Claims (10)
- Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) für eine bewegte Bedruckstoffbahn (12) mit mindestens einer der ersten Seite (20) der Bedruckstoffbahn zugeordneten und einer der zweiten Seite (22) der Bedruckstoffbahn zugeordneten Blasdüse (16), wobei die Blasdüsen (16) unter einem Winkel (α) gegen die Bahnlaufrichtung (14) angestellt sind, und mit mindestens einer der ersten Seite (20) der Bedruckstoffbahn zugeordneten und einer der zweiten Seite (22) der Bedruckstoffbahn zugeordneten Absaugdüse (18),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugdüsen (18) unter einem spitzen Winkel (β) gegen die Bahnlaufrichtung (14) angestellt sind und dass, jeweils auf einer Seite (20,22) betrachtet, die wenigstens eine Blasdüse (16) zwischen der wenigstens einen Absaugdüse (18) und der Bedruckstoffbahn (12) angeordnet ist. - Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheitel (24) der Winkel (α) zwischen Blasdüsen (16) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) im wesentlichen in einem Punkt auf der Bedruckstoffbahn (12) zusammenfallen. - Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheitel (26) der Winkel (β) zwischen Absaugdüsen (18) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) im wesentlichen in einem Punkt auf der Bedruckstoffbahn (12) zusammenfallen. - Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheitel (24) der Winkel (α) zwischen Blasdüsen (14) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) und die Scheitel (26) der Winkel (β) zwischen Absaugdüsen (16) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) im wesentlichen in einem Punkt auf der Bedruckstoffbahn (12) zusammenfallen. - Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftwirkung auf die Bedruckstoffbahn (12) des aus der wenigstens einen Blasdüse (16) auf der ersten Seite (20) austretenden Gases (28) und die Kraftwirkung auf die Bedruckstoffbahn (12) des aus der wenigstens einen Blasdüse (16) auf der zweiten Seite (22) austretenden Gases (28) sich im wesentlichen ausgleichen. - Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen einer der Blasdüsen (16) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) einen Wert aus dem Intervall [5°, 50°] beträgt und der Winkel (β) zwischen einer der Absaugdüsen (18) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) einen Wert aus dem Intervall [5°, 70°] beträgt. - Schneidvorrichtung (40) mit wenigstens einem mit wenigstens einem Messer (42) versehenen Schneidzylinder (44) und einem Gegendruckzylinder (48), welche in Zusammenwirkung eine zwischen den Zylindern (44, 48) hindurch bewegte Bedruckstoffbahn (12) mit wenigstens einem Längsschnitt zur Erzeugung von wenigstens zwei Teilbahnen versehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidvorrichtung (40) eine auf wenigstens eine der Teilbahnen gerichtete Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche nachgeordnet ist, wobei die Scheitel (24) der Winkel (α) zwischen Blasdüsen (16) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) und die Scheitel (26) der Winkel (β) zwischen Absaugdüsen (18) und Bedruckstoffbahn (12) vom Schneidzylinder (44) und Gegendruckzylinder (48) gebildeten Zwickel (55) liegen. - Schneidvorrichtung (40) gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei wenigstens eines der Messer (42) auf dem Schneidzylinder (44) in Richtung der Drehachse (52) des Schneidzylinders (44) wenigstens von einer ersten Position in wenigstens eine zweite Position verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entstaubungsvorrichtung (10) mittels einer Aktuatorik entsprechend der Messerverschiebung von einer ersten, der ersten Messerposition zugeordneten Position in eine zweite, der zweiten Messerposition zugeordneten Position verschiebbar ist. - Falzapparat (66) zur Verarbeitung einer Bedruckstoffbahn (12), gekennzeichnet durch
wenigstens eine Schneidvorrichtung (40) zur Erzeugung eines Längsschnitts der bewegten Bedruckstoffbahn (12) gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8. - Bahnverarbeitende Druckmaschine (68),
gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens einen Falzapparat (66) gemäß Anspruch 9.
