Claims (10)
- Formstück für die Herstellung von Büchern mit gerundetem Rücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen im Wesentlichen einen rechteckförmig ausgebildeten Innenraum begrenzenden Rahmen (3, 5, 7, 10) aufweist und dass in dem Innenraum nebeneinander eine Mehrzahl in Ihrer Ausrichtung senkrecht zur durch den Rahmen (3, 5, 7, 10) vorgegebenen Rahmenebene höhenverschieblicher Lamellen (4) angeordnet sind, wobei mittels der Lamellen (4) eine beliebige Profiloberfläche, vorzugsweise in Form eines Radius, durch geeignetes Verschieben nebeneinander liegender Lamellen gebildet werden kann.
- Formstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsbolzen (2) die Lamellen (4) in als kurvenförmig ausgebildeten Langlöchern gestalteten Steuerkurven (4a) durchgreifen, wobei eine Verschiebung der Lamellen (4) in Profilbildungsrichtung y senkrecht zur Rahmenebene durch eine Längsbewegung x der Lamellen in der Rahmenebene erzeugt wird,
- Formstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 ober 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Verstellweg der Lamellen (4) in Richtung der Längsbewegung x proportional einem Radius der Rundung am Formstück zugeordnet ist.
- Formstück nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstellweg für unterschiedliche Formgebung des Profils in Bereiche aufgeteilt ist.
- Formstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profiloberfläche konvex oder konkav ausgebildet sein kann.
- Formstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formstück einen zweiteiligen Rahmen (3, 5, 7, 8, 10) mit zwei parallel zueinander im Scheitelpunkt der Profiloberfläche angeordneten Gegenplatten (8) aufweist.
- Formstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innerhalb des Rahmens angeordneten Lamellen (4) gegeneinander vorzugsweise hydraulisch verspannbar sind, wobei die Verspannung während der Verstellung gelüftet wird.
- Formstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Profiloberfläche zugewandten Kanten der Lamellen (4) gerundet sind.
- Formstück einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Profiloberfläche zugewandten Kanten der Lamellen (4) scharfkantig eckig sind.
- Formstück einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamellen (4) beheizbar sind.
