Claims (21)
- Stuhl mit vom Benutzergewicht abhängigen Kraftspeicher, beinhaltend mindestens einen Lehnenträger (20), mindestens einen Sitzträger (1), mindestens eine Sitzplatte (6) und eine Kopplungsvorrichtung für mindestens einen Stuhlfuß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzplatte (6) um eine vordere, horizontale Schwenkachse (5) schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit ihrem hinteren, lehnennahen Teil gegen den Kraftspeicher (11) wirkt, und dass ferner eine lös- und feststellbare Verriegelung zwischen dem schwenkbaren Teil des Lehnenträgers (20) und dem schwenkbaren Teil der Sitzplatte (6) vorhanden ist, die in Eingriff kommt, sobald der Lehnenträger (20) nach hinten abgeschwenkt wird und die außer Eingriff ist, wenn der Lehnenträger (20) in seiner aufrechten Lage in Bezug zur Sitzplatte (6) ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) in oder außer Eingriff der Verriegelung stets sowohl auf die Sitzplatte (6), als auch auf den Lehnenträger (20) wirkt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) nur in Eingriff der Verriegelung sowohl auf die Sitzplatte (6), als auch auf den Lehnenträger (20) wirkt und dass der Lehnenträger (20) in seiner im Wesentlichen aufrechten Lage in Bezug zur Sitzplatte (6) mittels einer separaten Feder gehalten wird.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die separate Feder eine Schenkelfeder (29) ist, es können jedoch auch andere Kraftspeicher wie Druckfeder, Tellerfeder, Gasdruckfeder, Blattfeder, elastomere Federn und dgl. mehr verwendet werden.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) im Zwischenbereich zwischen Sitzplatte (6), Sitzträger (1) und Lehnenträger (20) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) weder vertikal noch horizontal, sondern unter einem Winkel im Bezug zur Sitzplatte (6) angeordnet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen den Längserstreckungen der Sitzplatte (6) und des Kraftspeichers (11) im Bereich zwischen 15° und 45° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen den Längserstreckungen der Sitzplatte (6) und des Kraftspeichers (11) bei etwa 30° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) über mindestens einen Zwischenhebel (8; 28) an der Sitzplatte (6) angelenkt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenhebel (8; 28) als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist, welcher mit seinem jeweiligen vorderen freien Ende auf das eine, verschiebbare Ende des Kraftspeichers (11) wirkt, während sich das andere Ende des Kraftspeichers (11) an dem vorderen, schwenkachsennahen Teil des Sitzträgers (1) und/oder der Sitzplatte (6) abstützt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) zwischen der Schwenkachse (5) und dem ersten freien Ende des Zwischenhebels (8) eingespannt ist, der von der Schwenkachse (5) beabstandet über das andere Ende des Zwischenhebels (8) an der Sitzplatte (6) angelenkt ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) aus mindestens einer Druck-Schraubenfeder oder Zug-Schraubenfeder oder Schenkelfeder oder Tellerfeder oder Blattfeder oder Gasdruckfeder oder elastomeren Feder gebildet ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftspeicher (11) aus Kombinationen der Federarten gebildet ist.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Die Verriegelung (19, 38) automatisch erfolgt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung manuell durch den Benutzer erfolgt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Sitzplatte (6) möglichst genau im Schwerpunkt des Benutzers stattfindet.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Winkel der Schwenkbewegung der Sitzplatte (6) im Bereich von etwa 1° bis 15° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Winkel der Schwenkbewegung der Sitzplatte (6) bei etwa 10° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Winkel der Schwenkbewegung des Lehnenträgers (20) im Bereich von 15° bis 45° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Winkel der Schwenkbewegung des Lehnenträgers (20) bei etwa 30° liegt.
- Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der Schwenkbewegung des Lehnenträgers (20) bis zum Einrasten der Verriegelung (19, 38) in Bereich von etwa 1° bis 5° liegt.
