Claims (11)
- Saugwalze mit den folgenden Merkmalenmit einem Walzenmantel (3),mit zumindest im Bereich der stirnseitigen Walzenenden angeordneten Walzenscheiben (7, 9) zu Verankerung eines axial vorstehenden Walzen- oder Lagerzapfens (11),der Walzenmantel (3) ist in Umfangsrichtung verlaufend mit einer Perforation (19) versehen,unterhalb der Perforation (19) ist eine Saugkammer ausgebildet,die Saugkammer steht mit einer stirnseitig am Walzenende vorgesehenen Saugkopfeinrichtung (25) in Verbindung,die stirnseitig zu äußerst sitzenden Endscheiben (7) sind in Axialrichtung vom stirnseitigen Ende des Walzenmantels (3) soweit nach innen versetzt liegend angeordnet, dass an dem über die Endscheiben (7) axial nach außen überstehenden Ende des Walzenmantels (3) eine Randzone (17) gebildet ist, in deren Bereich die Perforation (19) vorgesehen ist,die Saug- und/oder Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) ist im Bereich der Randzone (17) in dem Abstandsraum (23) zwischen der Innenseite (3') des Walzenmantels (3) und dem jeweiligen axial vorstehenden Walzen- oder Lagerzapfen (11) vorgesehen, unddie Saug- und/Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) weist eine in Umfangsrichtung sektoral begrenzte Ansaug- oder Blasöffnung (29, 49) auf, die jeweils mit dem aktuell darüber hinwegbewegten Teil der Perforation (19) wechselwirkt.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saug- und/oder Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) in Axialrichtung der Saugwalze zumindest um ein Mindestmaß unterschiedlich verstellbar ist.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saug- und/oder Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) in Rotationsrichtung in unterschiedliche Lage verstell bar ist bzw. sind.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungswinkel und damit die Größe der Saugöffnung (29) bzw. der Blasöffnung (49) der Saug- bzw. Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) vergrößer- oder verkleinerbar ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wirksame Saugöffnung (29) bzw. die Blasöffnung (49) der Saug- bzw. Blaskopfeinrichtung (25, 45) in Axialrichtung vergrößer- und verkleinerbar ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugöffnung (29) bzw. die Blasöffnung (49) an den diese Öffnung begrenzenden Seitenwänden mit Dichtelementen, vorzugsweise Gummi, Kunststoff, Kohlenstoff eventuell faserverstärkt, und/oder Filz versehen ist, die den Abstandsraum zur Innenfläche des Walzenmantels (3) in der Randzone (17) dichten.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforation (19) nur in den über die stirnseitig zu äußerst sitzenden Walzenscheiben (7) des überstehenden Walzenmantelbereichs ausgebildet ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an das stirnseitige Ende der Saugwalze zunächst ein unperforierter Randabschnitt (21) vor Beginn der eigentlichen mit der Perforation (19) versehenen Randzone (17) anschließt.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzen- bzw. Außenmantel (3) vorzugsweise vollständig in CFK gefertigt ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzen- oder Außenmantel (3) aus Stahl, Leichtmetall, Buntmetall gefertigt ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzen- oder Außenmantel (3) in Verbundbauweise unter Verwendung zumindest zweier der nachfolgenden Materialien Stahl, Aluminium, Buntmetall, bzw. CFK gefertigt ist.
