claims (7)
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine zum Zerkleinern von Material, mit einem Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (12) aufweisenden Rotor (1) und mit einem die Austrittsgröße des zerkleinerten Materials bestimmenden Rost (7), der am Materialauslass (17) einem Teil des Umfangs des Rotors (1) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rost (7) den Materialauslass überspannende, zueinander parallele Roststäbe (18) aufweist, zwischen denen durchgehende Durchtrittsspalte (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Enden der Roststäbe (18) Befestigungsfortsätze (29) vorgesehen sind, die aus dem Krümmungsbereich nach außen geführt und an maschinenfesten Tragleisten (25, 26) lösbar fixiert sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Roststäbe (18) mit wählbarem Abstand zueinander anordenbar sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Befestigungsfortsatz (29) eine stirnseitig offene, hinterschnittene Nut aufweist, in die eine hammerkopfartige Mutter eingesetzt ist, und die Tragleisten (25, 26) jeweils eine Reihe von Löchern (30) aufweisen, durch die Befestigungsschrauben (27) geführt sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Roststäbe (18) und die Durchtrittsspalte (19) in Umfangsrichtung des Rotors (1) erstrecken.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllbahn des Rotors (1) eine sägezahnartige Erzeugende aufweist, und die Roststäbe (18) in zumindest zwei Scharen mit unterschiedlichen Abständen zur Rotorachse angeordnet sind.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Roststäbe (18) und die Durchtrittsspalte (19) fischgrätartig angeordnet sind.
