Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Überziehen eines Flachschlauches aus Stretchfolie über einen insbesondere auf einer Palette angeordneten Gutstapel (8), bei dem ein Schlauchabschnitt (1) in Umfangsrichtung vorgespannt wird und dann im vorgespannten Zustand über den Gutstapel (8) gezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchabschnitt (1) oberund unterseitig zumindest partiell offen ist und so stark vorgespannt wird, dass das obere und/oder das untere Ende des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im übergezogenen Zustand durch Umgreifen zumindest im Bereich der ober- und unterseitigen Seitenkanten der Oberseite und/oder der Unterseite des Gutstapels (8) oder der Palette als Widerlager dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere und/oder das untere Ende des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im übergezogenen Zustand im Wesentlichen flächig an der Oberseite und/oder der Unterseite des Gutstapels (8) bzw. der Unterseite der den Gutstapel (8) tragenden Palette anliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchabschnitt (1) im um den Gutstapel (8) anliegenden Zustand bezogen auf den Umfang im nicht vorgespannten Zustand um 50% bis 80%, vorzugsweise um 70%, gedehnt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das nicht über den Gutstapel (8) überzuziehende Ende des Schlauchabschnittes (1) zur Erzielung einer haubenähnlichen Ausbildung des Schlauchabschnittes (1) partiell zugeschweißt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchabschnitt (1) im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Längserstreckung des Schlauchabschnittes (1) partiell zugeschweißt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Eckbereiche des nicht über den Gutstapel (8) zu ziehenden Endes des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im flachgelegten Zustand unter Bildung von Schweißnähten (7) insbesondere schräg zur Längserstreckung des Schlauchabschnittes (1) zugeschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißnähte (7) in den Eckbereichen des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im flachgelegten Zustand des Schlauchabschnittes (1) unter einem Winkel von in etwa 45° zur Längserstreckung des Schlauchabschnittes (1) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugeschweißten Eckbereich im am Gutstapel (8) angebrachten Zustand des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im Bereich diagonal gegenüberliegender Ecken des Gutstapels (8) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Überziehen des Schlauchabschnittes (1) über den Gutstapel (8) das über den Gutstapel (8) überzuziehende und im Bereich der Ecken des Schlauchabschnittes (1) im flachgelegten Zustand partiell zugeschweißte Ende des Schlauchabschnittes (1) stärker, vorzugsweise um bis zu 40% mehr, bezogen auf den vorgespannten Zustand des restlichen Schlauchabschnittes (1) vorgespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Flachschlauch ein dreilagiger Folienverbund verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äußeren Lagen des Folienverbundes einen Co-Polymer-Anteil und die innere Lage einen Elastomer-Anteil aufweisen.
