Claims (5)
- Spritzpistole (1) zum Zerstäuben von flüssigen Medien, insbesondere von Farben und Lacken, mittels Druckluft, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem mit einem Griffstück (3) versehenen rohrförmig ausgebildeten und an eine Druckluftleitung (10) anschließbaren Gehäuse (2), eine an diesem an dem dem Griffstück (3) gegenüber liegenden Ende abgestützten Zerstäuberdüse (4) und einer mit dieser zusammenwirkenden, mittels eines Abzugsbügels (11) verstellbar in dem Gehäuse (2) gehaltenen Düsennadel (5), wobei das Gehäuse (2) mit einer Einlassöffnung (7) zur Zuführung des zu zerstäubenden Mediums aus einem Vorratsbehälter (9) oder einer Zuführungsleitung versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) in dem Bereich zwischen der Einlassöffnung (7) und dem Griffstück (3) unterteilt ist, daß die beiden Gehäuseteile (21, 22) mittels eines Schnappverschlusses (24) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind und daß die Düsennadel (5) in dem die Zerstäuberdüse (4) tragenden Gehäuseteil (22) lageorientiert gehalten und mit einem mit dem Griffstück (3) zwangläufig verbundenen Mitnehmer (31) koppelbar ist. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die beiden Gehäuseteile (21, 22) verbindende Schnappverschluß (24) als zwei- oder mehrteiliger Bajonettverschluß (25) ausgebildet ist, dessen miteinander verrastbare Nocken (26, 27) einerseits von dem die Zerstäuberdüse (4) tragenden Gehäuseteil (22) als nach außen abstehende und andererseits an dem den Abzugsbügel (11) aufnehmenden Gehäuseteil (21) als nach innen abstehende, mit zusammenwirkenden Schrägflächen versehene Vorsprünge (27 bzw. 26) ausgebildet sind. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur lageorientierten Halterung der Düsennadel (5) und deren drehfester Verbindung mit dem zugeordneten Gehäuseteil (22) eine Bügelfeder (36) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem Ende an dem die Zerstäuberdüse (4) tragenden Gehäuseteil (22) und mit dem anderen Ende an der Düsennadel (5)abgestützt ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Koppelung der Düsennadel (5) mit dem mit dem Abzugsbügel (11) verbundenen Mitnehmer (31) das diesem zugekehrte Ende der Düsennadel (5) mit einem vorzugsweise rechteckig ausgebildeten Kopfstück (38) und der Mitnehmer (31) mit einer an dieses angepaßten Aufnahmeöffnung (33, 33') versehen sind, in die das Kopfstück (38) einführbar und durch Verdrehung mit dem Mitnehmer (31) koppelbar ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
daß der Mitnehmer (31) entgegen der Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (35) in einer in dem mit dem Griffstück (3) versehenen Gehäuseteil (21) versehenen Buchse (34) begrenzt verstellbar gehalten und mittels eines Gelenkbolzens (32) mit dem verschwenkbar gelagerten Abzugsbügel (11) zwangläufig verbunden ist.
