Claims (9)

  1. Umklappbare Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit für Turmdrehkräne, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Kombination umfasst:
    - ein oberes Mastelement (2), das mit einem Drehteil (1) verbunden ist,
    - für den Zugang zur Kabine eine Plattform (4), die sich horizontal auf einer Seite des Mastelements (2) erstreckt, und
    - eine Kabine (5) zum Führen des Krans, die schwenkbar montiert ist um eine vertikale Achse (6), die sich an der Seite des Mastelements (2) befindet und mit diesem Mastelement (2) verbunden ist,
    wobei die Kabine (5) folglich um diese vertikale Achse (6) und über etwa 90° schwenkbar ist, und zwar insbesondere durch manuelle Betätigung, zwischen:
    - einer Betriebsstellung, bei der diese Kabine (5) sich in der Verlängerung der Zugangsplattform (4) auf der Vorderseite des Mastelements (2) befindet, und
    - einer Transportstellung, bei der diese Kabine (5) oberhalb der Zugangsplattform (4) gegen das Mastelement (2) umgeklappt ist.
  2. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führerkabine (5) am Mastelement (2) durch ein vertikales doppeltes Gelenk befestigt ist, das auf der Seite des Mastelements (2) eine obere Halterung (7) und eine untere Halterung (9) umfasst, die jeweils an der Spitze (8) und an der Basis des Mastelements (2) befestigt sind, und auf der Seite der Kabine (5) eine obere Halterung (10) und eine untere Halterung (13) umfasst, die jeweils an der Spitze und an der Basis der Tragstruktur (12) der Kabine (5) befestigt sind, wobei die oberen Halterungen (7, 10) und die unteren Halterungen (9, 13) durch einen oberen vertikalen Achsbolzen (14) beziehungsweise einen unteren vertikalen Achsbolzen (15) verbunden sind.
  3. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Vorrichtungen (26 bis 31) zum Verriegeln der Führerkabine (5) in ihrer Betriebsstellung und in ihrer umgeklappten Transportstellung umfasst.
  4. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen zum Verriegeln der Führerkabine (5) in Betriebsstellung aus Auflageplatten (26, 28) bestehen, die mit dem Boden der Kabine (5) beziehungsweise mit der Zugangsplattform (4) zu dieser Kabine (5) fest verbunden sind und vorgesehen sind, um mit Bolzen (30) miteinander verbunden zu werden.
  5. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen zum Verriegeln der Führerkabine (5) in umgeklappter Transportstellung aus einem Spannschloss (31) bestehen, das zwischen der Spitze (8) des Mastelements (2) und der Spitze der Tragstruktur (12) der Kabine (5) montiert ist, in Kombination mit einem elastischen Anschlag (35), der an der Zugangsplattform (4) befestigt ist.
  6. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsplattform (4) ein herausnehmbares und/oder schrägstellbares seitliches Absperrgitter (16) hat, das:
    - bei Betriebsstellung der Führerkabine (5) in senkrechter Stellung befestigt ist und sich in der Verlängerung einer Seitenfläche (23) dieser Kabine (5) befindet, und
    - bei umgeklappter Transportstellung der Führerkabine (5) in senkrechter Stellung oder in Schrägstellung, nach der Außenseite der Zugangsplattform (4) überstehend, so befestigt ist, dass die Vorderseite (32) der Kabine (5), insbesondere der verglaste untere Teil (33) dieser Vorderseite (32), geschützt ist.
  7. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel des seitlichen Absperrgitters (16) an der Zugangsplattform (4) der Kabine (5) an einer Außenkante (17) dieser Plattform (4) doppelte Eckbuchsen (20, 21) umfassen, die die Füße der Ständer (22) des Absperrgitters (16) aufnehmen, wobei sie, je nach verwendeter Eckbuchse (20 oder 21), die senkrechte oder schräge Ausrichtung dieser Ständer (22), und damit des Absperrgitters (16), festmachen.
  8. Drehteil/Kabinen-Einheit nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsplattform (4) zur Kabine (5) quer stehend zu ihrem seitlichen Absperrgitter (16) einen Schaltschrank (18) trägt, der folglich von dieser Plattform (4) aus zugänglich ist, wobei die Führerkabine (5) in umgeklappter Transportstellung auch gegen diesen Schaltschrank (18) zu liegen kommt, so dass der seitliche verglaste Teil (34) der Kabine (5) ebenfalls geschützt ist.
  9. Turmdrehkran, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine umklappbare Drehteil/ Kabinen-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfasst.
