Definitions
- the invention relates to an automatic dispenser for dispensing Goods, and in particular relates to a pharmacy dispenser for dispensing packaged medication to relieve the burden on the patient Pharmacists of searches and runs.
- An automatic dispenser which used especially in pharmacies. These dispensers have a manipulator that, after entering the desired Goods and quantity of goods, the desired goods piece by piece removed from a sloping shelf and then closed an issue transported.
- Such an automatic dispenser is known from EP-A-0991037.
- the manipulator disclosed herein has a slide for receiving a piece of goods. The The slide is open at its lower end, so that the piece of goods falls in the front wall output as soon as the slide the Expenditure opening happens. On the one hand, a tilting of the item to avoid in the slide especially in a curve the slide must have a certain minimum gradient.
- the object of the invention is to provide an automatic dispenser with improved To create spending security and performance.
- the manipulator of the automatic dispenser according to the invention has a swiveling unloading ramp that is in a collecting position lies in a collecting level and carries the removed object and in an unloading position in a position tilted towards the collecting plane Unloading level lies so that the removed object slips from the unloading ramp into the output.
- Unloading position swiveling unloading ramp, the total inclination the unloading ramp in the unloading position can be increased significantly.
- the unloading ramp to one of the two Sides or tipped forward. This will achieved a high degree of flexibility in the arrangement of the output, which are no longer arranged in the dispenser front wall have to be.
- the manipulator a slide on, the bottom of the slide roughly at the incline of the sloping shelf is inclined and at least one more can take the removed object.
- On the manipulator is both a slide and that in the direction of sliding goods seen unloading ramp provided behind. hereby is the total storage area, both from the unloading ramp and also the slide is formed, extended considerably. It can two, three or more pieces of goods from the manipulator Sloping shelves are removed before the manipulator to the Output drives and the several goods there in the output dismisses. In this way, the compilation of a Ordering of goods significantly accelerated by the manipulator.
- the collection level of the unloading ramp is preferably in the slide floor level, with the unloading level becoming a bank has the slide floor level and the output is arranged laterally is.
- the dispenser is therefore in a side wall of the dispenser provided in the form of a wall opening. Through the Relocation of the output to a side wall can be eliminated a manipulator depth on a front output arrangement can be increased significantly without this for the dispenser overall much more depth is required. Only when the unloading ramp can be swiveled is a safe one Output of the goods stored on the manipulator one of the two sides possible.
- a trigger element provided that a pivoting floor of the unloading ramp in the collection level holds and after triggering an independent fall releases the unloading ramp into the unloading level.
- the trigger element can be mechanical, electromechanical or otherwise be trained.
- the trigger element is essentially a Bolt that holds the swivel base in the collecting level and the from its locked position to an unlocked position is moved as soon as the manipulator of the corresponding Edition has approached so far that the unloading ramp swivel floor can fall into its unloading position and the goods can easily slide down into the output.
- a reset arrangement for resetting the Unloading ramp provided from the unloading position to the collecting position is forcibly coupled.
- Any common manipulator points to the removal of the goods from the inclined shelves a corresponding removal drive for driving a removal finger or another removal device.
- the same Withdrawal drive is provided with a mechanical reset arrangement coupled so that the reset arrangement at the unloading ramp swings back to their collecting position each time it is removed.
- This can preferably be done by a removal drive Carriers happen in a rotatable backdrop disc intervenes, which in turn the unloading ramp at each The removal cycle of the removal drive into the collecting position.
- the Unloading ramp during the following first item removal process swung up again and through the release element held in the collecting position. In this way, the one ensures that the unloading ramp is back in its Collective position is as soon as the first item of a new one Picking process arrives on the unloading ramp. To the others are also eliminated by using the extraction drive for returning the unloading ramp to its collecting position an additional costly drive for this.
- the unloading ramp preferably has a foldable side wall flap on that in the collecting position of the unloading ramp folded almost vertically and in the unloading position of the Unloading ramp is folded down into the unloading level.
- the side panel flap releases the only opening of the unloading ramp as soon as the manipulator has reached the output and the unloading ramp is swung down.
- the side panel flap In the collecting position of the unloading ramp on the other hand, the side panel flap always stays up, so that an unintentional falling off of a piece of goods the manipulator is excluded.
- the end wall of the Unloading ramp approximately perpendicular to the unloading ramp plane and is slanted at an acute angle to the foldable Sidewall flap in the collecting position.
- the goods are not vertical but at an obtuse angle on the front wall in such a way that it faces the side wall flap be redirected.
- This ensures that the goods sliding down the slide and the unloading ramp when hitting the front wall in the direction of through the side wall flap closed or open side Opening of the unloading ramp can be steered. Tilting of the goods is practically impossible.
- the unloading ramp preferably has a lever gear, through which the side wall flap in the unloading position of the unloading ramp folds down into the unloading level and in the collecting position the unloading ramp folded up into the vertical collecting position becomes.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show a cabinet-type dispenser 10 shown, such as in pharmaceutical wholesale or in Pharmacies are used for order picking can.
