Claims (14)
- System (1) zur Parkraumbewirtschaftung und/oder Fahrzeugregistrierung mit Fahrzeugerfassung im Innen- und/oder Außenbereich durch Magnetfeld-Verkehrs-Sensoren (2) miteiner Registriervorrichtung (3) zur Registrierung eines in den bewirtschafteten Parkbereich einfahrenden Fahrzeugs (16),einer Klassifizierungsvorrichtung (4) zur Klassifizierung eines Fahrzeugtyps (5) des eingefahrenen Fahrzeugs (16),einer Zuordnungsvorrichtung (6) zur Zuweisung eines Parkareals (7) mit für den Fahrzeugtyp (5) geeigneten Stellplätzen (81..n),Mitteln zur Hinterlegung der Registrierung und Klassifizierung des Fahrzeugs (16), sowie des dem Fahrzeug zugewiesenen Parkareals (7) in lesbarer und/oder maschinenlesbarer Form,einer Leitvorrichtung (9) zur Wegweisung des Fahrers des Fahrzeugs (16) zu dem zugewiesenen Parkareal (7),Mitteln zur Routenverfolgung des registrierten Fahrzeugs (16) innerhalb des bewirtschafteten Parkbereichs undeiner weiteren Registriervorrichtung (19) zur Registrierung eines den bewirtschafteten Parkbereich verlassenden Fahrzeugs (16).

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System eine weitere Registriervorrichtung (10) zur Registrierung des individuellen Belegungsstatus (11) der im bewirtschafteten Parkbereich vorhandenen Stellplätze (81..n) aufweist. - System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (20) zur Anzeige des Belegungsstatus (11) eines Stellplatzes direkt am Stellplatz (81..n) vorgesehen sind. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) eine Eingabevorrichtung (21) zur Eingabe von bestimmten Stellplätzen zugeordneten Belegungsstati (11) aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) eine Sende- und Empfangsvorrichtung (22) zum Austausch von Daten mit den Magnetfeld-Verkehrs-Sensoren (2) aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) einen Speicher (23) zur Speicherung von einem Fahrzeug zugeordneten Daten sowie zur Speicherung von Belegungsstati (11) aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur lokalen und autarken Stromversorgung der Magnetfeld-Verkehrs-Sensoren (2) vorgesehen sind. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) eine Vorrichtung zur Hinterlegung des lesbaren und/oder maschinenlesbaren Codes (13) auf einem Beleg (12a) aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) eine Lesevorrichtung zum Lesen des maschinenlesbaren Codes auf dem Beleg (12a) aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (1) Mittel zur Zuweisung einer Preiskategorie in Abhängigkeit vom Fahrzeugtyp aufweist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Angabe der Position des Stellplatzes bei Abgabe des Belegs (12b) zur Bezahlung der Benutzung des Stellplatzes in Abhängigkeit vom bei der Einfahrt hinterlegten Code (13), des Fahrzeugtyps (5) und des zugewiesenen Parkareals (7) vorgesehen sind. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Angabe der genauen Position des Stellplatzes bei Abgabe des Belegs (12b) zur Bezahlung der Benutzung des Stellplatzes in Abhängigkeit vom bei der einfahrt hinterlegten Code (13) und der vom zugehörigen Fahrzeug (16) von der Einfahrt zum Stellplatz zurückgelegten Route innerhalb des bewirtschafteten Bereichs vorgesehen sind. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Überprüfung der Übereinstimmung (14) des einem Beleg (12a) zugeordneten Fahrzeugs (16) bei Abgabe des Belegs (12b) zur Ausfahrt aus dem bewirtschafteten Parkbereich und dem tatsächlich den Parkbereich verlassenden Fahrzeugs vorgesehen sind. - System nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Freigabe oder Verweigerung der Ausfahrt (15) eines Fahrzeugs (16) aus dem bewirtschafteten Parkbereich in Abhängigkeit von dem Ergebnis der Übereinstimmungsüberprüfung vorgesehen sind.
