Bezogen auf die Förderrichtung 11 des Bahn- oder Bogenmaterials 3 ist die Düse 1 beliebig auf einer Führungsfläche 2 anordbar. So ist die Blasluftströmung jeder Düse 1 gegen die Förderrichtung bzw. seitlich zur Förderrichtung 11 bzw. in Förderrichtung 11 anordbar.
In bevorzugter Ausbildung weist jede Blasöffnung 6,7 eine Querschnittsfläche in Form eines Parallelogramms auf, die bezogen auf die vertikal angeordnete Trennstelle 15 zueinander spiegelbildlich angeordnet sind (Fig. 3).

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum schwebenden Führen von Bahn- oder Bogenmaterial in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine, insbesondere einer Druckmaschine, in Förderrichtung entlang einer geschlossenen Führungsfläche (2) eines Strömungskanals (5), welcher mit einem Pneumatiksystem gekoppelt ist, wobei die Führungsfläche eine Mehrzahl von Düsen (1) mit Blasöffnungen (6,7) und daran angrenzenden, schräg in die Innenseite des Strömungskanals abgesenkte Leitflächen (4) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (1) bezogen auf eine geradlinige Kante (17) einen rückseitigen Bereich (12) und einen vorderseitigen Bereich (13) aufweisen,
dass der rückseitige Bereich (12) eine zur Führungsfläche (2) vertieft angeordnete, flächige Absenkung (14) aufweist, welche an der Kante (17) endet und in die Führungsfläche (2) übergeht, und
dass unterhalb der Kante (17) eine erste Blasöffnung (6) und eine benachbarte zweite Blasöffnung (7) angeordnet sind, welche durch eine vertikale Trennstelle (15) als separate Blasöffnungen (6,7) wirksam sind, und
dass sich an die Blasöffnungen (6, 7) eine in die Ebene der Führungsfläche (2) geneigt übergehende Leitfläche (4) anschließt, die durch eine erste Flanke (8) und eine zweite Flanke (9) als seitlich geschlossene Seitenflächen begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Blasöffnung (6,7) eine Querschnittsfläche für den Luftaustritt in Form eines Parallelogramms aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Blasöffnung (6,7) eine Querschnittsfläche in Form eines Parallelogramms aufweist, die bezogen auf die vertikale Trennstelle (15) zueinander spiegelbildlich angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Führungsfläche (2) den Flanken (8,9) benachbarte Stützöffnungen (16) angeordnet sind, welche mit dem Strömungskanal (5) in Funktionsverbindung sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Absenkung (14) wenigstens eine Stützöffnung (16) angeordnet ist, welche mit dem Strömungskanal (5) in Funktionsverbindung ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanken (8,9) in ihrer Breite divergierend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanken (8,9) in ihrer Breite konstant angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (1) mit einem Druck eines gasförmigen Mediums von 50 bis 500 Pa beaufschlagbar sind.
