Abstract
Description
Es ist bekannt, daß bei der Verglasung von Fensterelementen der Glasfalz von der kalten Außenseite her belüftet werden muß, um einen Dampfdruckausgleich für den Glasfalzhohlraum zu gewährleisten.
Bei oben genannter herkömmlichen Art der Glasleistenbefestigung kommt es häufig zu einer Fugenbildung zwischen Flügelrahmen und Glasleiste. Teils entsteht diese Fuge durch Ungenauigkeiten bei der Einpassung der Glasleisten, teils durch Verzug oder Verwindung bereits eingebauter Glasleisten. Durch die entstehende Fuge kann von innen warm-feuchte Raumluft in den von außen belüfteten und daher kalten Glasfalz gelangen, wo es zu einer Kondensation der warmen Raumluft und daher zu einem Feuchtigkeitsanstieg des Flügelrahmens aus Holz im Glasfalzbereich kommt. Dieser Feuchigkeitsanstieg sollte aus Gründen der Haltbarkeit und Langlebigkeit des Holzfensters vermieden werden. Weiters soll aus optischen Gründen eine Fugenbildung zwischen Glasleiste und Flügelrahmen verhindert werden.
Als zweite Lösung der Aufgabe wird eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Flügelrahmen und Glasleiste durch ein Profil aus Kunststoff oder Metall hergestellt. Bei der Verwendung eines Kunststoffprofiles zur Befestigung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn dieses an der dem Glas zugewandten Seite eine anextrudierte Dichtung aufweist und somit den Glasfalzhohlraum zusätzlich abdichtet.
Durch die umlaufende Verbindung zwischen Flügelrahmen und Glasleiste wird eine sehr gute Dichtigkeit zwischen Raumluft und Glasfalzhohlraum gewährleistet. Der konstruktive Mehraufwand bleibt durch die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen gering und kann mit den bekannten Fertigungsmaschinen realisiert werden.
Der in einen Stockrahmen 1 eingesetzte Flügelrahmen 2 ist mit einer Isolierverglasung 7 versehen, die mit Hilfe einer Glasleiste 3 in den aus Holz gefertigten Flügelrahmen 2 eingesetzt ist. Die Glasleistenverbindung mit dem Flügelrahmen erfolgt einerseits über die Nutprofilierung 4 und zusätzlichen Metallklammern 8. Der entstehende Glasfalzhohlraum 5 wird durch die an den Flügeleckverbindungen ausgeführten Glasfalzbelüftungen 6 von außen belüftet. Fertigungstoleranzen in der Glasstärke der Isolierverglasung 7 werden durch das Vorlageband 9 aufgenommen.
Der in einen Stockrahmen 1 eingesetzte Flügelrahmen 2 ist mit einer Isolierverglasung 7 versehen, die mit Hilfe einer Glasleiste 3 in den aus Holz gefertigten Flügelrahmen 2 eingesetzt ist. Die Glasleistenverbindung mit dem Flügelrahmen erfolgt einerseits über das Halteprofil 10 aus Kunststoff oder Metall und zusätzlichen Metallklammern 8. Die anextrudierte Dichtung 11 dichtet den Glasfalzhohlraum zusätzlich nach innen ab.
Der entstehende Glasfalzhohlraum 5 wird durch die an den Flügeleckverbindungen ausgeführten Glasfalzbelüftungen 6 von außen belüftet. Fertigungstoleranzen in der Glasstärke der Isolierverglasung 7 werden durch das Vorlageband 9 aufgenommen.
Claims (2)
- Es wird ein Fenster oder Tür beschrieben, wobei der Stock- bzw. Flügelrahmen (1,2) aus Holz oder einem holzähhnlichen Werkstoff gefertigt ist, welcher an der Außenseite auch metallische Abdeckprofile tragen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Flügelrahmen (2) und Glasleiste (3) eine umlaufende kraftschlüssige Verbindung durch eine entsprechende Nutprofilierung (4) des Flügelrahmens (2) und der Glasleiste (3) hergestellt wird.
- Es wird ein Fenster oder Tür beschrieben, wobei der Stock- bzw. Flügelrahmen (1,2) aus Holz oder einem holzähhnlichen Werkstoff gefertigt ist, welcher an der Außenseite auch metallische Abdeckprofile tragen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Flügelrahmen (2) und Glasleiste (3) eine umlaufende kraftschlüssige Verbindung durch ein Profil (10) aus Kunststoff oder Metall hergestellt wird.
