Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird der Spannungsgeber 9 von einem vorgegebenen Abgas-Lambda-Wert gesteuert. Die Abgaszusammensetzung misst ein entsprechend geeigneter Lambda-Sensor 11, der seinen Messwert in ein elektrisches Signal umwandelt und einem elektronischen Regler, im Ausführungsbeispiel einem PID-Regler 12, aufschaltet. Zur Regelung des Kraftstoffmassenstroms wird ausgegangen von der Lastanforderung für den Motor, die als Führungsgröße zum Einstellen der Brennstoffdüse vorgegeben wird. Das bei dieser Einstellung erzeugte Abgasgemisch wird vom Sensor 11 analysiert und führt über den PID-Regler 12 zu einer Einstellungskorrektur für die dem Vergaser zuzuführende Brennstoffmenge. Der Kraftstoffmassenstrom wird so in Abhängigkeit von einer vorgegebenen einzuhaltenden Abgaszusammensetzung geregelt.
So wird als Aktuator wieder ein axialer Aktuator 58 eingesetzt und eine von einer mechanischen Membran 59 geführte Düsennadel 60 verwendet. Zur Bewegung der Düsennadel dient jedoch ein Gelenkhebel 61, der zwischen Aktuator 58 und Düsennadel 60 in der Weise angeordnet ist, dass sich die axiale Ausdehnung des Aktuatorpakets vergößern läßt. Hierzu ist der Gelenkhebel 61 schwenkbar im Gehäuse 62 befestigt, im Ausführungsbeispiel in einem von einer Blattfeder 63 gebildeten Festkörpergelenk, und mit dem axialen Aktuator 58 und der Düsennadel 60 kraftschlüssig verbunden, wobei der Angriffspunkt für den Aktuator 58 am Gelenkhebel 61 zum Festpunkt der Blattfeder 62 einen kürzeren Abstand 64 aufweist als der Angriffspunkt der Düsennadel 60 am Gelenkhebel mit einem Abstand 65. Die axiale Ausdehnung des Aktuators 58 wird somit entsprechend dem Längenverhältnis von Abstand 64 zum Abstand 65 übersetzt. Der Kraftschluß zwischen Düsennadel 60 und Gelenkhebel 61 wird im Ausführungsbeispiel von einem Federelement 66 unterstützt.
Claims (16)
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor mit einem Lufttrichter zum Ansaugen von Brennstoff aus einer in den Lufttrichter mündenden Brennstoffleitung, die an einer Brennstoffkammer angeschlossen ist und zwischen Brennstoffkammer und Mündung im Lufttrichter eine Brennstoffdüse zur Einstellung einer aufgrund von Unterdruck im Lufttrichter aus der Brennstoffkammer ansaugbaren Brennstoffmenge aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennstoffdüse einen mittels eines piezoelektrischen Aktuators veränderbaren Strömungsquerschnitt aufweist. - Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Aktuator als Biegewandler ausgebildet ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als piezoelektrischer Aktuator eine piezoelektrische Membran eingesetzt ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Einstellung des Strömungsquerschnittes ein in axialer Richtung wirksamer Aktuator vorgesehen ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Aktuator mit einem Stellglied zur Einstellung des Strömungsquerschnitts verbunden ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen axialem Aktuator und Stellglied ein die Dehnung des Aktuators verstärkendes Übersetzungselement angeordnet ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Aktuator in seiner axialen Richtung mittels einer Rohrfeder vorgespannt ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Aktuator die Durchbiegung eines federelastischen Biegeelements bestimmt, das in Wirkverbindung mit dem Stellglied steht.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein hydraulisch wirksames Übersetzungselement eingesetzt ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Aktuator in einem brennstofffreien Raum angeordnet ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der brennstofffreie Raum vom brennstoffführenden Bereich durch eine brennstoffundurchlässige Membran abgedichtet ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran einerseits am Stellglied, andererseits am Stellgliedgehäuse befestigt ist.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Aktuator und Stellglied ein Gelenkhebel eingesetzt ist, der um ein relativ zur Bewegung von Aktuator und Stellglied ortsfest angeordnetes Gelenk schwenkbar ist, wobei der Aktuator am Gelenkhebel in einem Abstand vom Gelenk befestigt ist, der kleiner ist als der Abstand einer Befestigungsstelle für das Stellglied am Gelenkhebel.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Aktuator zur Ausbildung der Brennstoffdüse den Strömungsquerschnitt der Brennstoffleitung verengt.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der piezoelektrische Aktuator in Abhängigkeit vom Lambda-Wert im Abgas bewegt wird.
- Vergaser für Otto-Motor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennstoffdüse mit veränderbaren Stromungsquerschnitt in einem Bypass zur Hauptbrennstoffleitung eingesetzt ist, die in'ihrem Leitungsteil parallel zum Bypass eine Brennstoffdüse mit konstantem Querschnitt aufweist.
